To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have 30 years of diverse design and on-site experience in the engineering field. My active membership in NAFEMS is also a testament to my interest in modeling and simulation.
I recently reviewed much of the documentation that AE911truth has supplied and also other sources. My conclusion, based on my engineering experience and intuition, is that structures that are struck in a random nature do not respond with the type of symmetry we see in the WTC towers collapse. In fact, if one were hypothetically tasked to collapse these towers as symmetrically as they fell, it would be nearly impossible, at least for someone without expertise in demolition or other advanced techniques.

I have a bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Rhode Island. For over 5 years I have researched and designed with specific architectural structures such as geodesic domes. This would not make me an expert but I do believe that my studies in the field do qualify me to claiming a science based opinion as to what smells and what doesn't.

The days following 9/11, as the news reported out on TV, I was standing alone in my living room and watched for the first time the third building collapse. I said out-loud to myself, 'that's a demolition'. From observation alone, it clearly was a demolition as the building uniformly collapsed in free fall. This made me more carefully observe the collapse of the twin towers as the video footage was replayed on TV. The more I watched the replays, both buildings also uniformly collapsed in free fall. Then weeks, months after the 9/11, there were news reports about the sustained extreme temperatures in the rubble. The remains of the building collapse was mainly dust, There were no body parts, no bones, no office furniture etc. Later I learned that the official explanation was that the buildings collapsed from the fire. I knew there was definitely more going on than fire to take down all three buildings in uniform free fall, with the remains being only dust at extreme high temperatures.

The buildings' destruction was so complete, yet so contained, that even watching on television from California, I said at the time that there was something funny and controlled about it. I am not a scientist or engineer but I continue a life-long study of history, political science, the philosophy and history of science, the development of the CIA and it's allies, the Vietnam War, and military history, especially that of the modern USA.
The 3 buildings fell in such a way that they could not have been collapsed without explosive demolition. Militarized nanothermite has been discovered in the dust gathered on that day which can only have come from a sophisticated military-type lab, such as Livermore or Sandia. The famous documentary by the French brothers features a firefighter on that day saying he discovered many body parts, feet and legs, on the roof of the Marriott Hotel. That roof is at least 500 feet from the WTC site; these remains can only have gotten there by being blown from an explosion. The Towers fell straight down into their own footprints at free-fall speed. All this and more necessitates explosive demolition. And that necessitates weeks of preparation, which in turn means the alleged hijackers cannot have been responsible.

After viewing the photos and information you presented it is quite plain to see how these buildings fell. Why the cover up is so blatant is beyond belief. If only to give closure to the many families who have not been able to bury and say goodbye to their loved ones should be enough to reopen this investigation.
