On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Consider the sheer mass of the building compared to the mass of the jet. Buildings don't fall faster than free fall. The buildings falling resembled controlled demolitions. What happened to building 7? Why were 4 foot cross sectional I-beams cut at 45 degree angles? Why were they finding hot molten steel in the sub basements weeks afterward?

The following questions need to be addressed and answered, without the use of explosives, for the official story about 9/11 (as described in the 9/11 Commission Report, the FEMA report, and the NIST report) to be true. 1. The first question deals with the total collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. This 47-story skyscraper was not hit by an aircraft and would have been the tallest building in 33 of our states. Yet, it collapsed into a tidy rubble pile in 6.5 seconds in the exact manner of a controlled demolition at 5:20 PM on September 11, 2001. Please describe or explain a non-explosive scenario for the total collapse of this building that is in agreement with all the evidence known to date. 2. The second question deals with the Twin Towers (World Trade Center Buildings 1 and 2) and the 90,000 tons of metal decking, concrete floors, drywall, office furniture, and missing bodies that were pulverized in mid-air during the total collapse of these buildings. Please describe or explain a non-explosive scenario for the complete pulverization of all of these materials into dust in 10-13 seconds. 3. The third question deals with the free-fall speed of the collapse of all three buildings. Please describe a non-explosive scenario that explains the symmetrical collapse of each of these buildings straight down'through the path of greatest resistance'at an acceleration that is indistinguishable from free-fall acceleration in a vacuum. 4. The fourth question deals with the molten metal that was observed below Ground Zero by many people after the buildings collapsed. Please describe a non-explosive scenario that explains how Ground Zero remained an inferno and how molten metal remained fluid for a least six weeks after the collapse. 5. The fifth question deals with the steel framework in most modern skyscrapers including the Twin Towers and Building 7. This metal framework conducts heat rapidly, distributing it throughout the entire structure, which explains why no steel-framed skyscraper had ever collapsed due to fire prior to 9/11. Please therefore describe or explain how the massive framework of structural steel in the World Trade Center (which had a melting point of 2750 degrees Fahrenheit) could have been fatally weakened by localized jet-fuel fires (which reach a maximum temperature of 1800 degrees Fahrenheit) without the aid of explosives.

I am a registered Prof. Civil Engineer in Utah (since 1967), Wyoming and Idaho (qualified short time later). Am a Prof. Land Surveyor in Idaho. - - Received my BSCE from Utah State University Logan, Utah in 1954. Was with U.S. Bur. of Public Roads for 3 years located in Oreg., Wash,. Alaska, and Wyo. Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. I see that example as more proof that all 3 WTC buildings were Imploded. The corners failed due to the extra explosives. - - - - Lester D. Baker, P.E. - - Ogden, Utah
When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). Buildings I designed include numerous maintenance stations, an equipment shop, roadside rest areas, a tunnel ventilation building, and light rail transit stations. Many of these buildings were steel frame, all were in California. Before coming to Caltrans, I worked for Liske, Lionakis, Beaumont, & Engberg Architects and Engineers, where I designed the Pacific Telephone Administrative Complex in Rohnert Park, CA, which is also a steel frame building.

I have had long time concerns with the story that we have been hand fed by our officials. It is scary to think of the alternative to the official story as well as it's implications. It is maddening to think that we as a people have our hands tied and it is my hope that one day we will look back at this terribly sad catastrophic event as the biggest hoax in history, and one in which we finally demanded answers. I think after my own research and dealing with 9/11, it is simply too obvious: I believe in science, and science is the only thing we can rely on. And if we go through the attacks step by steps using physics, maths etc. we can explain it. The point which bothers me the most about 9/11 is that the public masses were so manipulated and somehow are ignoring the truth; I am sure that any individual dealing with 9/11, how we deal with it, will believe in what we believe in: in science ' which tells us that the official reports are not based on empirical facts, were simply created to let the public believe what for the people behind is most relevant and to me they did not do their homework well.

The official claim that the trade center towers collapsed as a result of fires following the airplane attack is not credible. It is apparent, to any educated observer, that the collapse was caused by explosives placed by demolition experts. The commonly repeated story that an airplane crashed into the Pentagon is not supported by any evidence. A missile is the more likely cause. The official 911 report is seriously flawed. Many eye witnesses were ignored. A full, independent study must be conducted and published. I fear that such a report would be so damaging to the US government and high officials that it will never happen.

