To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

(IF) at very least probability or probabilities should be established. Based on highest probabilities, why did it occur? Find out first, and then investigate all probabilities to the fullest extent. Any hindrance or rebuttal to a positive investigation can only be counter constructive and detrimental to safety and regrowth from such a catastrophe.

Our government's refusal to cooperate with American professionals, working with the limited evidence left available, to find out precisely and correctly how these buildings failed to withstand a simple aircraft strike (in 2 of the 3 cases), which Code and plans inspection say they should have, as designed by IAW applicable Codes, is a troubling revelation. Politics may have played a part somehow, but that is not the subject nor in the scope of the professional review these experts and witnesses are providing simply to lend more insight as to how those events of structural failure actually could have occurred. One always knows something is not right when it is intentionally being kept out of public view and discussion behind the rubric of 'It's classified''. But why? Inquiring minds want to know facts, not half-truths and evasions, which we are increasingly seeing as a basic part of the way the government treats the governed, for its own private purposes.

I served twenty-two years in the U.S. Army. My occupational fields were Military Intelligence, Infantry, and Administration. The majority of my service was abroad. My Intelligence occupations included: Strategic Debriefer, Deputy Intelligence Liaison Officer, German Linguist, and Senior Interrogation Instructor. I was an Infantry Paratrooper, during the 1960's, and I served almost two and one-half years of combat experience as a team leader, squad leader, platoon sergeant, and acting platoon leader in Vietnam. My combat experience included training and extensive experience with explosives. My administrative experience was as a member of a NATO Special Weapons Unit, in Europe, and I was part of our Nuclear Weapons Release Program. My highest government security clearance was TOP SECRET. Although never a Police Officer, I conducted preliminary investigations for a CALEA accredited Police Department, for one and one-half years. I served as a Correctional Officer for four and one-half years before I was forced into medical retirement. I am a Police Science Honor Graduate of Johnston Technical Institute, 1972. I have no Degree, but I do have an educational background, from various colleges and universities, which includes Criminal Justice, Computer Programming, German Country Studies, and Commercial Art. Some of my early work experience includes employment as a Private Investigator, Purchaser, Food & Beverage Manager, Innkeeper (General Manager), and an Internal Auditor.
Because of my Intelligence background, I realize that it is important to obtain specific information about specific events, but because I am an analytical thinker, I understand that specific events are often only a part of greater events, thus I do not limit my analysis of 9/11 events to the events of 9/11. Instead: I ask myself: How does this event relate to this other event? Are each of these events part of a greater event? There are parallels to the Oklahoma City Bombing and the 9/11 incident -- the premature destruction of evidence and the premature removal of evidence by our government are common factors. There are parallels to the TWA 800 incident, the Oklahoma City Bombing incident, and the 9/11 incident -- the exclusion of many credible eye-witness reports are common factors. There are parallels to the Warren Commission Report and the 9/11 Commission Report -- the reports are the reports of incompetent investigators, or the reports of agenda-driven officials who intentionally intended to deceive us. I am unable to theorize any other options. Because of my background, my knowledge, the reported evidence, and my analytical reasoning, I don't believe the official report about the collapse of the twin-towers and building #7. Furthermore, I believe that to exclusively focus upon those incidents is to miss the greater picture. Finally, it should be obvious to any informed observer, without any other evidence, that the symmetrical implosion of the twin towers was a controlled implosion.

The evidence presented by Architects & Engineers For 9/11 Truth in their recent documentary 9/11: Explosive Evidence: Experts Speak Out, has convinced me that the official story regarding 9/11, including the 9/11 Commission report, was a significant fabrication covering up a series of unknown events that took place in reality on September 11, 2001 and the days leading up to it. Whether the fabrication was due to fear of government oppression or actual malicious intent I cannot say. I took a welding class while at Pittsfield High School, NH in 1973 and know how difficult it is to melt, cut bend and break steel. Burning jet fuel cannot possibly make steel flow like molten lava. It was apparent on the day, as I witnessed on live television, that explosives were used to bring down the Twin Towers. It was, however, the instant collapse of WTC7 that convinced me a demolition had just occurred. The motion of what appeared to be broken girders moving outwards and away from the structure indicated to me that some force was required, not present in a fall or collapse.

From day one, I saw the look on the president's face when he was told what had happened, when he was reading to the children, and I knew immediately that he knew that all was well given his expectations. I was outraged. His face said it all. That then was followed by all of the grandstanding around the event, the fist-waving at the sky, swearing those guilty would pay for this (I'm still waiting). Plus, within days, Cheney drops off this huge manual that essentially takes away our rights, telling Congress to pass it immediately, which they did, without being given time to read it. From that point on, I knew it was a scam that would be destined to affect all of us in a very negative way. Oh, then there was the paper and furniture fire that brought down the Towers at the speed of gravity. Right. Then Tower 7 being pulled at 5:23 that afternoon. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. What bothered me most I think is the unwillingness of people to take note of the details and simply drink the cool aid, intelligent people I love and respect, absolutely refusing to look at the elephant in the room. THAT I found truly amazing. Reality. Living a life at the cost of their lives. Thanks again for staying with this.

Wow, how could we have missed this?!! When the questions are asked and the facts examined, it is obvious - at the very least - that information is being withheld from us about what really happened on 9/11/01. On their (government, businesses, war machine) side, they have the spin that who could/would do such a thing -- surely not our own country, not our own leaders? I was awakening from a long sleep just before this happened on 9/11/2001 and just had a baby a few months before. I am an aspiring film maker and have worked as a computer technician. I use to be religious and loved my God and savior and am waking up to a lot of that truth too. I have learned, prayed and hope for truth in this life before this and since this episode I have looked at life so much different. It is a very rude awakening but it is very necessary for lifes' mission and my purpose.

I believe that 9/11 was an inside job. I remember watching an education channel when I was a teenager showing the new way to take down a building and have it go straight down. I don't believe that an airplane could have caused that to happen and I don't believe the third building just fell down after not being touched..

After watching the video of how the buildings fell into their own footprints, and considering the fact that no plane hit building 7, I believe there is evidence that with todays technology and scientific capabilities that could shed more light into what exactly caused the building to collapse.

I am deeply concerned after watching the video (Experts Speak Out) regarding the collapse of multiple buildings on 9-11. I've dismissed these reports up til now as conspiracies no more valid than the 'X-Files' on TV. After examining the opinions expressed on this video and others expressed on radio today, regarding the negligence by government officials knowing of 'imminent attacks', I can only conclude that the truth has not been told.

I, like others, will never forget the images on 9/11, the invasion of Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, the loss of life and sadness. First responders are now dying from cancers at ground zero and have had to fight their government for adequate and appropriate treatment. Muslims have been persecuted for the evil of others. Power and oil seem justification for governments, corporations and Zionists to attack their own people and other countries. It is hard to believe that those we assume will protect us have secretly plotted against us in order to further their own corrupt agendas. Thank you for your courage and humanity. Never believed that an open air flame could be hot enough to melt iron/S.S. Would have my barbecue grill melting in two hours which has a forced air flame if iron could melt in an open air flame with highly rich fuel to air mixture.
