PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The way the building collapsed ( WTC ) looks very very suspicious. A tower that high could not have collapsed that neatly, debris crushing down like that, and had hardly affected the surrounding in terms of damages from the expected towers' side way topple. Could that amount of fuel melted the steel core in such a short time span ? People were still speaking on mobile phones from inside the tower, minutes before the collapse though choking in smoke. The supposed heat that melted the steel could have incinerated the people before they could continue speaking for so long up and until before the collapse.

The NIST report on 9/11 generated only shame for the governmental efforts to cover, cloud, and deny the facts of the events on and around 9/11. In 1995, I graduated from BYU with a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Math minor). Since then, I have worked in the computer industry for over 12 years. I'm an experienced programmer and professional network and system administrator.
There are many inconsistencies between the official explanation and the facts. Here are some observations. 1) The lateral ejection of 20 ton steel beams hundreds of feet from a building--some reportedly in clean even lengths. 2) The beams were ejected in absolutely symmetrical patterns. (see http://911research.wtc7.net/wtc/analysis/collapses/mushrooming.html) 3) The manner and speed of collapse were suspect. WTC1, WTC2, & WTC7 did not topple over as you might expect from a building weakened unevenly due to fire. 4) The mass of a fully loaded 767 with fuel would be less than 1/10 of one percent of the above-ground mass of one of the twin towers. 5) A variety of dust samples have proven the existence of iron-rich microspheres commonly produced by thermate reactions (explosives). In fact, the existence of these spheres has even been documented by the government. Some people may say that it is not likely or highly improbable for the trade center towers to have been wired with explosives due to the difficulty involved. This reasoning is used to dismiss any possibility of this scenario actually having occurred without considering the real evidence. Please find out the facts yourself. Don't let the so-called 'experts' (PhD or otherwise) and network television make up your mind for you. Attempt to understand and evaluate them yourself. Do your best to critically evaluate their statements to understand who has credibility and who doesn't. It is very important to consult experts, in print and on video, but do not let them make up your mind for you. Find out who is trustworthy and well-grounded in scientific principles, such as the founder of this group, Richard Gage and many others in the truth movement. Thank you.

I am sixty years old with a High School education and I have no technical education or experience that would relate directly to building engineering and or architecture.
I am very concerned about how the three buildings on 9/11 fell, and the aftermath of their destruction and loss of life (both then and now). For me it does not seem possible that three building with significantly different damaged areas, could all fall straight down. In my own observations of the collapses from online video, it's clear that the lower undamaged structures were passed through as if they were not there. Where is the significant slowing of fall that common-sense says should occur from the super-strong, lower, undamaged portions of the buildings? We don't see it, and I have found no plausible explanation why. We need deeper investigation, so that such surprising rates of fall do not ever happen again.

After witnessing a number of live video clips, documentaries, and after countless hours researching the available evidence, I believe we need to have a new, independent investigation about what happened on 9/11. The way the buildings fell looks like a controlled demolition. Building 7 has not been addressed sufficiently in my opinion. The mainstream media blackout of the event is shameful -- as is the lack of thought provoking discussion which does not seem to be permitted in any of the mainstream corporate controlled media mediums. I started residential construction at the age of 22 and worked in that field for more than 7 years in California with fairly high earthquake standards.
It is clearly a controlled demolition. Even a wood frame building would not suffer total collapse under the same conditions. If anything the upper damaged part would fall and the fire could be easily extinguished.

After seeing a number of other interviews with first responders ie: firefighters/police personnel regarding their comments that they heard explosions before the buildings began to collapse. There are too many things that occurred that day which cannot be explained away, or be explained in another way!!!! I'm a digital painter, a graphic designer and web designer. My husband and I work with the Feral Cat Coalition in San Diego. We've made homeless animals our cause for the last seven years. I was at a software conference in Boston when it happened. I came home to San Diego by hitching a hide in the back seat of a car of another attendee. Crammed between golf clubs and suitcases...it was four days of adventure. I saw the country though. What a gorgeous country we have. The skies were empty. So strange. We kept passing the same cars going west. As time passed, I saw what Bush/Cheney were doing to America. Doubt crept in. I opposed their wars, especially Iraq. I began to question. Bush refused to investigate 9/11. Then he appointed a whitewash team. Then he wouldn't testify under oath, and only with Cheney present. I read Clark's book. It really bothered me. I found the Loose Change videos. That was my turning point. I didn't believe anything the govt. said about 9/11 after that. It has become apparent to me it was their new Pearl Harbor and they murdered 3,000 plus citizens to control America. It saddens me deeply that our govt. is so corrupt and no justice has been done. Over 1,000,000 Iraqis are dead. I don't know how many Afghanis. 5,000 of our soldiers now? And endless casualties; lives destroyed and damaged forever. For what? To control the flow of oil. So that a few become mega-wealthy. This is NOT what America should be. I'm sorry. You said non-political but I can't see this event any other way. I pray that someday enough people will wake up to change this injustice. I don't care how old they are, the people behind 9/11 should be brought to justice.

I am a medical lab technician who once worked alongside a professionally employed demolition expert in Victoria, British Columbia.
After seeing a lot of footage of the twin towers and Building 7 especially, I held grave reservations that those buildings could collapse so perfectly. It seemed to defy all reason.
