PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Although I have seen fires cause steel members to warp seriously, I have not seen fire cause steel buildings to collapse. On the contrary, I have seen steel buildings suffer fire damage yet remain standing. A collapse due to fire damage would start at the first member to fail, and global failure would cascade asymmetrically from there. Controlled demolition is the best explanation for what we saw at the 3 WTC buildings.

I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. The ubiquitous spheroid/ellipsoid particles of iron (not steel) in the dust is compelling evidence of the use of thermite incendiaries. The collapse of WTC 1&2 is not simply gravitational - there are outward explosions with forces and energies that could not be generated by a simple gravitational collapse. The building collapses serve as close models for volcanic eruptions with the pyroclastic plumes which are outward and slightly upward in some of the trajectories and the molten material. Much attention has been placed on whether jet fuel can burn at high enough temp to weaken the steel. However, an important consideration is whether the burning of the expected amount of jet fuel would even have enough energy after combustion to bring the steel columns to the temperatures to weaken the steel. One 9/11 Researcher did such a calculation that I think is worthy of more notice or scrutiny. He assumed that the burning of the jet fuel to be confined within a single floor and that there would be no heat transfer outside of that floor; he further assumed that the jet fuel was burned with maximum efficiency in air to produce the greatest amount of heat. He then made estimates for the mass of steel, cement, product gases, etc that would be within that single floor. Each assumption tended to err on the side of producing the maximum temp increase so the amount of steel and concrete might were somewhat underestimated and their respective heat capacities were assumed to be constant w.r.t temp although heat capacity tends to increase at higher temp. These are, of course, all outrageous assumptions, particularly the idea that there will be no heat transfer during this time, especially no heat conduction vertically along the column beyond the single floor (one out of over 100). Even with these extreme assumptions there is still not enough heat released to increase the temperature of the contents of the single floor to a temperature to weaken the steel. While the maximum temperature at which jet fuel burns is a valid point, I find this argument to be more compelling. My last comment is that I feel personal shame for not heeding the truth movement sooner. It is difficult for a normal person to entertain the possibility that our government would do such a thing. The issue really is not the amount of evidence or how compelling it is. The issue for the average person is whether he can begin to consider this as a possibility and how much the person is willing to examine the wealth of information available.

I do think that an un-biased and thorough investigation of the collapse needs to be performed and taking into account all the evidence that has come to light by all of the various sources. While I would like my name to remain on your petition, I recommend for your own credibility and that of all of our names that less convincing and ambiguous aspects be eliminated from your arguments along with discussions of motive. I think consideration needs to be given to many possibilities as non-controlled collapses are nearly completely outside of human experience; whether architect, engineer, or even building demolition expert, none of us have an expectation of how forces at this scale and in these condition should behave. After spending a fair amount of web time investigating myself, I have seen a lot of real amateurish conspiracy mongers that are giving your cause a really bad name. While I believe your spokesman is the most credible I have seen, by keeping your arguments scientific and non-emotional you elevate your own position and improve chances for the end goal, a complete investigation into the collapses.

I am only a high school student so I don't have any real technical experience. However I once had a tour of the new Bay Bridge in CA (both inside and outside of it) during my internship.
It is painfully obvious when comparing other intentionally demolished buildings to the collapse of Building 7 that there is virtually no difference. It defies the laws of physics for a building to fall through the path of most resistance, which is what Building 7 did (straight down). The only way this could happen if all of the structural supports collapsed at once, only possible if intentional.

Viewing the collapse of the Towers on a small television in a motorhome, I could not believe my eyes that such a thing were possible. As a guest during a visit to NYC in the early 80's, I had dined in the restaurant Windows on the World. I recall being well impressed by the architecture of the Trade Center towers. That they could so completely and uniformly come down after impacts by planes has never seemed right to me. I had not heard of Building 7 until recently. The video documentation of that collapse indicates to me that it was a well-executed controlled demolition. Like most Americans, I was caught in the horror of 9/11/01, and the homogenizing effect it had on the public will. That effect has worn off. Now I want answers.

