To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

While a Firefighter and a Paramedic I saw numerous buildings collapse. none were steel frame. I was at the Philadelphia Meridian Fire in 1991. 3 of my fellow Firefighters died in that building. 2 of whom I personally knew. While I did not know the third Firefighter, he was my brother. Saddened to the core by the loss of 3 Firefighters? I cannot imagine losing 343 as did my FDNY brothers did on 9/11. As a former Firefighter I can assure you that no one, not one, of the Firefighters present at the Meridian Building fire thought that building was going to collapse. Falling debris from the engulfed floors was a worry, but not the building coming down. I can also assure you that those FDNY Firefighters didn't ever in their wildest imaginations imagine those towers coming down. Brave men and women, but not kamikazes or suicidal. They knew the buildings were not coming down due to fire. Initial command post was in the lobby of the first tower struck. Obviously they saw the damage in the lobby, but the reason for that could be ascertained later. The job at hand was to rescue people and put out the fire. Some of the brightest and most educated Firefighters set up that command post. They are promoted after written testing and verbal scenario knowledge to Fire Chief. In fact there was one Chief on the 78th floor who radioed that he needed 2 hoselines to put out the fire. That tells me that rescue was no longer needed at his level of the building and it also tells me that the fires were not all that great. That Chief and 342 other Firefighters did not know that they were set up to die. I will admit that when I witnessed the towers collapse on 9/11 (on TV), I was in a funk as to why they collapsed. Believe it or not, I attributed the collapses to how perfectly the Architects planned and constructed those towers. As if the perfect collapse was also their design

The evidence and arguments for controlled demolition are really convincing and one has to falsify these by better arguments in favor of another theory, before one can disregard controlled demolition.

I have worked in the construction field either in fire restoration or new construction for more than 25 years. I've owned a hardwood floor company in Denver for the last 15 of those years with as many as 6 employees.

I feel that the explosions in Building 1 and 2 are compelling enough to warrant further investigation. Building 7 appears to be that of controlled demolition. On Sept 11, 2001 as I watched the first tower fall live on TV, my first thought was that looks like a demolition. I do not know why that was my first thought as I do not have any experience or knowledge of engineering or demolitions.
