PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Over the last 6 years, I have overseen the construction of multiple commercial and residential projects in both the NYC and Philadelphia metro areas. I do not accept the official theory that WTC 7 collapsed symmetrically into its own footprint at nearly free fall speed due to structural damage and fires alone. An object falling to earth at free fall speed, by definition, does not encounter resistance along the way. The rigid structure of interconnected columns, beams, and girders provide substantial resistance to physical forces. Indeed, that is their function. This is one of many reasons why I feel a new, independent investigation is necessary. The ramifications from the events of that day are enormous for the people of the world. It is our duty to strive for the truth.

Received a BSEE in 1958 while working at nights and summers at Douglas Aircraft Company. Initially I worked for Servomechanisms Inc for 2 years, then Nortronics on the Polaris Missile System for 2 years before joining Canoga Electronics. My work there for 8 years was on digital interfaces. I briefly worked at Sagetec, a startup, before forming Data Works in Los Angeles in 1973. Three years later it was purchased by Fairchild who moved it to San Jose. In 1978, myself and two partners bought it back from Fairchild and started ICS Electronics which specialized in GPIB computer to instrument interfaces. I was president and ran the company until was sold in 2018. Construction has always been a side interest of mine as we built two buildings for ICS and our own home in the Bay area. I am currently retired and doing some consulting for ICS.
The video about the collapse of 1 WTC has always bothered me. The radio spire on top of the building appears to sink before the building starts to fall This is very reminiscent of all of the building demolition videos I have seen. My second problem is the lack of plane debris at the crash site at Shanksville and at the Pentagon. I think the whole story about 9/11 needs to be reviewed.

In my judgment the collapse of Building 7 was a controlled demolition. I see no other plausible explanation. I would also say that the destruction of the Twin Towers pretty obviously involved some sort of explosive devices. The forces and energies evident in the collapse videos, in my opinion, are not consistent with the impact of airplanes and resultant fuel fires alone.

From my basic study of Mechanical Engineering, I can only say that the official storyline is preposterous; a building simply cannot fall at free-fall velocity without breaking the laws of Physics. It definitely appears that Bldg #7 was a controlled demolition along with the other towers. It was announced on TV that #7 was going to come down and I also saw a clip of Larry Silverstein say pull it, which is a demolition term. Popular Mechanics said it was brought down by fire, which is totally contradictory to what the news and silverstein said. How could all these explosives be set for #7 between 11AM and 5:20PM? It takes weeks of planning to set explosives for demolition. This leads me to believe that the explosives were set long before 9/11. The fact that the ground was still burning up to 3 months after is also an indication that jet fuel was not the culprit. Witnesses said there was greenish smoke coming from the ground and some rescue workers said there shoes were melting. What happened to all the office furniture and door knobs in the buildings?

From the evidence provided, fires cannot take down the huge base columns in a skyscraper. Architects and engineers design these with all kinds of safety protocols. The media is wrong by basing their information on guesses for a lack of evidence. Also with the evidence of thermite, there is no reason for this to exist in the debris.

I believe that 9/11 was a planned attack. It's too coincidental that something like this would happen/could happen on one of the largest war games days in history. NIST has changed its explanation for the collapse of WTC Building 7 at least 7 times. On September 11, 2001, President George W. Bush arrived in a classroom at Emma T. Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida, to read to students after being informed of the first WTC strike and continued after Chief of Staff, Andrew Card, informed him of the second attack and quickly withdrew as he apparently expected Bush to not respond. Bush's itinerary had been publicized and the nearest airport is four miles away. Assuming the hijacked airplane attack was an outside job, Bush would jeopardize the entire school. Smoking guns also include the collapse of WTC Building 7, the discovery of thermite in the WTC wreckage, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, twice publicly stating that Flight 93 had been shot down; BBC Reporter, Jane Standley, and CNN Reporter, Aaron Brown, reported the collapse of WTC Building 7 before it had occurred.

I am not an architect or an engineer, but I do know the law of gravity and I can tell you the 3 buildings were a free fall into their own footprint. This was an obvious inside job. The Bush administration was fully aware of the events that were going to happen on 9/11/2001. The 3 buildings were imploded. The manner in which all the buildings fell, in a free fall, indicates that only an explosive demolition process could have been the cause of their collapse. This is basic science. The official government explanation that the collapse of the buildings was due to a plane crashing into them makes no scientific sense. And of course there was no plane that crashed into building 7.

There is a great need for truth on this matter. The psychological healing and redirection of anger needs to be addressed, and I feel that this is a great start. I have only a general understanding of physics and mechanics, yet it is all very clear that 9-11 was orchestrated by the US Government (Shadow Government). Worked in the building industry (Demolition and Construction) for over 20 years. Have seen a number of office/building demolitions and have a general idea on structures and architecture. (enough to know when I hear a lie anyway)
Anybody with any sense on 9/11 who knew about buildings, especially steel buildings, should have known that: 1. The aircraft would not have had the force to bring down the huge cores, especially in the manner in which they fell. Building 7, well I don't even think there's any need for comment on that one, the laws of physics were shattered that day. I admire what AE911Truth is doing. If nobody's got anything to worry about, let the people choose its own investigation teams (all independent) to look into every possibility. If the American People don't mind paying over $40 million for Clinton's lies, then another $40 million to expose Bush, Blair & co, is great value for the money. Well done and keep up the good work.
