PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from West Virginia University. I graduated in 2007 and obtained my PE license in 2012. I have been working as a structural engineer for the same company since 2007. I design commercial, athletic, multi-family residential apartments and hotel low rise structures. The structures that I have designed include materials such as but not limited to: Steel, timber, concrete, masonry and light gauge.
After reading the NIST report on WTC building 7 it was clear that there was no way that building could fall at 'free fall' acceleration due to the failure of one column that bore a transfer beam. It's true that fire can cause steel to change it's structural yield point and maybe some of the connections could be compromised due to the fires but even if that whole column were to have vanished in thin air, the whole building would not have collapsed like it did.

At the age of 11, I watched in horror, as my country transformed forever in real time right before my eyes. That morning I woke up to a shifting dusk morning air, as the birds chirped seemingly louder than usual next to my open bedroom window. That hot Colorado summer was quickly giving way to the coming fall season, and the new school year was setting its pace, as I began 6th grade just after a months long family visit in Europe with my grandparents. When I went downstairs for our routine morning cereal and homework check, a look of horror on my mother's face that I hope to never witness on anyone ever again, engulfed the living room as she gleamed in disbelief at the news reports on the television. Living smack dab in between Ft Carson and Peterson Air Force base, in my home town of Widefield Colorado, the city of Colorado Springs that morning was clenched in the security of the armed forces, on standby, ready to deploy by the command of NORAD, which was just 10 miles west of our home. I would never forget the military response to the attacks on our nation. Tanks, armored vehicles, and fully suited soldiers lined the streets. At that young age, the sight of responding heroes and patriots inspired me, and I was awestruck at what seemed at the time, the most honorable and brave men and women I'd ever seen, as my mother slowly drove my little sister and I to a terrified and frozen school district, which in the hours following would soon dismiss all classes until further notice. Things would never be the same again. Still impacted and full of revenge, 7 years later, at the age of 18 I joined the United States Army airborne infantry. It seems I was plagued with a thirst to do my part in fighting back those who brought so much pain and change to my nation. During my service I started hearing claims of an inside job. After years of rebuke, and denial, I wasn't hearing these claim any more, but began LISTENING to them. Unfathomable accounts. Unbelievable statements. Eventually I began to do my own research. In saddened disbelief, sitting in the middle of a war torn Middle Eastern village, I stared at videos, and reports on my lap top. It was an unquestionable conclusion. My own government, the leaders of this nation and others who I am sworn to and vowed to protect, played its own hand in the very attack I now deplore and fight to avenge. I felt furious. I felt betrayed beyond words. I wanted out of the military right then and there. The things we've done, the waste of life, the blood shed, all in the name of self inflicted victimization. Today I stand proud as a combat veteran, who now realizes who we were truly fighting for. It wasn't for those empty suits in smoke filled rooms. We were fighting for you. The citizens of this nation. The people. Those who knew the whole time what our government was doing to itself. We were fighting for the victims of that day and the citizens who on the days before and after 9/11, couldn't fight for themselves. Our government, a corrupt bureaucracy, who evidently is willing to kill its own people for power and control, will go beyond its means to silence those who speak against it. But I stand before you today, 20 years later, to say thank you to all the experts, the survivors and victims of that attack. Thank You for speaking out and fighting for truth. Today I am currently enrolled in college, studying to become an electrical engineer. I hope to one day utilize my education to back up what we know and continue this fight for truth with expertise and wisdom. My sincere condolences go out to the families, and my deepest respect go to the TRUE experts who have worked endlessly to expose the truth. You have inspired me to join this fight. In my opinion, what happened at the WTC on 11 Sep 2001 cannot be the result of 2 planes slamming into the towers and 3 towers collapsing. If that version of the events, as described by the 9/11 Commission is true, then as engineers, we must immediately put an end to our activities, and proceed to bring down all the buildings in the world, as they are wholly unsafe. Furthermore, that is also an indictment on the education we received in applied physics.

I am saddened and embarrassed for my fellow engineers who have put their intelligence on the shelf and have succumbed to the lies. It is ironic that junior high and high school physics is all you need to solve one of biggest crimes of our times. I was Twenty one on the day we all remember. My wife at te time was pregnant with my first child. Like most Americans I was terrified, confused, saddened and angered as the events of that morning unfolded. I couldnt believ what I was seeing. I remember hearing and seeing several things that struck me as stange. First I recall a report of WTC 7 collapsing. The odd thing was as the reporter was reporting this, building 7 was standing in the background. I secondly found it odd that either tower 1 or 2 fell at all. I am no engineer or expert by any means but I found then and still it very hard to believe that those buildings would collapse from fire damage. Surely not after only several hours. I knew there was something more to te story and kept waiting to hear something from the mainstream media and/or our federal government explaining this. Sadly no statements or explanation, at least any that werent down right insulting ever came. I pray we one day will know the truth.

I was a high school sophomore when the WTC collapsed and I remember very clearly the fear, frustration, sadness, and anger I felt when I watched those buildings come down on our classroom television. Of course, I believed the story that was told at first but I have always been one to question what I'm told by the authorities. There is far too much forensic evidence at the WTC site for me to believe this was anything else other than a put up job by President GW Bush, Richard Cheney,Donald Rumsfeld, and the key actors working for the military industrial complex, including Department of State, CIA, NSA, DOD and key Bush Administration staffers. These actors should have been properly investigated, impeached, and tried for no less than 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, war crimes and crimes against humanity. The survival of humanity as we know it and the integrity & honor of the American people will never be restored until there is a proper independent investigation by actors from the International body of experts and a commission to oversee that effort sanctioned by Congress & the American people. Humanity and this nation deserve no less. It's far past due for the perpetuation of the lies to continue.

All of these point to an amazing conclusions, The owner of B.No. 7, Larry Silverstein, collected nearly $500 million dollars in insurance as a result of the collapse of Building 7, and said to his men to pull it late in the afternoon on Sept. 11, 2001, a term well know to demolition crews. In another report in the New York Times Larry Silverstein purchased the WTC complex for $98 million dollars six months before 9/11. he was paid a substantial amount of $4.6 billion insurance money due to the destruction of his buildings. Net profit = 4.5 BILLION DOLLARS. Well, this all boils down to physics, and common sense. Regardless of what caused the damage to the Twin Towers, the laws of physics wouldn't allow the structures to collapse in on itself. Governed by the laws of physics the Towers would have naturally taken the path of least resistance, not straight down through 100+ floors of steel concrete and other office materials. The only time I've seen a large structure collapse in on itself was during a controlled demolition. If the top portion was to fall naturally against the greater, more supported portion of the towers (base/foundation) the top portion of each tower would have fallen off to the sides in an attempt to go through the resistance of the greater portion of the bottom. This is simple math and science, not politics.

I have watched the footage of the Twin Towers many times since I first saw them on Sept 11, 2001. Once the initial shock and anger of seeing the horrendous events faded I began to question how these three enormous building could have fallen so neatly in on themselves, one by one. I also saw the puffs or blasts that proceeded the collapses and numerous people on scene describing hearing multiple unexplained explosions after the plane strikes.

In Las Vegas, we've seen several building implosions into their own footprint by professional design. Having closed the building for maintenance prior, hearing about explosions, and the way the buildings came down like Las Vegas implosions, the speed of cleaning up of the evidence, left a lot of us suspicious when we got over the shock.
