To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was shocked by 9/11. As an optimist I gave the official story the benefit of the doubt. I am not a believer in conspiracies but your documentary gave me pause. If there is a hint of impropriety in the official story, then it is likely to only be the tip of the iceberg. I hope to god it is wrong, but in my profession, hope doesn't cut it. I need to see evidence that makes sense. The NIST backtracking and weak arguments don't reassure me; as an engineer, I understand the issues raised. Also, in my industry, an objective third party review is always used. I would expect the same from our government.

I look for facts to either substantiate or disqualify claims of activity that allegedly occurred on a computer system.
I knew almost immediately that the buildings did not, could not, fall as a result of airplane impact and fuel burning. The thing that stood out for me is that there was no precedent of a building completely collapsing as a result of fire. Even if the jet fuel could have weakened the steel beams, the towers would not have fallen straight down into their own footprints. The footage of the buildings collapsing looked too much like controlled demolition.

The building 7 collapse was obviously a controlled demolition. There was no direct plane crash, and a diesel building fire somehow caused a perfect demolition internal collapse. This was no accident, and to me, completely discredits the official report, and must be investigated and scientifically explained. I would like a release of any and all evidence related to 9/11, so the public can decide. There are many unanswered questions in my mind. How come raw materials from the demolished building are hidden away in warehouses, and not publicly available? Let independent auditors test metal from the wreckage for nano-thermite. Why is there no open scientific scrutiny and study? Why is the public prevented from seeing an analyzing the evidence? Why were air force pilots kept occupied training for the exact scenario (hijacking exercise) the day of the attacks? (air traffic controller saying is this real world, or an exercise). Where are the black boxes? Security footage tapes? Release the pentagon footage - all of it (there must be some hi-res footage not publicly released), showing the crash, to refute claims it was a cruise missile / inside job, and confirm it was a plane. Explain the Pennsylvania crash - why are there no large plane parts? Explain how black boxes can fail to survive all crashes. These are designed to survive, and yet *all* 4 vanished? This isn't possible. If it were, then there are serious problems with black-box design and a national redesign should be in force. Again, science to overcome this exact scenario (crashes) somehow failed? This contradicts the official report, and must be explained. Explain how diesel can melt steel. Modern material science is advanced enough to show jet fuel can't melt steel (1400 degree jet fuel fires can't melt steel at almost 2800 degrees), so how *did* it melt? Refute nano-thermite questions with evidence. Again, why does science contradict the official report? If it is eventually determined nano-thermite was actually used (contrary to the official findings), then go further, and identify who could have done such a thing? On such a massive scale? Undetected? Open up video security footage from inside the buildings to help identify the individuals involved, expose street camera footage to allow vehicles in/out to be identified so we can understand who could have done this and how they pulled it off. Motive and opportunity. Who stood to profit from 9/11? Follow the money trail. This hasn't received enough investigative attention. The whole affair smells of a cover-up. Too much contradiction with science, too many (easily answered) unanswered questions. If there is nothing to hide, why is all the evidence hidden away in private? All of these issues and many more need serious investigation, openly, by the public, which can only happen with access to the evidence in question. Currently there are too many secrets, too much evidence held in secret, preventing people from analyzing the evidence openly, drawing their own conclusions, and thus determining their own truth. Let's make the evidence public, so people can find truth, get closure, and move on once and for all.

I am the owner of a small construction company in TN since 1997. Areas of experience include foundation repair, sheet metal construction, strong mechanical background, home building, swimming pool construction, grade & excavation.
After witnessing the fall of the buildings on 9/11, including the 3rd building that many never knew fell, it was an obvious conclusion in my mind that three modern day skyscrapers do not fall directly into their footprint for the reasons given that day or the reasons cited in the 9/11 Commission report that came almost 3 years later. I became greatly troubled over the explanation of these events and immediately began to fear for my family for the reasons for such a delayed, incomplete, underfunded and scientifically inaccurate explanation which did not include the building that was not hit by a plane. Knowing the melting point of steel versus the highest temperature of an atmospheric fire, as well as temps produced by kerosene A (jet fuel), it appeared to me that this official explanation defied the laws of physics. Unfortunately, these are only a couple of scientific reasons out of countless that beg the need to reopen a new and complete investigation unimpeded by anyone other than professionals who are in no way connected to or associated with the original 9/11 Commission or those who appointed them. An investigation done solely by the people who are professionals in their industry pertaining to the matters in question.

