PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I defer to the experts in the field. However, I do have a solid theoretical background in the fundamentals of engineering, physics and chemistry. My relevant education includes basic undergraduate courses in physics, chemistry, thermodynamics, materials science, psychology and neuropsychology. I have understanding and respect for the scientific method: the method of following the evidence wherever it may lead without prejudice or bias, to arrive at scientifically-derived conclusions, no matter how unpopular or politically incorrect they may or may not be. Science influenced by politics is not pure science; it is pseudo-science. Pure science MUST be apolitical, meaning independent of political influence at every stage. This is always a challenge for professionals, but an ideal worth striving for, both for the integrity of the discipline of science, and for the service of science to humanity.
I first learned of the twin tower collapses on one of the major TV news networks. My personal experience was one of surrealism. It felt more like a dream than reality. Immediately, the names that came to mind were Bin Laden, and Al Quada, and some time later I realized that I had been psychologically primed by the media with this information. I originally believed the story told by the mainstream media and government officials that very hot jet fuel fires caused the steel to melt and collapse. But I think subconsciously I had some reservations that the buildings could collapse at free-fall acceleration, and fall so neatly into their own footprints. I had seen demolition videos before, and the similarity was not lost on me. Many years went by and I began to see inside job bumper stickers, and internet images and stories, the first of which was the BBC story claiming that the Soloman Brothers Building (WTC 7) had collapsed even though it was allegedly visible in the background. After posting this on Facebook as a curiosity, I was contacted by a friend who had been following 9/11 truth for some time. I began my own informal research effort studying internet materials, tempered by my understanding of scientific phenomena and engineering principles. The more I researched, the more it became clear that the official story was not believable, and much of the 9/11 truth information was very plausible and realistically a much more likely explanation of events. There is much evidence to consider: eyewitness accounts of explosions, large volumes of molten metal observed streaming from at least one building both before and after its collapse, large quantities of residual heat, discovery of steel microspheres, discovery of unreacted thermite, the physics of free fall requiring zero vertical support and thus requiring ALL steel support columns to be severed simultaneously, no history of modern steel building collapses due to fire, WTC 1, 2 & 7 all collapsing in a similar manner despite differences in building structure and in structural damage, black smoke indicating a lack of oxygen and a relatively cool fire apparently not hot enough to melt steel in the volumes observed, the buildings being designed to withstand airplane impact of 10% higher kinetic energy, evidence that the government ignored warnings, and so much more... I believe the evidence supporting the case for controlled demolition is overwhelming. There are also compelling means, motive and opportunity for nefarious elements in government to carry out such an attack. At least one experimenter with videos on youtube has shown that a thermite charge placed on a steel bolt is an effective and efficient means of destruction, and offers a plausible explanation of events, and is consistent with the WTC evidence.

It is my belief that WTC 1 and 2 were taken down by non-conventional controlled demolition in which the buildings were exploded from the top down and the large core columns were cut using thermite. WTC 7 was taken down by a classic implosion demolition. All three buildings could not have collapsed/pancaked while falling in on themselves at near free fall speed.

A peer reviewed journal describes thermite. There was literally negligible resistance on the way down, on a steel structure which had not incurred damage on lower floors. The other buildings nearly turned to dust. Something is amiss. I just want a more transparent and thorough investigation that doesn't rely on black box modeling.

In October 2018, I viewed the video '9/11: Explosive Evidence - Experts Speak Out' and, as an engineer with over 34 years of experience conducting engineering investigations, designs, and construction, I was appalled by the inadequate scientific and forensic investigation conducted to evaluate the 9/11 building collapses. The observational data alone easily disproves the collapse theory put forth by the U.S. government. The citizens of the U.S. deserve a full and open investigation with the entire process peer-reviewed by appropriate unbiased experts.

The official report was so obviously a pack of lies that I could not accept it on any level.From the too rapid disposal of the evidence to the very peculiar mode of collapse, the whole caboodle just did not make any sense at all.

I don't believe that less than 1/4 of a building can fall into the top of 3/4 of a standing building and crash through, fly through, or collapse through at free fall speed, terminal velocity or accelerate at the speed of gravity as if the 3/4 of the standing building was not there, due to gravity and desk fires alone. There would not be enough energy in that system to destroy the remaining 3/4 of the building into dust as was seen by the videos. To destroy the remaining 3/4 of the standing building into dust and rubble would require an introduction of more energy by way of explosives, as can be heard from the videos, eyewitness accounts, and forensic evidence. The case would be the same for all 3 World Trade Center towers.

It's become obvious to anyone with ANY technical background that 9/11 was NOT done by some hapless Muslims with box cutters and cellphones. Much has been said about whether or not the buildings could withstand the aircraft impact or whether such impact could cause the buildings to collapse. That discussion is important from a building code and safety perspective, but the debate is a distraction. The prima facie evidence of the crime and subsequent Federal Government cover-up is WTC-7. Anyone with even a basic understanding of structural design and physics would have to question the 9/11 Commission report. The reason given for the collapse of Building 7 into its own foot print is beyond plausible. Through the diligent efforts of the Lawyers' Committee for 911 Inquiry and Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, hopefully the truth will finally come out.

I have been privy to multiple large aircraft mishap investigations.
From my personal and professional perspective, the buildings in New York were deliberately demolished, and the demolition was a planned event. Who planned and executed it? I do not know.

We deserve the truth about what happened on 9/11. It shocked and shaped every single one of us that witnessed the wanton destruction.There has always been a serious doubt in my mind about the veracity of the claims that this was caused by unskilled pilots. I've been suspicious about the WTC destruction since day one, when it was obvious that the buildings collapsed within the free fall time span. I did a few calculations to prove to my own satisfaction that the building collapse could not have been caused by the airplane impact and the burning fuel. As I read AE911 Truth and other websites, as well as books such as those by David Ray Griffin, by 2005 or so I was absolutely convinced that the WTC buildings had been destroyed by controlled demolition methods.

I was introduced to this website by my business partner and ME, whom I hold in high regard. I am disappointed that NIST didn't follow the same principles in their analysis of the 9/11 events. The official study of the cause of the WTC destruction is clearly inadequate, as it is doubtful that aircraft could cause the towers to free fall into their own footprint without controlled demolition. Also, Building 7 was clearly too far away from the twin towers to have been destroyed by the collapse of the towers. Cell phone calls from passengers lacked air cabin background noise, suggesting that the aircraft landed elsewhere and the calls were made from the ground, not to mention that cell calls from moving high-altitude aircraft is highly problematic. Finally, the fact that all debris was hurriedly and illegally removed before a thorough forensic study is highly suspicious, pointing to an 'inside job'.

People say 'too many moving parts' etc in dismissing any theory other than the official one. But if there's a corrupt administration and complicit media covering for a few rich powerful men who've made billions then it doesn't matter if someone is caught red-handed. Without a platform there can be no reckoning. If this case was a murder trial with a regular 12-person jury, there would be enough circumstantial evidence to convict he or she ten times over. It will of course come out one day; but by then the protagonists will all be long gone. It must happen now.
