To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After receiving my B.S. in Civil Engineering I have worked for: an Excavation and Paving Contractor as an Estimator, an Underground Pipe Insertion Company as a Field Engineer, The N.Y.C. Parks Dept. as a Resident Engineer, a G.C. as a Construction Manager renovating historical buildings on the campus of City College of New York. Steel frame buildings do not collapse into their own footprints, into the path of most resistance, without the use of explosives or incendiaries (or unknown technologies that I am unaware of). If this was the case, why would one pay a controlled demolition company to wire an entire building, to demolish it, when one could just pack a floor with some jet fuel and slam a wrecking ball into it? Or, in the case of Building 7, just use the wrecking ball. There are just too many unanswered questions that the powers that be will not even acknowledge, let alone answer.

I am a member of a long line of commercial/industrial building contractors. My immediate family has been erecting steel-frame buildings in New York since the 1940s. I personally worked in the building trades for over ten years. As general contractors, we have hired other forces to take down large buildings using controlled demolition in order to pave the way for our new construction.
Using the naked eye alone, it is nearly irrefutable that the twin towers, as well as WTC Building 7, were brought down using controlled demolition. Steel-frame structures behave like steel-frame structures...EVERY TIME. There is only one way to explain the uniformity and symmetry with which the 9/11 buildings fell: controlled demolition.

When I watched it in 2001, I was a civil engineering student. I was shocked by the collisions, but when the collapse occurred, I saw that I was facing a fraud. I felt lonely and caricatured, even in the academic environment about my extravagant point of view. In 2010 , with YouTube, I became aware of WC7 and looked to see if there were other loners (in that specific point of view) like me. My analogy in 2001 is that the probability of gravitational collapse was the same as the Towers traveling to the moon. Something else had to have happened. Now in 2022, after a similar collapse in São Paulo which I was equally astonished at, as I remembered 9/11, I was inspired to sign. In Brazil a family unit had collapsed in the Wilton Paes de Almeida building, with very similar characteristics and now, watching your video, there is the possibility of using thermite. The church side remained intact and there was no overturning or turning of the structure. Returning, that's how I started to watch your work on YouTube. Importantly, I have never denied the crash of the planes or what happened to the Pentagon. My conclusion was, if there was so much heat to melt steel, how there were living people and glass in the windows, and more frightening, how the steel and every beam or pillar broke horizontally in the same second and the other structures below with microseconds of difference, symmetrically and in perfect structural and chronometric order. So, I don't know what type of explosive they used or what technology was involved. I can only guarantee that a gravitational fall, ordered in time and space, symmetrical, is impossible. Also, I cannot say who is behind the implosion, but certainly, they used a very advanced technology. Without a doubt, it was not caused by the planes or plane fuel, even if the plane was bigger and carried a volcano inside it, it would be impossible to orderly destroy it so symmetrically.

If the building pancaked then where are the floor plates? Why was the steel never investigated and why was it sold to the Chinese so quickly? Too many things were covered up to not believe this was a conspiracy!

Following the Terrorists Attacks on September 11th, 2001 I didn't question the World Trade Center Collapse story. Then on March 16th, 2002 (I believe that was the date), I heard on the radio, that the Pentagon had released a video, on the internet, showing the hijacked airliner being flown into the Pentagon building. As I recall, that video was supposed to put an end to questions that something other than the hijacked airliner had crashed into The Pentagon. After watching the video (apparently taken by a camera in the parking lot of the Pentagon) I thought surely there were better videos and photographs than what I had just seen.

The Pentagon is the single most secure building in the world. Zero video footage of an actual PLANE approaching and hitting it but there is a short clip, albeit with the wrong date on it. Zero fighter jets sent to intercept a plane approaching Washington even after 2 buildings had been attacked. No black boxes from 4 aircraft. Building falling at free fall speed. WTC 7? It's impossible for me to believe Building 7 fell the way it did without help from human hands. There was no smoke as you normally see in the case of a fire strong enough to bring down a building; and, the symmetrical collapse of the building in under 10 seconds resembles a controlled demolition too closely for me to ignore the similarity.
