PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The last year and a half of my time there I worked in a student research position for the Operator Performance Laboratory. I don't know what really happened on 9/11, but one thing I do know is that it is impossible for 2 airplanes to cause the complete and total destruction of 3 steel buildings, comprising 250+ stories, at free-fall speed.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

I was especially alarmed by the fact that standard operating procedure to dispatch fighter planes against a high-jacked plane had been violated. The technical evidence presented since then certainly warrants a full and honest investigation. I know several people in NYC were trying to initiate a suit to open such an investigation in the spring of '07, but have heard no more about their effort.

After visiting a friend near Nyack, I was on a bus heading into NYC on 9/11 when commuters began receiving phone calls about a terrorist attack; our bus turned around at the last opportunity before the Lincoln Tunnel. On Sept 11, 2001 as I watched the first tower fall live on TV, my first thought was that looks like a demolition. I do not know why that was my first thought as I do not have any experience or knowledge of engineering or demolitions.
