To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Although, I was always suspicious about the nature of collapse of the twin towers, I am MUCH more disturbed about the nature of the collapse of Building 7 and what is likely represents. Also, the significant signs of molten metal during and immediately after the collapse of the buildings, (negating the situations where rescuers used torches to remove rubble) is very alarming. Also, I am very disturbed by the lack of thorough investigation of the 911 events. I hope the credibility of the researchers who have found nanothermite is maintained as this will likely be a source of attack for those who want to prevent a new investigation. I believe it is time for firemen, engineers, architects, lawyers, pilots, family survivors, first responders to all support each other to DEMAND a new investigation. 911 is the blackest of modern day historical events and it is SCREAMING for a proper investigation. 911 was an excuse for war, and if in fact it was a premeditated act by more than just the air attackers, then the response attacks AFTER 911 were as much or more EVIL than 911 itself. The truth MUST be found and accountability must be resolved or we as a society, will never be free of its effects.

Not long before 9/11, I was at the WTC meeting with the Port Authority to evaluate their RFP to manage the operation of the Windows on the World Restaurant. On 9/11 I was driving back to Maryland from Florida where I had received a national design award for a project I had designed and built.

These events geographically 'book ended' our home and shocked us all. We also lost a member of my mother's family (the McBrayer Scots clan, who came to America in the 1740's) at WTC 2. His name is Ken McBrayer. He worked for Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He was on the 104th Floor that morning. We are all 6 degrees of separation at most, of course, including the other million and counting who have been lost in the senseless, criminal wars and other illegal operations our country has launched based on a dark and terrible lie. There is more than enough evidence regarding the building collapses to require a real world, independent, and 'under oath' investigation into them. There are so many troubling questions that all of us, including the casualties, are owed answers to. We must demand this as citizens. Our nation, our constitution, and the world will never return to even a semblance of normalcy until the events of 9/11 are subjected to a genuine investigation. It is not yet too late. Justice is not just needed, it is absolutely required. Like so many others, I am shamefully late in coming to this. I always questioned the 911 Commission Report but was not totally aware of all the others out there working selflessly for an investigation. Being of an age to remember JFK, the Gulf of Tonkin, MLK, RFK, Wellstone and so many others almost leaves one too cynical and shell shocked to keep paying attention. My children, the arc of justice can be slow. Metanoia is painful. However, this must be done.

years ago i saw the nova documentary on the collapse, accepted it and never thought about it again. it was several months ago a friend (himself a mechanical engineer) brought to my attention the possibility of controlled demolition being used to bring down the towers. i went online and within thirty minutes (and having as well gained about fifteen thousand hours experience in construction since the nova video) was convinced that explosives were used to bring down the buildings - with building seven video being the so-called smoking gun, both the way it fell in on itself and the rate at which it fell seemed highly suspicious. to commemorate the tenth anniversary I spent some time looking at the videos again and spent time reflecting on the ramifications of the day and the implications of the truth being covered up. this left me a bit angry and wanting to do something. (currently I'm trying to figure out if an inelastic collision can described the pancake model of collapse, together with conservation of momentum and the equations of motion to come up with a minimum time, according to newton, of the collapse. surely someone has done this already?) best regards, troy mcgarrigle

There is no one specific event (however WTC7 is a bit of a no brainer) but there are so many holes in the official story that it would be hard to believe there ISN'T a cover up. If there is no cover up then why would the authorities withhold evidence that would prove their case. It makes no sense to do so does it? Pentagon video footage for example. As I'm sure no-one believes that a building of that nature would not be covered from every angle and in real time. I believe that anyone with a little common sense would question the official line.

I have always been concerned that something was fishy regarding how a high hit on the Towers could cause this kind of a structural collapse. I spent some time in aerospace during the moon lauch period and witnessed an oxygen/hydrogen fire on our test stand during hot firings. The metal burned because of the high fire temp, but did not collapse. Yes, the floors above the impact area rightly collapsed due to lose of structural integrity but that has no bearing on the lower floors collapsing.

WTC Building 7 fell on Sept. 11, 2001. All video evidence implies that the building fell from a demolition explosion, not from a fire as previously suggested. There was found evidence of thermite at the site that has never been investigated. It is time now, to fully investigate. And to answer many questions, including: 1) When was the building originally rigged for demolition? (some say it would take months to plan) 2) Who rigged it for demolition? 3) Who ordered the demolition to take place? 4) Where there other buildings that were likewise rigged? (ie: Towers 1 and 2). 5) Are there other building still in the area that are rigged now to go off? 6) what kind of foreknowledge of 911 was there by our government and military?

I have been involved in construction for years. I have seen the implosions of buildings brought down to make room for newer taller buildings. I know beyond a doubt what an imploded building looks like when it comes down and i have seen a building after one side did not come down immediately.

Free fall speed of a collapsing steel building with no resistance from the undamaged part of the structure itself. The Laws of Physics suspended; how is this possible? 7WTC collapses with very little impact damage from the planes. The WTC site was technically a crime scene but evidence was allowed to be removed without investigation. Unexplained explosions in the sub-basements of one of the WTC building; I think it was the North Tower.

I recognize the hard work that has been done in moving this discussion from conspiracy theory to legitimacy and completely agree that aside from the ultimate questions of why and how and by whom the obvious discrepancies of evidence vs official explanations need to be brought to light for official investigation. I agree that the analysis of the events of 9/11 have become official religion and and need to be collaborated or refuted by a new investigation of the destruction of the 3 buildings on that day.

I've been researching the events of 9/11/01 for almost 8 years. Any doubts I had about it being an inside job have long since been removed. Although my discipline of study is in the athletic fields, I was able to discern the right information regarding the building collapses and have since determined that elements within our own government were complicit in the horrific events of that day.

Buildings do not fall symetrcally unless all supports have been taken out. Common sense will tell anyone that WTC 7, which no jet flew into should not have fallen to the ground in 6.5 seconds.

I am an artist, born and now living in the United States. In addition to gallery exhibits I have been commissioned to paint many portraits, including being commissioned by the Federal Government to paint an official portrait of a Cabinet Member during the Clinton Administration.
I was in New York on 9/11/01. It was my home. I would like to add my name to the others asking for a new investigation to uncover the truth about what brought the towers down. Policies undertaken in response to the events of that day have caused so much human suffering. The official explanation makes no sense to me. From history I can see that if I do not speak up, I am endorsing all that has followed. I cannot do that.

I just can't believe official story. We need truth. There are too many contradictions in the official theory. It's not a chance that it justifies the American foreign policy. Passports found intact, the trajectory of the plane into the Pentagon, WTC 7 falling on its base after fire, for me it's too big to be believed. I studied the mechanics of static and dynamic forces and also have some knowledge of material strength, my instinct leads me to skepticism.

The collapse of WTC 7 in perfect demolition style within minutes of the owner Larry Silverstein giving the Fire Dept. Chief direct orders to Pull It (as seen on video and heard on audio) is enough evidence that 9/11 was in fact an inside job. There is no reason for this building to collapse in almost free fall speed into itself from a few office fires.
