PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have twenty years of experience and a solid working knowledge of construction processes and of the materials utilized in most every aspect of construction. My field experience is extensive; it ranges across every aspect of transportation projects such as airports, rail lines, ferry terminals and transit centers, underground utilities and both sanitary and storm water conveyance systems to hazardous waste containment structures, earthen dams and dikes, and concrete dams. And I have extensive experience inspecting and testing all manner of construction related materials.
From the moment I saw the towers collapse on September 11th 2001 I knew something was amiss. Firstly, since there is no horizontal component to gravity, I felt that some unseen force was responsible for driving large sections of the external box columns horizontally outward to land well beyond the expected limits of debris pile spawned by gravity driven collapse. My second observation was the pulverization of the lightweight concrete. Because it takes hundreds of thousands of pounds of pressure per square inch to shatter 6-inch x 12-inch concrete tests cylinders but never is more than a tiny percentage of the concrete (less than 1%) pulverized. I recognized there was most certainly a great deal of available energy within those collapses to crush the concrete, I did not note a slowing in the collapse as the gravitational kinetic energy was sapped away from the falling section. The observation from the morning was that while fire was visible in sections of the towers it was noticeably absent elsewhere. Speaking specifically of the north tower now, I found it incredibly odd that all of the external columns and (apparently) all of the core columns failed simultaneously on the same floor. This seemed odd because the steel frame should have provided multiple alternative load paths so portions of the building should have held fast while other sagged. A simultaneous global collapse could never have occurred due to unilateral damage from the impact, or from uneven heating of the columns. Call my observations that day hunches or whatever. From the minute I saw the collapses I have doubted the official story. From the efforts and offering of A&E for 9/11 Truth I have learned that my hunches were spot-on; I have learned much beyond those hunches as well through the work of your steering committee and from all the experts who have added to your work. And I thank all of you for your efforts and your time. One last thing. In 2007 I learned that a woman I loved dearly was killed in the North Tower that September 2001 morning as she sat at her desk in the offices of Marsh USA. My understanding is that her desk was at ground zero of Ground Zero, meaning she died instantly. I hope and pray this is the case. Denise Crant, may God hold your soul close to his heart. I've watched countless hours of video evidence from 911 starting in 2005. The collapse of WTC building 7 is clear cut in that it resembles a collapse into its own footprint due to demolition when comparing to video of other multi story buildings deliberately destroyed by this method. No engineering degree or architectural qualification is needed to know that the twin towers did not fall due to fire - simple high school physics is proof enough. The collapse of both towers happens incredibly quickly - with stories seemingly finding no resistance below as they fell. There are other glaring anomalies such as a top section that was keeling over but then stopped its rotation movement and collapsed vertically ' this makes no sense if the official fire-based collapse is to be believed. Other glaring evidence includes steel beams being jettisoned outwards for huge distances as the tower fell ' there is simply not enough kinetic energy present in a fire-based collapse to cause heavy beams to make this movement outwards. The only explanation can be demolition by explosives. Moreover ' the fires were oxygen starved and cool burning (burning with dark smoke) which allowed people to walk down past the fires to escape and allowed a woman to stand calling for help in the hole created by one of the planes. Such small cool burning fires could never cause the towers massive steel structure to collapse ' the core center girders were several meters thick.

I was suspicious of the 9/11 skyscraper destruction at the time because of the sheer speed that the buildings collapsed. I had some basic physics knowledge and I knew that a building could not collapse at freefall because of the resistance of the debris below. It could only happen by removing the resistance with explosives. Since seeing further evidence of the use of demolition and, Building 7, I think it is imperative that a full new investigation is undertaken.

Is there any truth to Edward Snowden's claim that Saddam Hussein caused the collapse of WTC 7? Who or what caused WTC 7 to collapse? Even if the 2 airplanes somehow caused the collapse of World Trade Center Towers 1 & 2, then why did Building 7 fall shortly afterward? Edward Snowden's explanation makes a lot of sense. And AE911Truth makes a lot of sense. But what doesn't make sense is the government's official explanation of 9/11, and why we went to war with Iraq instead of immediately going after Bin Laden. Why kill Saddam Hussein if he wasn't behind 9/11? There are just too many questions and not enough answers. I am not an architect or an engineer. I am also not a conspiracy theorist. I don't believe in unnecessarily causing fear among the public. But I am a skeptical and I believe in asking questions. I am a secular humanist and I believe in scientific explanations. I am a politically active and concerned citizen that believes the government should be held accountable to the people whom it serves. The people of America deserve a thorough investigation that sufficiently explains what happened on 9/11 and leaves no doubts or questions in our minds--an investigation with all the facts laid out so that they can be tested, reviewed, and examined so that we are fully satisfied with the answers. I have no professional experience in this field but as a business owner I can tell you that there is no way I would not take a insurance claim if there was a act of terrorism against my property. I do have common sense and it is obvious that the government lied to us. There has never been a building that has collapsed at free fall speed from anything other than demolition. Building 7 fell from demolition, period. Lies were told, families lost, wars started, the way we lived has changed entirely and we are supposed to not ask questions? The Pentagon has over 300 cameras surrounding the building and they don't have any clear images of a commercial airliner hitting it? As a trader I follow option volumes, the puts bought just prior to 9/11 were more than 5000% higher than the average daily puts. Someone knew this was going to happen and made millions on it.

The more I learn the less I believe the official story. It is becoming more and more clear that 9/11 was a false flag attack. There are too many ridiculous aspects of the situation that could only be believable in the moment of trauma during and immediately following the incident. Now that 10+ years have gone by, we can see things more objectively and the whole story surrounding this event is becoming questionable.
