PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

It is my belief that WTC 1 and 2 were taken down by non-conventional controlled demolition in which the buildings were exploded from the top down and the large core columns were cut using thermite. WTC 7 was taken down by a classic implosion demolition. All three buildings could not have collapsed/pancaked while falling in on themselves at near free fall speed.

I'm just a small town architect involved primarily in the design of wood frame residential structures with nearly fifty years of experience in architecture, thirty-two as a registered architect with the last twenty-eight in a private practice I share with my partner. Because of my years of experience I was granted permission to take the professional exam on the condition I passed all of the required pre-qualifying exams, of which there were five if I recall correctly. I did so in 1980 and passed the architectural licensing exam in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1981. I have no experience with high rise structures but I do believe that logic trumps the nonsense written between the front and back covers of The 9/11 Commission Report. In my view the report is more fiction than fact.
The manner in which the towers fell could only have been through controlled demolition. I've witnessed enough of them through videos and even in person to know this. Initially I presumed the attack, blamed on radical Muslims, was blowback for the horrific foreign policy of the US government. My belief that the attack was blowback has not diminished in the light of new evidence which suggests factions in the US government had prior knowledge of the attacks and not only did nothing to prevent them but complemented them to stage the catastrophe that would ensure the nation's sympathy for a Middle east confrontation. I stand by my belief today that the correct response to this criminal act would have been to find and prosecute the culprits, foreign and domestic, responsible for those acts of terrorism. The actual path chosen only reinforces my belief that the US government played a significant role.

In my observation of the film that I have witnessed of the 9/11 event and my limited knowledge of the construction of the Twin Towers, the buildings would have withstood the crash of the jet airliners. The only conceivable account for the buildings to implode would be to set devices used in demolition. There would be need of thermal charges to melt or cause the large steel vertical beams to bend. It appears to me many loose ends that really do need to be accounted for.

I saw it fall when I was in elementary school. I was in first grade. I had been told that it was terrorists, and if I were to believe any different, I was crazy. After reading David Ray Griffin's book, 'The 9/11 Commission: Omissions & Distortions', I knew for sure, we were being told a lie. Plus, I listened to Thom Hartmann and Randy Rhodes on the radio, at that time and felt I knew more about the truth than the Congress, who bought the lies, hook, line and sinker! Then my husband and I went to hear Richard Gage speak at a hotel near the LA Airport. With a show of hands, there were some people who weren't sure what they believed. After his talk, Richard Gage asked again for a show of hands, 'Who still doesn't believe what they've heard from us, today?' NO hands went up. Have been involved in minor demolition work over the past 35 years and am only a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts.
The minute I saw the first Tower go down I knew in my gut that could not happen as I was seeing it. But then Building 7 made it crystal clear that there was not even close to enough time to prep that building for a controlled demo. Therefore it had to be prepped long before they (Pulled it). Serious time is needed for a building of this size. I don't know what was used but it was not caused by 2 planes.

It is inconceivable as I watched the towers fall that such a catastrophic event could happen, given the engineering and construction techniques used to build the World Trade Centers. I did accept at first the given rationale, but always questioned the logic and reasoning for their demise. It does not follow engineering rigor.

I want very much for there to be an extensive independent investigation of the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7. I knew as I watched the buildings come down, they were brought down by controlled demolition. Nothing else makes sense to me. We owe it to the victims and to their families and to all Americans to find the truth and to identify the murders and the people who benefited from this horrible event and bring them to justice.

In 2005 I took a civil engineering course at UWM, in which they covered the collapse of WTC 7. In that class, the reason given for the total collapse of the building was that there were large stores of fuel and oxygen in the building, and pipes broken by debris from the collapse of the first two buildings fed the fire in WTC 7 the whole time the fire dept. was fighting it. I could stomach that. Once I discovered the official report from the National Institute of Standards and Technology concluded that WTC 7 collapsed from fires fueled by office furnishings I had to find out more. I found the AE911Truth video, and I want to do everything I can to share this information with others.

My first comment that morning, after being aroused by a phone call to view it on TV, was I wonder what the involvement of our government was? I've worked with and around engineers and architects for years so the whole horrible mess did not ring true as presented. I also heard some comments that were stricken after their initial broadcast. I wondered aloud why there was no scramble by our Air Force protectors.

The NIST report and all other official government accounts of the collapse of the three towers on 9/11 are fatally flawed due to the unlawful destruction of evidence, selection bias used for inputs in various models, willful ignorance of forensic evidence found at the sites showing molten steel (not just aluminum) and resultant iron microspheres dispersed throughout the dust in and around the collapse zone, as well as the presence of nanothermitic materials, and the unexplained symmetry and near free-fall speed of the collapse of WTC7 in particular. As for the twin towers, plastic deformation caused by column buckling and the transfer of about 2/3 of the kinetic energy from the top section to the ground should have certainly slowed the collapse considerably more than what occurred. The energy and heat that would have been required to create such immense pyroclastic flows of dust were far greater than what a simple unaided collapse would have caused. The official dismissal of hundreds of claims of audible explosions by firefighters, police officers and civilian witnesses in and around the towers at various points preceding the collapses of the buildings 1 and 2, coupled with clear audio and video evidence of said explosions, as well as the unexplained lateral ejections of massive building materials, is unacceptable. These and countless other inconsistencies in the official account of the collapses of the buildings demand a new independent investigation.

I remember where I was and what I was doing the exact moment the first tower was struck. The company I worked for had docking platforms that faced towards the Pearson International Airport and I remember an unusual amount of planes circling.... Minutes later hearing the devastating news on the radio... and hours later watching the devastation on T.V. I have watched numerous documentaries and read many articles and I am shaken by the facts uncovered and the facts that are being ignored...