As an architecture student, the official story of the collapse of the Twin Towers and WTC 7 do not match my expectations. The collapse of the steel structure by heat caused by kerosene is not a convincing story compared with the videos. How come the Towers collapsed so rapidly? Wouldn't the steel beams and columns that didn't collapse by heat slow down the destruction of the Towers? It seems very unlikely that all this material would pulverize, assuming the official story. Also, I would expect the steel on the side of impact to collapse first, therefore the Tower would be out of balance instead of collapsing straight down. And WTC 7, what a surprise.

I do not believe any of the world trade centre buildings came down by airplanes and a fire. In my opinion it is impossible. Jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt steel, as well as an luminum plane will not be strong enough to take down a solid steel structure, and if by chance it were strong enough, it would not fall at record speed right on its own foundation. I believe 1000% that the U.S. government is responsible.

I am a veterinarian with experience in diagnostic pathology and biomedical research. I also have a master's degree in environmental science. I have no training in architecture or engineering but the information I have seen arouses suspicion in the deficiency of the initial investigation.
The initial investigation appears to be inadequate. Failure to perform another more inclusive investigation will result in continued uncertainty and suspicion concerning the structural safety of such buildings and/or a possible cover-up of some aspects of the attack. I have always been amazed that a plane striking the upper part of a sky scraper would cause its complete collapse. If this is a normal expectation, I believe the height of such structures should be curtailed. There seems to be no convincing explanation for the total collapse of Building 7.

The melting point of steel is about 1500 degrees C. A residential fire burns at about 500 - 650 degrees C, and jet fuel burns at a maximum of about 1000 degrees C.

Most of my opinions about the 'collapse' of the 3 buildings have been developed over time as I heard others' opinions about the incident. Especially Building 7 how it came down in the exact way they show controlled demolished buildings fall. All of this and the fact that eyewitnesses kept claiming there where explosions/bombs going off in the building prior to collapse. Building 7 in particular had no logical reason for collapsing simply due to fire.

When the Twin Towers went down, it was like a domino effect, about 9/11 is that it was planned very carefully. And I feel the government knew about it. How come the military didn't detect the plane going into the Pentagon. Our military is supposed to see these things, but they didn't. And the Twin Towers came down so fast, it was like someone pushed a button to dynamite each floor. I will never forget that day. I live in fear every day for all our lives.

Buildings, when hit with bombs from planes, characteristically explode outward from impact. From observing buildings being demolished to make way for new structures, they definitely fall straight down when experts in demolition want them to.

I am not an architect nor an engineer. I've watched talks online from professional architects and engineers, and I saw Richard Gage, AIA, in the Stillorgan Park Hotel, Dublin, in 2011 and none of this stuff was on the TV during the 10th anniversary of 9/11/01. They are creating a One World Economic Order, a One World Government.
I don't have a degree in architecture or engineering, but have seen the evidence presented by Richard Gage, AIA, at the Jim Corr (Irish Band, The Corrs) talk in Dublin, 2011, and the information on the website and internet of Architects and Engineers. It isn't on the mainstream media, folks. Larry Silverstein said, We just decided to pull it. Pull it is a term used for pressing buttons to control the demolition. It takes a few weeks/months to set up to collapse it properly. The 10th anniversary came by and none of this was in the documentaries.

I have worked in the Construction/HVAC Industry for 20 years as a Refrigeration/HVAC builder. I worked with my father in his engineering firm in the North WTC Tower in 1990-91, and have his personal experience escaping that tower on 9/11, and consequent reflections as an engineer as a motive to investigate further. I am also an experienced translator in Portuguese-English and ran a school in Brazil for 4 years until 2006.
Clearly powerful structures do not disintegrate as we are told they did on 9/11 without the aid of incendiary/explosive devices. Anyone who observes closely the ash-pile that were all three towers (1,2, and 7) on 9/11 can discern that a tremendous amount of explosive force would have been necessary to reduce the structural integrity of those massively overbuilt towers to that of a sand castle. Also, the glaring truth about Media's complicity in obfuscating critical scientific issues, eyewitness reports, and forensic evidence that debunk even the remotest possibility of the official story being true, indicates that powerful economic interests must be at stake, much in the same way that the Church of Medieval Europe was invested in the flat earth theory. Persecution was a well-funded and thus popular institution both then and now, but truth must prevail in order to restore sanity to the course of human development.
