PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official explanation of office fires cannot be true. If such fires could bring down a steel skyscraper, would anyone ever feel safe in one, or set foot in one again? I support and applaud the efforts of ae911truth.org and believe that once Americans learn the facts presented here they will demand an independent forensic investigation into this matter - probably the single most important event in the history of the USA.

I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University. I worked for a developer (commercial and residential) for two years after graduating. During my engineering courses I studied structures with Harry West, an excellent structural engineering professor. During that semester, we did a case study on the disaster that happened at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City in the 80's. I recently looked up the information about the event (in particular when I was watching Mr. Gage's videos about WTC 7 and the 9/11 disaster in general) and was surprised to discover that the Kansas City disaster was the biggest structural steel failure, in terms of loss of life, until 9/11! I wonder what engineering students have to study now when the facts about 9/11 are so unclear and decidedly incorrect in the government version that NIST released. Why can't we get a proper investigation into these events that addresses the real facts presented to us, like free fall collapse through path of greatest resistance. It's nonsense that the government would even have high school students believe such stuff, let alone advanced university engineering students. Please include my name in your petition. I think the victims of this disaster and the subsequent victims (both US soldiers and Iraqi citizens and US citizens in general) deserve the truth.

Even newscasters of the day reported they thought that was what they were seeing. Why is the government hiding the truth from us? It is obvious that explosives, at the very least, were used; more than likely, based on the finding of the microspheres of iron in the dust, the incendiary thermite was used. I am not a 'truther' or kookspiracist. I simply have an engineering background and am amazed that people who see Mr. Gage's presentations would think that he is making things up: that the laws of physics took a break on that September day. I now think and feel so differently about our government and even about agencies like NIST and the ASCE that have failed the engineering community on this incident. Why didn't these agencies explain the obvious fallacies and discrepancies present in those events? I feel betrayed by our government. I also feel a deep sense of distrust for such agencies that have the responsibility to protect the general public by providing unbiased and truthful investigations into incidents that harm and kill us citizens. I remember studying the Kansas City Hyatt disaster in engineering school. We were taught about the consequences of negligence in our work as engineers, how loss of life and property can occur as a result of poor work on our part as engineers. How can current day engineering students look at 9/11 and learn anything when so many paradoxes and controversies surround it? Our government needs to reopen the investigation and find out what really happened. So many lives have been lost and continue to be lost as a result of the rash decisions and outcomes based on what was perceived to have happened, most of which is unsubstantiated by facts and scientific laws that must not be disregarded. I wholeheartedly support Mr. Gage's movement to get a new investigation, and I hope he is able to achieve what he has set out to do: reveal the truth.

Never in history has a metal building structure ever collapsed due to a fire. WTC 7 never even got hit by an airplane and it also fell on it's own footprint. Thermite was found everywhere at the site. All cement was pulverized indicating high explosives where used. Explosive blasts could be seen in slow motion as before the floor collapse. Steel could be seen melting before the collapse and was still molten for 2 wks after the collapse. Steel melts at approx. 2800 deg F. and jet fuel burns at 1800 deg. F. The jet fuel did not melt the steel period! Btw, kerosene heaters burn at 1800 deg F. so why doesn't the metal housing melt? A terrorist passport was found at the WT 1&2 scene in good condition while the smallest part found was a keypad from a telephone. Give me a break!

I have been particularly astonished by the Richard Gage, AIA lecture and Power Point presentation which demonstrates how eerily similar were the Twin Towers/Tower 7 'collapses' and buildings demolished by explosions. Especially September 11th, 2001. My research has directed me to many unanswered questions about the 2008 financial meltdown our country endured in regards to transparency and accountability of bailout money. Since the majority of the public has very little understanding of science or physics, most didn't realize the collapses of the towers could not have occurred from the planes, jet fuel, or office fires. However, a high school level understanding of gravity, volume and especially resistance explains that the only way the towers, especially WTC7 which wasn't even hit by a plane, could implode in virtual free fall is if the floors below failed sequentially to remove any resistance. First the tops of the buildings actually blew up, then each massive floor gave way at 11 floors per second, falling into their own footprint. Objectively, there is no other explanation but some kind of demolition. Dust samples and photos have shown that one of the causes was thermate. I attended 4 NIST hearings and they were definitely a cover-up. The world must demand a legal proceeding that will present the objective scientific data.

If you were paying attention to the first news reports some of the truth came out by officials; police officers, firefighters, newscasters, and people there. The story changed by the media by some factor in control. There are also victims' families who are fighting for the truth to come out.

I am a teacher who has a masters degree in the area of special education. I teach full time near my home. I have a license in four areas of education and sometimes teach social studies, as it is one of my licenses.
My father has been researching this at length and has several good videos he has shared with me. I am just becoming introduced to the idea that there is evidence out there about an alternative occurrence on 9/11. I am very skeptical as to why you want my information so that you can share more information with me. I guess I will just keep reading the books published and viewing the you tube videos that come along. I guess I would say that I was skeptical about the event in the first place, but with this evidence I am even more skeptical.

After seeing how WTC 7 came down I can't imagine anyone thinking that the official story was true. After seeing a controlled demolition, and then the collapse of all 3 buildings, I was convinced.

I am a 24 year old middle class worker who knows enough to question why many educated professionals are not able to explain what seems to be a truly scientifically proven answer to the building demolition. I would like to hear all sides of this story without bias or censorship.
As with any story I am told, I choose to gather all information possible and come to my own conclusion. However, in this situation, I believe there are too many details proven to be lies and too much still lingering that has not been answered. After losing so many of our own, we should have every last detail about what happened on that terrible day in American History.
