PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In my professional opinion it is impossible that Building #7 collapsed in such an orderly and neat fashion without a controlled demolition. Such relatively small fires on just a couple of floors never in the past have lead to the collapse of a high rise building of this construction type. The official explanations of the 'one column failure' would lead maybe to a partial collapse or at least to a very different collapse pattern. Also we have to question, why was the collapse of Building #7 not part of the official report? If the twin towers collapsed in a sandwich fashion as per the official report, the stair / elevator cores should have been sticking out maybe even many hundreds of feet up into the air. They should have been left standing at least partially, or if the the foundations were damaged at the impact of the falling tower floors, they may have toppled over as a whole or in large sections, taking out surrounding buildings. I find it further suspicious that such enormous amounts of dust were trailing parts falling from the twin towers. Also the strangely burned cars found on the other side of Manhattan Island demand investigation and better explanations. Where are the engines of the aircraft? They are built in a way that at least major parts of them cannot burn up in the heat generated by a fuel fire. Why can one see something which looks clearly like molten glowing iron on many images and video clips? It is my understanding that many firefighters and maintenance staff heard explosions but were not asked to testify for the official report. I further understand that there were witnesses seeing white trucks pulling up in front of the twin towers and staff with equipment entering the building in the late night / early morning hours every night for about 3 weeks prior to the 911 events. I understand these witnesses were not heard. There are many other items which in my opinion need explanation and further investigation, but it will take too long to list all of those herein. I am not a US citizen, but I have many cousins and their families living there. This event impacted all our lives and all our countries. My home country Germany is in the light of the unfolding refugee crisis particularly impacted by the long term results of the US politics triggered by the 911 events. Therefore all citizens of this planet have a right to demand a better explanation and to see a new and much more thorough investigation into the events.

I have a BS in Computer Engineering from Tufts University Engineering School. I believe that everything has a scientific explanation, and anything that defies a scientific explanation is either bad science or something that is not yet conventional science. In other words, if science can't explain it, either the effect is something that exceeds current methods of scientific measure or your data is bad and/or your assumptions are incorrect.
Seeing that the collapse of all three WTC structures can be explained with classical chemistry and Newtonian physics, any evidence of molten steel would indicate that a form of combustion much hotter than the burning of jet fuel caused the failure of the steel structure. When approaching maximum oxidation efficiency, such as in the inside of a jet engine, jet fuel will burn at close to 1500 'C, however, fuel burning under normal atmospheric conditions, even with significant updraft, could burn no hotter than 1000-1100 'C. The melting point of high carbon steel is about 1350' C, depending on the specific alloy. Even with prolonged exposure to the the heat of that burn could cause steel to weaken enough for it to bend and collapse under its own weight, it would not produce 'rivers of molten steel'. That sounds more like something that would have been exposed to a much hotter flame for a short duration, such as thermite. A rapid burn would also better explain the collapse that resembles that of a demolition. It stands to reason that if the twin towers failed due to steel failure due to heat, it would have fallen at an angle as it would seem highly unlikely that the entire structure at the burn floor would fail simultaneously. What is harder to explain is the notion that the collapse of the twin towers not only caused the fire at 7 WTC, but that it was enough of a fire for the building to collapse as though it were demolished as well. Finally, there is the cold fact that none of the gold which was in the reserve at 7 WTC was recovered. Gold doesn't disappear regardless of whether it was melted or not. Put simply, there are just too many 'strange' facts in this incident for the standing explanation to be acceptable by any person of science, regardless of discipline. The fact that the report was rushed and debris was removed from the site with what can only be described as haste, one has to think there is more to the story. A lot more.

I believe that all evidence points to destruction of the buildings by timed and sophisticated explosive materials. The destruction happened in a very short time span and brought down buildings that had high design safety factors and were well constructed. Two planes hit upper floors of WTC 1 and 2 and no planes hit WTC 7 which suddenly fell down quickly a few hours later. Obviously a very highly planned operation that was much to sophisticated for 19 Arab hijackers.

The buildings are vaporized in seconds..... I personally don't know what/could do that? I am aware of the thermate residue found on both the steel and the dust, but what about the overturned and torched cars for many blocks around the impact zones?

I'm a professional musician based out of New Orleans LA. I was given the OffBeat Magazine award for best other instrument (miscellaneous) for 1997. I was selected as a New Orleans Jazz Allstar by New Orleans Magazine in 2003. I've played on many tours of Europe and the United States. I claim no technical expertise relating to this matter other than common sense but I love my country and consider it my duty to speak my mind on important issues. Tom Paine would have wanted us to use our common sense dealing with the crime of the century.
I've read several papers and listened to many talks given on the subject. I've examined both sides. To accept the official explanation defies common sense. There's no way that jet fuel fires can melt, vaporize or even compromise structural steel enough to bring down these buildings in the way that they fell. Jet fuel fires would not reach such high temperatures in those office buildings. A concerned citizen needs no higher degree to find out about these degrees. Any material I've read debunking those questioning the official story focuses primarily on attacking the individuals presenting doubts rather than on dealing with evidence. I'd like to point out that the official explanations for the events of 9/11/2011 put forth by the NIST, FEMA and The 9/11 Commission are conspiracy theories (not very good ones) in that they all make assertions of conspiracies which are un-proven. Some of the ideas presented by these architects and engineers may also be conspiracy theories but, let's be clear, that is not an insult even if the appellation, Conspiracy Theorist may be hurled around as if the bearer of that title is fit for a residency at Belvue. Their theories make a good deal more sense than those put forth by NIST, FEMA and the 9/11 Commission. With evidence of explosives found in WTC dust by physicist, Steven Jones and his associates using electron microscopes there's no excuse to not open a serious investigation of the crime of the century taking into account all evidence that has not been destroyed or shipped off to China as scrap.

