PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The destruction of the three buildings has all the hallmarks of a controlled demolition. The fact that NIST did not even look for explosives indicates a cover up to me. The fact that engineers were involved in the cover up makes me ashamed of the profession. Where were all of the professional associations when the NIST report was tabled?

Am a Prof. Land Surveyor in Idaho. - - Received my BSCE from Utah State University Logan, Utah in 1954. Was with U.S. Bur. of Public Roads for 3 years located in Oreg., Wash,. Alaska, and Wyo. Interstate Hwy Design engineer on I-15 from Lehi to Provo, Utah. After that, I was appointed Utah DOT's Standards Engineer (I started with zero standards.) Some BPR Standards were adopted, Developed new format, construction details and all new standards for all types of state roads and highway construction, plus traffic control design, signage and standards. Revised the Utah Road Commission payment handbook, which determined the methods for calculating the contactor's payment. - - As a Facilities Engr, for Hercules, I was placed in charge of all roads, buildings, roofs, barricades, parking & utilities lines, including: acid, steam, air, water, sewer and N. gas, plus projects: using, air, hydraulic, explosion-proof equipment & handling equipment. - - Mapped 6 underground coal mines in Utah, They used Explosives. - - I had an day to day association with an Explosives Expert & Chemist for several years. - - In 1949 (USAF) I flew over many bombed German cities and witnessed the damage done by bombs in WWII. The corners of the bombed-out buildings stood up 10 to 30 feet higher than the middle portion of the straight perimeter walls of the damaged structures. (Not true for 911 Bldg. #7. I see that example as more proof that all 3 WTC buildings were Imploded. The corners failed due to the extra explosives. - - - - Lester D. Baker, P.E. - - Ogden, Utah
When a bldg drops/falls at free fall speed, it means to me that the floor above did not help, or cause the collapse of the next floor below (that would have caused a short delay). It means to me that there was no resistance, or delay by the floor below and therefore that floors below had already failed completely before the upper floor could get there. Each and every floor failed TIMELY. Only a well-controlled Implosion could do this 110 times in a row. And it was repeated for 2 more buildings (another 110 stories and then on another 47 story building.) - - I suspect that if any of the floors had failed untimely (too soon or too late), it would have caused a totally different failure scenario. Both would likely have missed the footprint below. The lower floors failed exactly as planned (which was about one-tenth of one second apart). Three huge buildings went down without a hitch. It could not have been better, if it were planned. And yet they say that it was NOT planned. If that is true, The only tougher job I can think of - is for someone to build one of those buildings - WITHOUT A PLAN - Timing may not be so critical. - - - - - - Seperate Comment: - - Why can't we find these EXPERTS, and these were EXPERTS that did this job? I suspect that there are only 5 or 10 people in the world, at most, who know how to even supervise this kind of job, and they all know each other, also, they would have access to the sources (find them too) of the explosives, Thermite, and other Specialties used on this project, etc. (That was a BIG, COMPLEX job.) So, many people in the business would know about it. This INFO should be easy to find (I bet they even advertise). With just a little waterboarding (JUST KIDDING), we would have our answers. Can you imagine that the U.S. Government is still continuing those trials and torturing those poor Arabs. In any of the videos, I never even saw one Arab, let alone any Arab giving orders to PULL IT. The owner had a big payday, that day, He had owned it only a few months. - - - - I have been very impressed with Mr. Richard Gage, Too bad, but the Constitution is either dead or fast asleep. Otherwise, why would they (your officials) have the nerve to prepare and obtain agreements with Canada and Mexico without protecting their butts. There are no borders, so there is no country, or Nation. Nations require borders, or they are nothing, except renegades. Do your police abide by the Constitutional principles and why not? For any Officer to serve a citation of any kind; there has to have been an INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR A CRIME COMMITTED. All other citations are issued under the de facto Officer doctrine under color of Law. (Ryder v. U.S. 515 U.S. 177). Very interesting. - - - - Another Subject: The Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal have ruled many times in the last 100 years that there is no contract between the Government officials/Police and the Citizens (in name only). If Mr. Gage ever talks to me, I will be happy to explain it to him. Sorry, but it is true.

The collapses of all buildings appear to be controlled demolitions, particularly building 7, which was not impacted by a plane, did not catch fire, and was not otherwise compromised by heat damage. It was merely hit by falling debris, yet it collapsed, pancaking one level upon another. In comparison to other buildings which have toppled due to outside factors, one simply does not see the pancaking seen in the demolition of the WTC buildings. The official story is bunk!