I am a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth and Justice. I am an English instructor living in Japan and am active in promoting 9/11 Truth via the internet on a dailly basis via message boards online. I have studied the works of Popular Mechanics, Ryan Macky, Mark Roberts, Chris Mohr, debunking sites, the 9/11 Commission Report, and other sources of information. None of these people or sources can even begin to explain or debunk the vast amount of evidence that has been amassed by all the varying organizations within the 9/11 Truth Movement and its many supporters including what I believe to be the majority of the 9/11 victim's families.
The explanation that thermal expansion is the primary cause of the destruction of WTC 7 is a suspicious one for so many reasons that I can hardly begin to explain. NIST has admitted to these two facts. 1) They did not keep any of the steel at all as samples from WTC 7. 2) They did not perform any forensic testing of the steel itself for residues of explosives or incendiaries. For NIST to conclude after 7 years of awaiting a sensible explanation that they could depend solely on computer models to determine a hypothesis that has never happened in history or since is beyond reason. If the scientific community could at least check the computer models it would add validity but NIST has refused to make its input data available to independent scientists. If it is conducted secretly and unavailable for scientific verification, it isn't science, it's politics.

It doesn't make sense that that the impact of the planes, jet fuel, and fires basically turned the two largest buildings into dust. No resistance at all and almost came down at free fall speed. At the very least, video of the plane hitting the Pentagon should be released and could easily clear up quite a bit. If there is nothing to hide, why not release it? The Twin Towers and WTC 7 were not destroyed by damage from the planes' impact and ensuing fires. As I watched the live video of the collapsing towers on Sept. 11, 2001, I knew this was a controlled collapse, not because of an expertise in engineering or demolitions, but because of common sense. None of the Towers fell in the random, asymmetrical fashion that you would expect from the damage that had occurred from the planes. All three collapses were concise, measured, and controlled. The subsequent research and investigations from many sources, most especially, AE911, have solidified and confirmed my own observations. The only remaining question for me is, Who was in control of those collapses and all the events of that day, and when will justice be served? It is time.

Traveling since little, I continue to travel, research different subjects including nutrition and health. I am a Scientologist and very active to stop psychiatry drugging. I am convinced that some of the guilty individuals of this 9/11 disaster were put on heavy psychiatry drugs to make this happen. I believe that anything is possible. There is precedence that evil runs freely in America and throughout the world. Money is the root of all evil and a false flag rallies the troops and the sheeple fall in line. I am open to all discussions. I no longer want to blindly follow the governments narrative. I no longer feel the strain of cognitive Dissonance but the drag of the American mass conscious is a large ship to turn. Our hospital's slogantheme is the starfish story. A young boy is seen throwing starfish back into the sea. A foolish waste of time to an onlooker, but to this starfish he says I made a difference. If I can be like that young boy throwing starfish back into the sea maybe I can make a difference for you and for me.
For me, the satellite image that showed some 1400 degrees weeks later of the substrata still glowing hot after millions of gallons of water drenched the pile of rubble shows that something out of the norm was in those buildings. You showed other buildings that burned longer experiencing a totally different outcome. I should fear walking into a skyscraper. I find it interesting that a TV show like Myth Busters with the help of the military can't melt steel with Thermite but a simple search of YouTube shows very clear examples. You combine Thermite with a few other proprietary military concoctions and you have a show that rivals anything from David Copperfield.

It took me quite a while to come to the conclusion that the official report was not the truth. The day of the attacks I was so gripped with fear and horror that I could not absorb all that was going on. But I do remember thinking: Why did the Towers collapse completely? It produced cognitive dissonance in my mind. Gradually I learned about Nano Thermite, lack of large sections of the plane at the Pentagon, and the unwillingness of the Bush Administration to do a scientific examination of the events of that day. I think the AE911Truth movie addressed some valid points and points to a reinvestigation of 9/11.

I am not an engineer but I do not believe that WTC building 7 fell straight down in under 8 seconds from fire. After further research and investigation on the twin towers, I no longer believe that they fell straight down as a result of jets hitting them.

I just watched the DVD about truth 9/11 and now makes more since why we all of sudden shut up our(media,ect.) about how the towers came down as they did because anybody who went to school and had any science or biology classes would know that it just made no since why there were no remains of anything and what to many people heard and saw like they were crazy or were told they didn't really see or hear those explosions. So I will show this DVD to everyone who is interested like I was about this horrible part of our history.
Just to say if you know anything about how buildings are brought down you will understand why the 9/11 was such another reason they should be investigating until someone is held accountable for setting these explosions into place, no matter if it takes years to figure out. If it were my family I'd need to know why and this is how they can move on with their losses.

The evidence presented in the video Architects & Engineers: solving the mystery of WTC7 is thought provoking and seems to me convincing. The official NIST report seems to ignore the laws of physics (more like a public relations exercise than the report of a scientific investigation). That's all I know about the topic. I came to the ae911truth web site because I was intrigued to know if there have been further (more recent) insights into this mystery.
