PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After graduation from UMass, I was employed in the field by two of the nation''s largest building construction companies, first the Austin Company (a design/build firm) and later the George A. Fuller Construction Company. The construction of one of the Austin Company building projects was the basis of my master's thesis. I also taught building design and construction related courses to civil engineering and architectural students at Vermont Technical College for twenty years.
In 2006 I became aware of the unprecedented collapse of WTC Building 7 and the Twin Towers at free-fall speed. Professor Steven Jones' video lecture was a stunning revelation and a wake-up call. My experience and further research confirmed the uncomfortable facts as presented by Professor Jones. I also found it disturbing that most politicians seem to have little interest in exploring any theory other than the official jetliners / fires-caused-the-collapses theory. I was told the following in a response letter from one of our representatives in Washington: Regarding conspiracy theories surrounding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center, a number of theories questioning the events that occurred on and before September 11, 2001 have circulated. They are patently false. Several videos have been posted on the internet on this subject, and they too are false.... The 9/11 Commission, a bipartisan group of nationally respected individuals, evaluated all relevant testimony and documents related to the events and provided a detailed account of what actually happened on that fateful morning. However, this nationally respected 9/11 Commission failed to include some very important facts and testimonies in their report even though they had to have been aware of them. For example, the 9/11 Commission Report completely omitted the unprecedented collapse of Building 7. Many of the facts and theories that engineers have learned in such courses as structures, physics, chemistry, metallurgy, etc., have held true for longer than the hundred-year history of structural-steel-framed high-rise buildings and they held true on 9/11/01. Only controlled demolition could have provided the types of building collapses displayed three times on that fateful day.

On the wall we recorded the 5 major signs of explosive demolition as seen in the dissolving of the 3 WTC buildings, on the ground we tied 800 prayer ties in memory of all 9/11 victims. KwaHu Eagle Kachina whose far sight gives insight into the unity of all peoples. May the healing truth prevail. KwaHu Eagle will appear again in Charlottesville this 9/11/10 to conduct a performance of illuminating ceremony, around the events of 9/11/01.
Seems apparent to me that when an event exhibits certain characteristics then those characteristics tell us what caused that event. In the case of the dissolving of the 3 WTC steel buildings on 9/11/01, The 5 major signs of explosive demolition were all present during the destruction of each building: 1)Swift descent of each Building 13.5 secs for each of the twin towers and 6.5 seconds for building 7. 2) volcanic size cloud of dust particles appeared as each building dissolved. 3) multiple explosions/blasting squibs were seen and heard by at least 115 firemen and many others present at the site of destruction. 4) Molten steel was present for many weeks afterward in the basements of the 3 destroyed buildings 5) 99% of the remaining steel fragments all fit nicely on flatbed trucks for ease of removal. On top of that we have active nano thermite present in dust samples collected at the event sites. This extraordinary combination of evidence indicating that all 3 buildings were explosively demolished certainly warrants a full independent investigation immediately!

Basically, I don't buy the official story that was fed to us (6 out of 10 of the 9/11 Commissioners came forward and said that the investigation was a facade and set up to fail). Do we know what really happened on that day? No. We know what we were told...but there are so many aspects and events that occurred on that day that don't seem to fit into the puzzle. You want to know what's really strange? WTC 3, 4, 5 and 6 (all near WTC 1&2) sustained MASSIVE amounts of damage *the photos are available in an internet search* yet the structures remained standing (had to be torn down later). Yet, WTC7, which was the furthest in the WTC complex away from the twin towers, sustained a few fires and collapsed at free fall speed. How does that happen? Seriously..how?

I worked in Quality Assurance in Aerospace and commercial products for about 25 years. When you work in quality you learn to question things that don't add up. This does not add up and there are a lot of questions that need answering, a lot of tests that need doing, and one big investigation.
It is puzzling that after the 2 planes hit the towers and they did not collapse on impact,why would they after a time if there were not explosives in the building somewhere. Building 7 had to have explosives in it for it was far enough away not to be affected by the plane impacts. Today you could have explosives built into a building and never know it, you can paint it on, spackle it on, etc.

Much to my dismay, I cannot agree with the official story of 9/11 for many reasons, but I will list a few. 1.) The lack of response from NORAD 2.) Studying the Iraq war manifesto created in 1997 and published in 1998 by the Project for the New American Century, it is clear that this right wing organization was seeking justification for the invasion of Iraq. The majority of the George W. Bush cabinet, as well as Vice President Dick Cheney, were members of this organization. It has been proven that this administration knew about plans for 9/11 a full month beforehand. There is no evidence that Building 7 of the World Trade Center collapsed due to anything but deliberate, planned demolition. Molten metal remaining from the use of incendiary devices was found at base rubble of the Twin Towers indicating that they too were brought down by deliberate, planned demolition. There is no credible evidence that flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon. There is no evidence that flight 93 crashed in Pennsylvania. What actually happened to the lives of those on these planes? What benefit were these events to anyone in the world?

I am neither an architect nor an engineer. I am however an American citizen who loves freedom and this country. I do not have a degree but, I am very aware of controlled demolition as it is something I have found interesting way before 2001. The first time I witnessed a building being brought down by controlled demolition was in my home town of Memphis. CDI imploded an old hotel downtown. From then on I watched as many as I could, I just loved it
I knew something was wrong while watching on live TV when the 1st tower came down. As coworkers screamed around me, I stood up and was fixed on the screen. The first thing I said was that building was brought down by controlled demolition. The days weeks and months that followed gave me time to view hundreds of pictures and videos which prove it was not fire that brought those buildings down. All I want is for the guilty to be punished.