I feel there is no way the buildings came down due to the impact or subsequent fires on 9/11. The speed and vertical nature of the fall are clearly the result of demolition detonators. The recording of the owner of the buildings telling the fireman to pull the last building doesn't help the case.

Have seen a plethora of evidence. I am a musician and cook and in my spare time I watch a lot of video's online and do what I can to get more people to realize that we a have been lied to.

There have been buildings around the world with the structural integrity that WTC Building 7 had that burned till the fires burned no more, and never fell at all, but the metal stakes still were left standing. WTC 7 burned for a small amount of time and fell. The building owner Larry Silverstein had just suspiciously purchased a huge insurance plan for the building before 9/11 happened and the orders took place to Pull It.

I believe one of our primary purposes in this life is to help others, without some personal gain driving us to do so. With that said, I totally believe in, and support, civil liberty, equality and fairness to all. Being a Democrat, I support social reform and our government helping those in need. I consider myself spiritual, as religion, and many of the ego-driven bodies that promote it, have been nothing but a disappointment, presently and historically. In my opinion, the 'Cheney/Bush Regime' took dishonesty, corruption and deceit to unparalleled heights, and in the process drove the U.S. to near financial ruin and isolation from most of the international community, all for self gain and the interests of a few. Moving forward, I feel the U.S. should concentrate its energies and resources on being a positive member of the global community, not a 'Global Police Force' despised by most. There are so many conflicting reports and opinions that Congress must surely authorize a no-holds-barred investigation, especially as so many experts far cleverer and well informed than I have come together to express their doubts. I doubt the official story too, my principal concerns being that, to my knowledge, no other skyscraper has ever collapsed due to fire, these buildings were designed to withstand the impact of a commercial aircraft and, most importantly - what possible reason could there be for building seven to have collapsed? I wish you - and all of us - good luck in getting to the bottom of this.

I have watched the videos of collapse on the 9/11 truth website that shows clearly that the three World Trade Center buildings fell by controlled demolition. Also, I watched an excellent video by We Are Change, called 9/11 in 9 minutes, which showed steel buildings in Spain, China and other countries burning for many hours and the steel framework still stood. The damage by fire is completely different from the results of controlled demolition.

Having received my degree from Aberdeen University, I worked as a librarian in further education through my 20's then retrained and found work as a PA in international steel trading in the City of London for many years. In 1988 I witnessed the expertly performed demolition of an apartment block in Hackney, East London, England - we all went along just to see and had a completely clear view from the marshes. The collapse of the Twin Towers - and Building 7 - was identical in every respect to that perfectly realized demolition I saw all those years ago: the lateral puffs of smoke as the explosives went off, the perfect collapse of the building into its own footprint, the incredibly small volume of material left to be seen on the site from such a tall building. The suggestion that this kind of damage could possibly be caused by an aircraft if simply unfeasible.

Although I have not practiced in the field, I have involved myself in the teaching of physics and chemistry at the secondary school level. At first hand, I have witnessed the stunning levels of scientific ignorance that characterize most of our society's youth and, by extension, their parents. Unquestionably, it is this veil of ignorance that allows the culprits of this evil deed to pretend they have something to hide behind forever. However, the judgment of history is something they will not so easily evade.
Anyone who applies a basic energy balance analysis to the processes of these collapses can readily determine that explosives MUST have been laid to achieve their effects. Simply put, this energetics of these collapses well exceed (by several orders of magnitude) the total sum of all energies latent in the potential energy of the standing structures, the kinetic energies of the planes' impacts, and the chemical energies to be found in all the combustible materials (fuel, furnishings, etc.) to be found there. The difference must be found in the explosive charges that were used. As for the dynamics of the demolition sequences, they bear all the earmarks of the controlled use of explosives. Any fool with two eyes and some basic common sense should be able to plainly see this.

I am a graduate of Diablo Valley College in Pleasnt Hill, CA with an AA degree. I seek the truth about 911. I have studied the events surrounding events 911 for over 8 years, from a wide array of sources.
The north and south towers were designed to withstand a crash of a 707 airplane. 767 Airplanes are very similar. The weight of the planes did not cause the towers to come down. Thermite and explosives were used to bring down the twin towers. The testimonies of eye witnesses and first responders leave no doubt that there were explosions separate from the explosions from the impact of the planes. Building 7 was not hit by a plane, yet it collapsed around 530pm that day. (Due to small fires) The dust clouds indicating explosive devices. Why was the steel carted away so fast? Why does NIST ignore all the evidence of molten metal? We desperately need a new independent investigation to seek the truth.

I have had my doubts about the events of 9/11, and after viewing several of the videos available online, I feel that we are being kept in the dark about what really happened on that day. It is our right as American citizens to know exactly how and why these events were allowed to happen on American soil, and I believe a non-partisan investigation needs to be conducted with full access to government and non-government files, records, and any other information pertaining to that day.