Various ''strange'' breathless characters that were interviewed and who gave details that were not witnessed by the majority present to implant false memories in the still shocked public's mind and ad credence to the ''fairytale'. This is a typical method of brainwashing by the CIA, which they learned at the end of WWII from Germany. The removal of the debris so as to hide the condition of the steel girders that had obviously been ''sliced through'' by something. The free fall collapse and the failure for the building to just buckle and lean over as in other large building fire collapse. The constant use of the word ''terrorists'' by the leaders in the early hours. the fat they want us to believe that a fire was so intense that it made a massive building fall free fall and melt steel did not even singe a passport found at the foot of the site which was supposed to be from one of ''the terrorists''. The fact that the ''patsies'' accused of flying the craft attended a flying school in florida that is used by the CIA! and that the local aviation authority was told to ''back off'' when they wanted to do a check on the school pre event. We are led to believe that ''novice pilots'' did what a Luftwaffe pilot would find challenging. The fact that the weekend before the collapse there were power failures in the building and many technicians were seen to be entering and leaving the building throughout the day and night supposedly fixing ''the lights''.The fact that the twin towers security was controlled by a Bush member is also a perfect coincidence. Also how could a building that holds so many people have its escape doors to the roof LOCKED! was that ever officially addressed? I also suspect that the plane that went down in PV was shot down, as the debris was not that expected of a typical commercial plane crash. Also telling is how the US government had the ''Patriot act'' ready to go!UKUSA had already in place various other bills that prepared them for the invasion of the middle east only weeks prior this event. The debris from the collapse was not that of a fire collapse. The fact that the twin tower site was a ''white elephant'' but was acquired only weeks previously by Larry Silverstein who took out an insurance that would cover terrorist attacks by aircraft. The 9/11 event is probably one of the greatest evil plans the world has ever seen where the perpetrators got away with it. From the data presented via the 9/11: Blueprint For Truth (part [1 - 13] ) - AE911Truth.org show that the official reports about their collapse are not true. I have a background in the medical field and lived in New Jersey at the time of 9/11. We saw the smoke for days and the smell lingered as well. My training in the science field gives me a critical mind, but I also have an investigative mind as well and received training in crime scene investigation.
My first reaction, besides the shock and sadness, was anger. I know from having lived in NJ and having seen the most Northern point on the coast at Sandy Hook, that the NY bay has always been the most vulnerable point in our nation, and it used to always be regarded as such. I was distraught that somehow this fact seemed to be forgotten in 2001. I also have questions about the impact itself and what caused the internal flames. In the history of steel and concrete skyscraper construction I am aware of three building collapses only due to fire, these were all on 9/11/2001. I was 40 years old when 911 happen, as I watched the news that morning, I recall telling myself over and over why were the plans 747 so empty? That type of plan can carry 200 passengers, now I know why, I mostly do my research on 911 on the internet. The twin towers were a dinosaur full of asbestos that needed to be cleaned up. Mr. silverstin knew this, thats why he doubled the insurance coverage just 30 days prior to 911 and allowed the mossad and the pentagon to demolished the tree building with explosives and military dorm plans, this had to be done to convinced the American public to go to war. 5 countries in 7 years in the Middle East, Iran is next. I am afraid of our government and want to leave this country to a safe place in South America

I spent 6 years of my life in New York City. 1961-1963 studied dress design on a scholarship to Fashion Institute of Technology. 1964-1966 worked while studying German, philosophy and chemistry at City College of New York. 1966-1968 worked in Manhattan as a medical literature researcher, medical transcriber, a temporary secretary, administrative assistant and receptionist. 1968-1970, worked and studied chemistry in the University of Texas, Austin, Texas. 1972, moved to Denver, Colorado and continued to work using my diverse set of skills. While working from 1987-1990, I independently volunteered as an activist for smoke-free workplaces in Denver, using my skills as a medical literature researcher, and cartooning skills. On the day I watched the televised World Trade Center buildings and building 7 collapse, I immediately told my husband that we just watched a controlled demolition. My mind went directly to the possible psychological and economic causes for this demolition. And I began to pray for what I now call an Economics of Compassion. The free fall straight down of building 7 was enough physical evidence of a controlled demolition. Any ignorance about the type of fuel needed to create the high temperatures required to melt steel would still not erase the reality of this powerful physical evidence. When United States architects and engineers spoke out through AE911Truth, I was so very grateful that scientific investigation didn't completely die in the United States with the death of so many beautiful souls in the World Trade Center. No rational and logical person should accept NIST's official explanation of the collapses of the World Trade Center buildings as anything bordering on credible with the omission of an investigation into the possibility of explosives, explanation of explosions heard by eye witnesses and available on news footage, white smoke clouds eminating from the bases of the Towers, omission of an explanation for Building 7's collapse, omission of eye witness accounts of molten steel, omission of CDI president's statement of the presence of molten steel, illegal removal of building debris before examination by proper forensic chemical, architectural and engineering teams, misrepresentation of World Trade One and Two's structural detail and refusal to provide the complete set of data points used in support of the official explanation. These and many more valid questions posed by thousands of qualified industry specialists have never been addressed and it's about time that true patriots in and out of the United States demand a proper investigation into, and justice served on, the real perpetrators of the World Trade Center attacks.
