PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

And after seeing the videos of the aircraft hitting the buildings, I still believe they were military KC-135 refueling aircraft. I refueled these planes for 9 years in the Air Force. As far as the Pentagon and the crash in Pa., we all know better. What happened to the aircraft with the passengers on them has yet to be speculated.

I am a registered Prof. Civil Engineer in Utah (since 1967), Wyoming and Idaho (qualified short time later). Am a Prof. Land Surveyor in Idaho. - - Received my BSCE from Utah State University Logan, Utah in 1954. Was with U.S. Bur. of Public Roads for 3 years located in Oreg., Wash,. Alaska, and Wyo. Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. I see that example as more proof that all 3 WTC buildings were Imploded. The corners failed due to the extra explosives. - - - - Lester D. Baker, P.E. - - Ogden, Utah
When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). If Mr. Gage ever talks to me, I will be happy to explain it to him. Sorry, but it is true.

All three WTC buildings fell at free-fall speed into their own footprints, classic intentional demolition via internally set explosives. Building 7 collapsed without significant damage from planes, or other obvious external sources. Several first responders including firemen reported explosions in building 1 and 2, including in the basements, prior to the collapse events. Combined with the prodigious volume of fine-grained dust (blown outward from the buildings, and the smoking gun of thermite residue analyzed from metal girder samples, plus persistent pools of molten metal beneath rubble (kerosene jet fuel cannot melt steel), highly suggest the intention demolition of WTC high-rise office buildings independent of external damage caused by aircraft collisions. The mainstream explanation of the WTC demolitions cannot explain away the above observations. A politically independent panel of experts must be convened to finally expose the truth of what happened to the WTC on 9-11-2001.

The planes were a smoke screen, what lay behind the towers was the real culprit. While yes people were killed and we do have sympathy for the victims families of 9/11, there is an obvious number of discrepancies within the official government records that were publicly paraded by the media over and over again that we might believe what the talking heads told us was true. If we can ask questions and seek truth, then there is still freedom in this country. When I saw the towers fall. I didn't know what was going on, in fact I thought it was a movie until I was told otherwise. Five years after that dark day I came across the film Loose Change. I thought the information was bogus. I did not believe in conspiracies at the time. So I decided to test the evidence of the official story and the alternative story. The conclusion for me was simple after looking at numerous testimonies from architects, fireman, journalists, and others who were there that day and who themselves did not believe in the official account. Without a doubt the sound evidence painted a bigger picture that these towers did not fall because of small brush fires as in building sevens case, nor did jet fuel cause the columns to melt and topple the buildings. Now we move forward into investigating the Pentagon and the flight 93 crash.

The first thing that opened my eyes, was the initial damage to the Pentagon, the hole which was only 16-20 feet wide. Then I heard the explanation of how the jet fit into this hole. I am not stupid and I know that a square peg does not fit into a round hole.
In watching the events of 9/11 live on television, something never sat right with me when the Twin Towers collapsed. When I returned home after work and saw the collapse of WTC 7, again something didn't sit right with me. I even said, look how fast that building collapsed!. I have a Matric in electronics, chemistry and physics. I have studied music and love maths and science.
I would like an investigation into why there was no investigation done on the demolition hypothesis. Why they found traces of nano thermite, and why the dust particles had traces of molten iron, sulfur etc. I would like an investigation into why most of the evidence was sent to China to be recycled and not kept for physical evidence and scientific research. I still find it hard to believe in the pancake theory that suggests momentum brought down the Twin Towers and would like more physical, scientific evidence for this hypothesis. Maybe a replica could be built on a small scale and tested. I would like the TRUTH about what really happened on 9/11 and believe the people's families and the people that died on that day deserve the truth, as well as all the people and soldiers that have died because of this expensive WAR on Terror that we always hear about. I have researched written evidence, photos and videos. I have no experience in architecture or engineering but I feel the information I have gathered is of vital importance.
I always had my suspicions to the lack of evidence and the shear doubtfulness that the buildings were destroyed with jet planes as Leslei Robertson - WTC Structural Engineer and Frank A. Demartini -Manager, WTC Construction, stated the the Towers were designed to take multiple plane impacts at any location and still stand. Until I saw the film Zeitgeist, I found the method in which they picked apart the statement that the US government tells us what happened and who was responsible on the day of 9/11. No Warnings - At-leased 12 country's warned the US about regarding intelligence about an attack eminent on America. All of which were ignored. 19 Hijackers - The names of the Hijackers were not on the flight manifest and nor were there any Arabic names. A Passport was found undamaged in amongst the rubble. The passport that this person belonged to is alive and so are 6 of the other alleged Hijackers and no evidence has linked these people to Osama Bin Laden The Pentagon - All video evidence which would have shown the plane crashing into the pentagon was confiscated and never shown to the public. The alleged Hijacker who flew the plane was said by his flying instructor that he could not safely fly a small plane. The US government say that the plane was vaporized due to the jet fuels heat. But the 2 Rolls Royce engines weighed 6 tonnes each of steel and titanium alloy which is scientifically impossible to be melted by jet fuel. Pancake theory - The US government said that the fires melted the steel and caused the floors to break loose from the steel columns. So you would expect these core columns to be sticking into the air at-leased a thousand feet and a whole stack of floors to be piled up on top of each other. When the building collapsed, it fell at near free fall levels. The core columns of the WTC after the collapse appeared to be cut at an angle with molten metal. Pools of this molten metal in the debris were documented with hot spots of over 2000F, that is 500F hotter than jet fuel burns Melted WTC Steel - Dr. Steven Jones discovered not only traces of thermite, but also 'thermate', which is used in the demolition industry. Sub Basement Explosions - William Rodriguez, a 20 year employee at the WTC reported an explosion in the basement level seconds before the plane hit the WTC. Other servicemen reported an explosion at the lower point of the Tower moments before the plane struck. How does all this information go unanswered after 10 years?!

I am a cribber and work with reinforced concrete everyday. The towers were built very good (or should have been.... we want to find out) and those 2 planes should not have been able to collapse the towers. And why would the 3rd tower fall? not from those fires... and why can you see explosions in the video of the 3rd tower??
I think that it is very strange how all these events unfolded and that there were so few people in the tower at the time. Also, you would think that a terrorist would have crashed the plane much lower in the building so that fewer people could escape. It is odd that the towers collapsed because 48 reinforced concrete is very very strong....

I have worked as a licensed real estate agent, owned and managed several apartment buildings for more than 20 years as well as owning and managing a palm tree farm. I have limited technical education only self taught from my farming experiences and working in the real estate field and tree farm in Florida with a High School education.
I am not a professional in this field though it is obvious to the eye that these buildings could not have come down in such a controlled manner without assistance. Even the experts with all their resources at demolition do not always succeed in getting buildings down. We intelligent people are to believe 3 giant buildings came down without explosives undermining the support of the building.

I worked at a small machine shop. One day there was an argument over what to do with the 2 inch pieces of steel in the furnace. The steel stayed in the furnace for around an hour. When they finally pulled the steel out it had melted a bit, but it took 2000 degrees to do the damage. The skyscrapers were not subjected to that kind of temperatures.
Impossible for the fire to have brought down the skyscrapers. Controlled demolition is a possibility.

I practice anesthesia as a nurse. I have seen the infromation put forth by AE911 truth. I agree there should be an independent investigation.
It was obviously controlled demolition. There needs to be an independent investigation.
