PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I worked in firms in Austin, Houston, and Dallas before working for 20 years as a corporate architect and project manager at Marriott International HQ and Sodexho (Marriott) HQ in Bethesda and Gaithersburg, MD (NIST was 'next door'), and Austin, TX. I spent many years managing projects in mid-town Manhattan while living in the DC/Maryland suburbs. Not long before 9/11, I was at the WTC meeting with the Port Authority to evaluate their RFP to manage the operation of the Windows on the World Restaurant. On 9/11 I was driving back to Maryland from Florida where I had received a national design award for a project I had designed and built.
On 9/11, my wife (and eventually our 4 children) were in our home in Frederick, MD as both the Pentagon and the Shanksville incidents occurred. These events geographically 'book ended' our home and shocked us all. We also lost a member of my mother's family (the McBrayer Scots clan, who came to America in the 1740's) at WTC 2. His name is Ken McBrayer. He worked for Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He was on the 104th Floor that morning. We are all 6 degrees of separation at most, of course, including the other million and counting who have been lost in the senseless, criminal wars and other illegal operations our country has launched based on a dark and terrible lie. There is more than enough evidence regarding the building collapses to require a real world, independent, and 'under oath' investigation into them. There are so many troubling questions that all of us, including the casualties, are owed answers to. We must demand this as citizens. Our nation, our constitution, and the world will never return to even a semblance of normalcy until the events of 9/11 are subjected to a genuine investigation. It is not yet too late. Justice is not just needed, it is absolutely required. Like so many others, I am shamefully late in coming to this. I always questioned the 911 Commission Report but was not totally aware of all the others out there working selflessly for an investigation. Being of an age to remember JFK, the Gulf of Tonkin, MLK, RFK, Wellstone and so many others almost leaves one too cynical and shell shocked to keep paying attention. My children, the arc of justice can be slow. Metanoia is painful. However, this must be done.

The Laws of Physics and gravity indicate the collapses of the three WTC towers appear to be caused by controlled demolition and not due to the impact of two aircraft. The buildings fell too fast to indicate the resistance to downward momentum from successive failures of the floor structure. The buildings fell very much straight down and were completely pulverized as if they were destroyed by controlled demolition. There is no other reasonable explanation given for the collapse of WTC7.

I would like the truth about 9/11 to be known and I would like those responsible to be brought to justice. You don't have to be an expert to know that the official version of the 9/11 story is just that.. a story. There is no way those planes destroyed WTC 1 or 2 and certainly not WTC 7 as that was not even affected by either a plane or falling debris. If the Empire State Building could survive a direct hit of a 10 TON B25 bomber in 1945, WTC 1 and 2 should have survived. The buildings were brought down on purpose. The question is why and who is responsible.

23 year old student and musician. It took me a long time to let my self inquire about 9/11 truth. Like many I had trouble believing that that so many people could have conspired against innocent Americans. Unfortunately in an attempt to prove to myself that the official account was somehow plausible, I found that not only is it not, but it seems there has been an INCREDIBLE attempt to cover up the truth.
At the time of 9/11 I was 13 years old. When I was told the buildings collapsed because of fire and airplane impacts it never even crossed my mind to question it. Now nearly ten years later I can see that there are some horrendous flaws in the official explanation. The towers just came down too perfectly. It doesn't take an expert to realize that all of the resistance under the impact zones had to have be blown out in some way for the buildings to fall so fast, and into small piles. Where did those 110 story buildings go? In my opinion, they must have been pulverized into dust by some sort of explosive.

Information regarding the collapse of WTC Building 7 has created the most doubts in my mind about what happened in NYC. The fundamental questions are who all were behind the orchestration of the 911 attacks, and the Cover Ups? I am a United States citizen who does not buy the story we've been handed by our government about 9/11. I feel that there is a very dark and sinister hand behind it who maliciously took away thousands of innocent American lives for their own sick and dark agenda and those responsible need to be brought to justice. I am an Independent freedom loving American who was extremely skeptical of the truth movement, but now after having done my own research I have many questions.
I am not a conspiracy theorist. I believe we were attacked by 19 or so members of Al-Qaeda on our own American soil on September 11th. I believe a plane crashed into the South Tower and another into the North Tower. I also believe Flight 77 crashed into the Pentagon or at least a plane carrying the hijackers and the victims. However, I strongly disagree with the 9/11 Commission Report. Hani Hanjour went from not being able to fly a Cessna alone to having the capability of making a 300 degree turn at 530 mph into the Pentagon. I respectfully disagree. Also there is picture evidence of explosions going on during the collapse as well as a small military pod on the right sides of both planes.

I am a residential contractor so I have little experience when it comes to structural engineering. But this doesn't mean that I cannot have questions about the collapse of WTC 1, 2, and 7. A lot of evidence shown here on this site, as well as other sites, have raised even more questions than our government, the NIST, and the 9/11 Commission have answered.

The explanations about the buildings collapsing on their own footprint defy physics. There is mounting evidence to support the idea that the buildings were controlled demolitions. I bought the whole story initially and was behind Bush all the way until I started digging a little bit. The closer I looked at the facts, the less I believed the offical stories told. I think the film Loose Change got me started on my questioning the truth and I've tried to continue my fact gathering and education since. When a person steps back from the mainstream media and starts examining the incredibly compelling questions about the how the buildings collapsed, it's very difficult not to see that the official stories defy all logic. The implications are almost unbearable, but undeniable and America deserves the truth.

I was in the 'field' for 15 years performing ground up construction before moving on to management and commercial development for another 10 years. I've worked closely with Architects and Engineers for years and know all too well (and that it's common knowledge in the field and joked about) that Architects and Engineers always 'overbuild and over-engineer'. Ironically, I've also been fascinated with 'demolition' over the years and consider it sort of a hobby to watch and learn about it, although I am NOT an 'expert' by any stretch.
I think the American people have been 'fed' the lie of the century. I believed Stevie Wonder could see those buildings did NOT collapse. It just never made sense to me, so I remained puzzled, angry and sad over it.

One very important fact that all people need to embrace - WE the People are the government - not a few elected officials who work and are paid with government tax dollars. Therefore, WE have come together here to obtain the correct and complete facts to what caused the 9/11 building collapses, for the 9/11 Commission report does not provide this. Scientific evidence that does exist, supporting the intelligence of our nations' scientists, engineers and architects is ignored by the very officials We the People depended on to make an accurate finding of this man made disaster. Additionally, the media did not air the collapse of Building 7 continuously as it did the twin towers, for no plane hit this building. It is impossible for a burning building to fall straight down in a matter of seconds unless done in a controlled demolition. The total amount of steel in the twin towers could not have possibly melted within a couple of hours of burning flames and the videos provided by media show just that. One can clearly see the pictures of the Pentagon in the 9/11 Commission report did not cause massive damage to the building contrary to to what has been declared that caused the collapse in NY - hells fire I cannot even see any debris from Flight 77 in the picture in the 9/11 report, nor other pictures or media video- based on this. It doesn't even look like a plane hit it at all. I can see the roof and the front of the outside of the building- yet no plane- so how did the front of the building stay in the front of the plane ? The majority of the People may still not be aware that Building 7 fell; all the while, more people are being informed of this collapse - they are questioning how this building could have fallen and what actually caused the collapse of the towers for all three fell in the exact same manner and a plane never made it into WTC 7. Based on facts and evidence just within my letter here, and the 9/11 commission report, warrants a completely new investigation to be done by people chosen by We the People.
