PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are definite questions from a physics aspect and of certain elements that should be questioned. True investigation, like design, should not count out any possibilities and claims should be refuted by scientific fact. There are many claims in the NIST report that do not add up and should be evaluated. Even the 'debunking' released by Popular Mechanics have weak explanations that are not based on evidence of photos, scientific study, 3D modeling and so forth. For example, a building designed to withstand horizontal force and fires for hours leading to a complete collapse does not add up. These 3 buildings would be the first buildings in history to ever completely collapse to rubble from a multi-story fire. If this is the case, then NFPA and all other fire-protecting standards would need to be greatly revised to even allow for any new high-rise construction or else we are all performing malpractice.

Responsible for the Manufacture of the OSO-2 Satellite. It was so reliable it functioned for 6 years past the 6 month specification. Responsible for the Reliability and Availability of IBM's GPD products from 1966 thru 1998.
I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. From the evidence available regarding the 9/11 twin towers, it is my expert opinion that a fully funded investigation of all the evidence should be opened. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.

WTC 7 was not struck by aircraft, was quite a distance from the falling towers, from photos and video did not seem damaged or extensively on fire yet collapsed in what appears to be a controlled, engineered, pre-planned demolition. This building is the only steel framed skyscraper to ever collapse from fire. A very through investigation should have been performed, instead all steel was controlled and recycled immediately, an act of criminal destruction of evidence. The twin towers collapse is also suspect. Eyewitnesses reporting explosions before the collapse. Also the damaged structure at and above the impact zone should not have been able to collapse the remaining undamaged structure, especially the massively strong central core. The core and outer walls supported the weight of the upper structure, it would have been able to resist the dynamic force of the upper structure falling. There can not be more energy generated dynamically from falling than is present in the potential energy from standing, height x gravity x mass. If the lower supporting structure had been able to support the upper floors for thirty years plus a commercial airliner impact, it would have resisted the dynamic energy because they are the same and the weight of the upper structure has been removed from the lower, that's the only way the upper can fall. Therefore in a non-controlled collapse the top section would have remained in place or fallen and broken into many small pieces and fallen off the sides of the remaining non damaged structure. If the floors had pancaked the central core would have remained standing. The only way the collapses can occur as they did is if the central core was destroyed by controlled explosions. The central cores were systematically blown and ripped down the rest of the buildings from the inside. Again all evidence was destroyed by remelting the steel. The event known as 911 was in my opinion a combination of an external government and some members of the US Fed government conspiring to produce a domestic terrorism event (false flag) to launch the global war on terrorism resulting in the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, the patriot act, the tapping of every piece of voice, e-mail, data communications in the world, Dept of homeland security, increase in oil prices and massive military / domestic police force spending all on the backs of the supposedly terrified US taxpayer. It is and will remain the single most important event in the history of this country.

When I saw the planes hit, I said they have to implode the Towers to rebuild them. What happened next was a systematic implosion of both Towers, and this would not happen as the Towers were built to resist collapse due to an office fire. This was intentional implosion of both Towers. There is no way, two very strongly designed buildings could fall with the damage caused. Something else other than the planes caused the towers to come down.

There was no reason for Building 7 to fall at free fall speed, as the result of small fires. This building was designed to withstand much more. I am about as middle-class as it gets, having gone the traditional school/college/working for corporations as a computer programmer/systems analyst. I am also, however, quite concerned about the direction in which this country and this world is moving. Too much corruption, too much secrecy, too much subterfuge. I am, of course, extremely upset at what happened on 9/11. But I am even more upset at how 9/11 has been used by rich and powerful interests to erode civil liberties at home and to snuff out hundreds of thousands of human lives overseas. I became highly suspicious about all of the events surrounding the tragedies of Sept. 11th, 2001 when my brother first showed me the video of the object that crashed into the Pentagon. I am 79 years old and retired. I have a semi-active interest in things that are going on. I have had a very strong interest in the problem of 9/11. That starts with my seven kids and multiple grandkids who are growing up fast.
I have paid attention to the controversy about the 9/11 disaster. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to know that the way the buildings fell was unusual. The fact that they fell at all, started me to wondering. As further information came out I was sure that something was wrong. While I appreciate the effort taken in the study and reporting on the cause, I think that a truly scientific study should be done. The evidence that has been shown so far begs the question of the original report.

9/11 was the worst disasters to happen on American soil in my lifetime. On the morning of 9/11 I was a a sport injury clinic with my daughter. I was in the waiting room and saw the twin towers collapse on TV. It looked like a controlled demolition to me. Afterwords I could not believe that a fire caused by jet fuel coud turn concrete to dust and steel into molton metal. The official version did not jive with scientific evidence. When building number seven came down at almost free fall speed I knew something was not right. The Boeing 757 that supposedly slammed into the Pentagon and the plane that crashed in Shanksville also needs further investigation. I believe we will not have liberty nor will the world be safe until 9/11 is e-investigated with full subpoena powers.

The evidence for controlled demolitions is so overwhelming. Once you accept that, then you must accept that only demolition experts with access to thermite/thermate and access to these secure buildings had to have done it. Nineteen hijackers from Saudi Arabia do not meet these thresholds. Since the federal government will not investigate, one of the 50 states (with subpoena power) must. It is best to concentrate investigation efforts at the state level.

Considering the arguments put forward by AE911 I would like to express my severe doubts about the official version of the 9/11 events. The NIST report does not answer many of the questions raised by AE911 and I would like to see an independent commission investigate this matter in more detail.