My education is in arts and photography. I've produced half a dozen books on Anasazi and National parks teachers guides doing the illustrations and photography. I've poured over every detail I can find on the official explanations for why these buildings came down, an unparalleled event in the history of the world. Even if you grant all the improbable explanations for the WTC buildings collapse you can not use those same explanations on Building 7. Those is no way that debris from the WTC caused fires that brought Building 7 down, especially the perfect free fall foot print collapse we witnessed. All I know is it really doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that those buildings were blown up by none other than our own faithful government, to cover up what I'm not sure of yet. And when someone finally proves that it was all fake, I'm sure that this is not the first time the government has lied to all of us. It almost sickens me to even thing that the government of this great nation would do something so unforgivable like that. What about all the families of the people who did that day, and for what? I don't even know what to believe any more. I don't even know if I believe that there was any real terrorist threat and the government just used the threat as a cover up. Or maybe they really did know every single little detail that was handed right to them about 9/11 and thought it was such a good plan that they followed through on the attack just like al qaeda would have and they now have a perfect cover up for there Terrorist Attack. Only one problem, how dumb do they think America really is. Did every single person on the earth not see a problem in how those buildings actually went down. And not to mention the Pentagon building. Hello, that was the most fake and edited footage at the pentagon I have ever seen. The government can buy anyone even the media. they only let us see on the news what they want us to see and believe. I don't believe for a second that a plane even hit the Pentagon. and if it did, where is the plane in the footage seconds after the explosion, how does a 757 just disappear.

I am a US Citizen with common sense. It seems common sense is not really common. At first I simply believed the government line, while I was amazed how quickly we knew who was to blame and how quickly video of the hijackers were produced. Looking back, it all looks like a cheap play. It looks un-believable. The comments made live told the truth, (like children). The building collapses look very well done by a demolition expert. I am a current Civil Engineering student at Washington State University and can say with the utmost certainty that buildings do not fall vertically imploding within themselves under gravity alone no matter the temperature. There was an outside force, most likely controlled explosives, to enable the building to act in such a particular way.

I put forth as an American Citizen that my 25- 30 plus hours of research of the researched evidence that the events on 9/11/2001 were anything less than a false flag operation. Those buildings could not have come down any other way than controlled demolition as a primary cause. Other secondary methods may also have been employed. The events, in my opinion, were a planned set of actions, designed to put forth an agenda of control which includes a multifaceted level of high treason in many, if not all of the highest offices of our federal government and military divisions. This is my conclusion only. This conclusion that I have reached began as an open minded and skeptical outlook to this possibility. I initially would have put odds against it. The evidence for this, however, is glaring and undeniable.

I researched information on 9/11 and it was clear to me that the three WTC buildings came down in the manner of a controlled demolition. I have watched many YouTube videos and documentaries that revealed there were many serious discrepancies to the official story of events. No matter where you turn your attention to on the events of 9/11 there were too many inconsistencies. WTC7 collapsed at near free fall speed and was not even hit by a plane. Firefighters and first responders who witnessed secondary explosions in WTC buildings were not allowed to give evidence at the 9/11 Commission Report. Defense fighters were coincidentally and conveniently away on training exercises that very day. Nanothermite was found in WTC dust particles. There is enough evidence to warrant a re-opening of an investigation on 9/11.

I consider that the official FEMA, NIST, and 9-11 Commission reports - in which you read that fires plus impact damage alone caused complete collapses of all three buildings of WTC - aren't sufficient. And I find now evident that the controlled-demolition hypothesis - which is suggested by the available data, and can be tested scientifically, and yet has not been analyzed in any of the reports funded by the US government - has seriously to be considered.

The buildings obviously had explosives in them in my eyes. (ESPECIALLY tower 7) There was an interview with the head engineer of the twin towers from the 70's that has him explaining what would happen if a commercial airliner had crashed into the building. He claims it would be nothing more than a pencil being poked through a mosquito net. There are too many points to even bring up proving that our government is lying to us.
