PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was working on the core-and-shell retrofit of the landmark Bank of New York building at 48 Wall Street the morning of 9/11/2001. After being notified that the WTC north tower was on fire, I paused a project meeting for a 15 minute break. We never got back to it. I personally stood at the corner of Liberty Park, which is across from WTC Borders Book Store when the second plane hit. The things that went on over the next few days I have always wondered about and questioned in my mind. On day three, I was called back for the disconnect of 48 Wall St. from the power grid. This was necessary, as the electric company would be attempting to power up downtown and did not want to electrically blow out any buildings on power up. How amazing it was to witness; truly an incredible effort to re-set a temporary power grid above ground over all of the lower downtown area in such a short time. Especially, which I did not know at the time, the main power feeds were completely severed from the collapse. The quantity of heavy cabling required on site so quickly and laid out on the street surfaces - alone an incredibly coordinated task - add to it all the volcanic ash type dusting, vehicles all over the areas and war zone type images. Now in retrospect, the coordinated removal of the debris began immediately. The firm I was with had assigned one or two engineers to assist on dismantling design and sketching. They along with one of the firms huge cranes were removed shortly after. From my first basic structural classes, I was told that the biggest danger to a steel structure that was exposed to high heat was that the affected or exposed steel would eventually lose its integrity and become rubbery - stressed past its modulus of elasticity. In witnessing the second plane hit the south/east corner of the south tower, and assuming that the heat was intense enough - long enough, the tower would have failed at and around impact height. In my opinion, it should have looked like a wrecked car that had been broadsided. The building would have been compromised from that corner and up and diagonally. To the extent that adjacent structural bays away from impact or heat areas would have reacted from the new imposed lateral and vertical stresses, I cannot speculate, I would only say that it would have been slow. That's all for now . . . My prayers to all those firemen (many just boys, it seemed), whose faces I looked at as they got out of their cars and pick-ups and were suiting up in fire equipment. The faces of disbelief as they walked the block or two towards WTC. These are but a few images I will never forget.

I am the head architect for Milwaukee County Department of Transportation & Public Works. We provide technical, design, and engineering advice and support for county agencies that own and operate over 800 buildings. The buildings include airports, mental health facilities, courthouses, museums, large horticultural and conservatory facilities, recreation facilities, golf clubhouses, and park pavilions, to name a few. I have over 20 years experience in private practice and was an architect for a fortune 500 corporation for over 8 years. I have a degree in Architectural Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis. I also was an associate with an engineering firm that specialized in the design of underground structural systems and water treatment and transportation facilities. I was personally responsible for the design and project management of some of these projects.
WTC Building #7 could not have fallen to the ground as swiftly as it did without assistance from some outside source other than an aircraft or falling debris. The Empire State Building did not fall to the ground when it was hit by a huge propeller driven aircraft. WTC 1 & 2 should not have fallen either. Something helped those buildings collapse on themselves, something other than those jet aircraft.

In my professional opinion it is impossible that Building #7 collapsed in such an orderly and neat fashion without a controlled demolition. Such relatively small fires on just a couple of floors never in the past have lead to the collapse of a high rise building of this construction type. The official explanations of the 'one column failure' would lead maybe to a partial collapse or at least to a very different collapse pattern. Also we have to question, why was the collapse of Building #7 not part of the official report? If the twin towers collapsed in a sandwich fashion as per the official report, the stair / elevator cores should have been sticking out maybe even many hundreds of feet up into the air. They should have been left standing at least partially, or if the the foundations were damaged at the impact of the falling tower floors, they may have toppled over as a whole or in large sections, taking out surrounding buildings. I find it further suspicious that such enormous amounts of dust were trailing parts falling from the twin towers. Also the strangely burned cars found on the other side of Manhattan Island demand investigation and better explanations. Where are the engines of the aircraft? They are built in a way that at least major parts of them cannot burn up in the heat generated by a fuel fire. Why can one see something which looks clearly like molten glowing iron on many images and video clips? It is my understanding that many firefighters and maintenance staff heard explosions but were not asked to testify for the official report. I further understand that there were witnesses seeing white trucks pulling up in front of the twin towers and staff with equipment entering the building in the late night / early morning hours every night for about 3 weeks prior to the 911 events. I understand these witnesses were not heard. There are many other items which in my opinion need explanation and further investigation, but it will take too long to list all of those herein. I am not a US citizen, but I have many cousins and their families living there. This event impacted all our lives and all our countries. My home country Germany is in the light of the unfolding refugee crisis particularly impacted by the long term results of the US politics triggered by the 911 events. Therefore all citizens of this planet have a right to demand a better explanation and to see a new and much more thorough investigation into the events.

