PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I can accept that the fires in building 7 went unchecked given that the fire department took such a tremendous 'hit' earlier in the day. I could even accept that the frame could be weakened and the structure might lean in a crazy and dangerous manner. But I cannot accept that it would collapse with perfect symmetry in a matter of seconds. It has long been my opinion that the collapse of building 7 is the 'smoking gun' which will eventually unravel the official narrative.

The collapse of the Towers always appeared as a staged event to me. This is just my humble uneducated opinion. But, I also think the staged scenes from the crashes of Flights 93 in Pennsylvania and Flight 77 at the Pentagon need investigation as well. I can't explain why it all appeared staged. After all I've been reading, listening, and viewing, I can only agree that there was evident sounds of explosions, and that the presence of nanothermite has been revealed. The buildings' destruction was so complete, yet so contained, that even watching on television from California, I said at the time that there was something funny and controlled about it. More investigation is needed. Also, the incident, horrible as it was, provided the perfect reason to give the administration the powers it wanted. That's too convenient. More investigation is needed.

I am not a scientist or engineer but I continue a life-long study of history, political science, the philosophy and history of science, the development of the CIA and it's allies, the Vietnam War, and military history, especially that of the modern USA.
The 3 buildings fell in such a way that they could not have been collapsed without explosive demolition. Militarized nanothermite has been discovered in the dust gathered on that day which can only have come from a sophisticated military-type lab, such as Livermore or Sandia. The famous documentary by the French brothers features a firefighter on that day saying he discovered many body parts, feet and legs, on the roof of the Marriott Hotel. That roof is at least 500 feet from the WTC site; these remains can only have gotten there by being blown from an explosion. The Towers fell straight down into their own footprints at free-fall speed. All this and more necessitates explosive demolition. And that necessitates weeks of preparation, which in turn means the alleged hijackers cannot have been responsible.

After viewing the photos and information you presented it is quite plain to see how these buildings fell. Why the cover up is so blatant is beyond belief. If only to give closure to the many families who have not been able to bury and say goodbye to their loved ones should be enough to reopen this investigation.