I am not a licensed architect or engineer, but I am a college level student at the University of South Dakota. I have an understanding of the laws of physics and enough sense to research what is fact, and know what is scientifically wrong.
Had I not been a fourth-grade student at the time the buildings collapsed I would have had a better understanding for what I was seeing on that day. I would have had the questions and doubts back then that I have today, and I would have been as ashamed and disgusted then as I am now. If fires were the reason for the buildings' collapse - then it would have gone down differently. Anyone can google the melting point of steel, and compare it to the flash point of plane fuel and see that jet fuel isn't hot enough to completely melt steel. Anyone can internet search buildings hit by planes and see that those buildings didn't fall, even if the buildings were some years older than the Trade Centers. NIST's research wasn't scientific at all, and the people know whom they worked for.

I am very concerned about the obstruction of real investigation into 9/11. It seems much key evidence was destroyed/concealed and a true investigation was never done, nor was it intended on being done. If the terrorists and only the terrorists were responsible there would've been no need for cover up or fear of honest investigation. The fact that the most unprecedented structural collapses in history were made impossible to truly study and investigate due to evidence destruction and investigation obstruction is unexplainable in the current story of events. We've spent less than 1/10th of One F22-Raptor jet on investigating the greatest structural collapses and worst terrorist attacks in our history. It is unacceptable.

There are very many totally different reasons why the buildings could not possibly have collapsed the way they did if the official conspiracy theory claimed by the U.S. government were correct and complete. Even Occam's Razor suggests that the demolition was controlled and preplanned. I am especially concerned about the emotionally traumatic effect upon our whole nation which was forced to undergo yet another child molestation from our national parent, the government, and what this hidden trauma will wreak in our society in the future. We now have 300 million sufferers of post-traumatic stress syndrome, not just the few million we send overseas to kill others in our name.

Viewing all the evidence presented in the documentary 9/11: Explosive Evidence; Experts Speak Out among other sources I have to say that our government's stated reports can not be true and we must investigate again. The different sources of footage on the destruction of the twin towers and Building 7 seem to be of a demolition. Adding on, there is a lack of information on Building 7 that has not been addressed to the public and must be looked into.

It was impossible for these buildings to disintegrate to powder without the aid of explosives. Buildings cannot free fall without help. Explosions were reported by several people, including firefighters and police officers prior to the building collapse. The central core was steel which melts at 2700 degrees F, kerosene burns at 800 degrees, therefore heat could not have caused the steel to melt. An honest investigation, taking testimony not included in the 9/11 report will reveal the true nature of this treasonous act, which appears to me to be planned and executed as a false flag event designed to require an attack on a nation that had nothing to do with this crime.

Understanding the concise and clear reports of the architects and engineers regarding the fall of the Twin Towers, and WTC7, does not require a rocket scientist. Also, when I watched the Twin Towers fall on 9/11/2001, in their footprint within seconds, I knew something was very wrong. The people being interviewed on the street, including firefighters and police, consistently stated they heard explosions in the basement of these buildings. I have followed the articles and reports of A&E 9/11 since the inception of this organization. My congratulations and kudos to those of this organization who have not waivered from their convictions and are bringing about another investigation into this terrible, and unprecedented tragedy. Been in General construction for 23 years and have built many buildings to print, and have said those Architects and Engineers sure do things to protect their butts by the over cautions of a 2 story building to be sound and free of any liability. Of course, I was young then but have much respect for their respected fields, as my future in construction grew. I feel as I can relate to a slap in the face when presented the facts.
It was a BS story and I am just sickened to think that Americans bought that garbage and basically said that any one saying different was crazy and are labeled a Conspiracy Theorist for discredit. I knew on the morning of 9/11 that the buildings were brought down with explosives. I called into C-Span during their coverage that morning and told their viewing audience that the attacks were done or at least facilitated by people within our government. It was obvious that the Twin Towers were blown up, not collapsed, as the images on my TV showed the buildings exploding floor by floor symmetrically from near the top all the way to the ground. A building that is damaged asymmetrically cannot collapse symmetrically.

I want to know the truth. There is just no way that two planes brought down three high rise buildings. Even if the Twin Towers were brought down by the planes that crashed into them, that still leaves one Tower that fell completely on its own. And if that happened there is no other conclusion other than a planned conspiracy.
