To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I support the arguments put forward by AE911TRUTH. Their most powerful argument, to my mind, is the University of Alaska Fairbanks investigation of the collapse of WTC7. I would love to know if there is a rebuttal of the rebuttal of Chris Mohr. As a non scientist, architect or engineer I am unable to evaluate the validity of most of his points. It would be a huge relief for me to know that he has been proven wrong.

The 'official' report on how World Trade Center 7 was demolished defies fundamental engineering principles. This is cause for great concern in the engineering community. An investigation needs to take place to determine what actually happened, or, in the unlikely case that the official report is true, we need to determine what is wrong with our engineering principles. Either way, an investigation needs to happen.

I'm not a structural engineer, but I know enough to know that we're not getting the whole story here. The way that the buildings collapsed certainly looked like a controlled demolition. How is it that the buildings fell at free-fall acceleration and straight down, doing virtually no damage to any surrounding buildings (especially building 7, which wasn't even hit by anything)?

The official story doesn't match the evidence. In particular the damage of an outer load bearing steel structure through a thin aluminium sheet metal plane is not likely. Furthermore the acceleration (and disintegration) of the upper part of the building is clear evidence of a controlled demolition (compare also videos of failed controlled demolitions where the upper half is still standing).

I earned a bachelor's in petroleum engineering, graduating cum laude, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) in 2012. Subsequently, I went to work for BP (British Petroleum) as a petroleum engineer in 2013, working there as a drillsite engineer for 6 years, from 2013 until 2019. Prior to this, for 5 years I was an excavator shear operator at C&R Pipe & Steel in Fairbanks, Alaska, that processes all oil field scrap from the Alaska North Slope oil fields. In this job I operated a 70-ton 345 Caterpillar excavator with a Genesis shear head attached. On a daily basis I cut drill pipe, casing pipe, railroad iron, I-beams, and even aircraft (from the nearby Eielson Air Force Base.
Based on my job experience and engineering background and education, I know for certainty that structural steel, especially the thicknesses and amount of which was in WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7 cannot fail either by weakened steel above it or from office fires. For 5 years, from 2004 to 2009, I operated a 70-ton Caterpillar excavator that had a 24,000 lb Genesis shear head on the front of it. I used this on a daily basis to demolish pre-fabricated steel structures, cut drill pipe, casing pipe, railroad iron, I-beams, and even aircraft (from the nearby Eielson Air Force Base). The aircraft in particular were paper thin and fell apart like paper when manipulated with the shear head. Steel, on the other hand, is a different story. From this work experience I know intuitively that steel cannot fail in the way NIST says was the case, and I also know from my engineering schooling that a steel structure failing in a collapse would not accelerate as quickly or quicker than the acceleration of gravity. Also, if the potential energy of the building was the only energy supplying the collapse, there would be no energy surplus available to eject multiple ton steel beam segments laterally, away from the collapse. NIST's official story is a sham, and that anyone is expected to believe it is laughable.

I'm literally floored at the condition of the melted columns and twisted steel post 9/11. Looking back at the Windsor Hotel in Madrid; there were massive fire balls that burned for hours, yet still after all was said and done the structure frame still stood. In fact, a crane still remained on it's roof. How, in heavens name, did Building Seven fall hours later into its own path with no resistance whatsoever? Why isn't Silverstein questioned about his part in all of this. He made billions of dollars over this and admitted in an interview that the buildings were pulled.

There is seemingly indisputable evidence that a steel framed building cannot evaporate into thin air. There are far too many inconsistencies with many of the official government stories of events on 9-11 and they need to be acknowledged. The way 9-11 has been used as justification for killing more innocent people and to nullify the basic principles of our constitution is still progressing far beyond reason. I am more afraid of the people that claim they are taking away our rights for our own safety than the people who the major networks claim are such a serious threat to Americans.

I have done extensive research on 9/11, reading everything I could get my hands on and watching video of the event many times. I do not believe the two planes that hit the Towers could cause them to fall. There were approximately 500 reports from employees in the Twin Towers and from first responders that they all heard explosions going off before the Towers fell. There are holes in the official story that have yet to be explained, i.e. why interceptors were flown from Omaha, Nebraska and told to fly no more than 750 miles per hour (half their potential speed), which guaranteed they would not reach New York in time to to intercept the hijacked planes.

I want to know why WTC #7 building fell without being seriously damaged. If the collapse was due to fire then why did the Mandarin Hotel in Bejing still stand after it's much larger fire? If the bottom of WTC #7 was damaged so badly and that caused the collapse the why did it fall symmetrically and not to one side?

The overwhelming evidence compiled by, Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and Paul Thompson's, The Terror Timeline: Year by Year, Day by Day, Minute by Minute: A Comprehensive Chronicle of the Road to 9/11--and America's Response, are alone reason enough for an independent investigation of the tragedy on 9/11. The money trail, i.e. put options, on American Airlines and United Airways, the NORAD/FAA lack of response during broad drills and the conflicting testimonies that surrounded the infamous date, as well as the purchase date of the WTC and the ironically suspicious insurance claim with regards to Terrorist Attacks further begs a re-investigation. The Bush Administration's denial of, ever conceiving an airplane could be used as a weapon, is enough to prove their lack of credibility regarding the events. The loss of innocent lives and their survivors along with the millions of people across the globe are not satisfied with the insulting, appointed, 9/11 Commission's Report that failed any forensic tests for explosives, ignored the laws of physics and ignored all requests to provide answers regarding WTC7, are a wound on humanity that demands a real investigation. As a lay person, when it comes to the fields of architects and engineers, I have listened and read carefully to countless testimony regarding the tragedy of 9/11. I am awake. Clearly, the official government story as reported in the 9/11 Commission and the NIST Reports are at best incompetence and at worst criminal acts of the highest degree. I agree that the controlled demolition of WTC7 is the starting point for educating the masses. It is the most gentle step for those asleep to consider. Once exposed they can decide how quickly they move down the rabbit hole. Those responsibil for 9/11 must be held accountable. However, and most importantly - they must be forgiven.

There's nothing I can say about the problems with the official story about 9/11 that Richard Gage and other 9/11 researchers haven't already said, and a lot better than I ever could. It's time for a real investigation.

This was an obvious demolition. The building was turned to dust. The buildings were designed to withstand multiple jets flying into them. There was no deceleration. The fact that they fell symmetrically at free fall speed raises SERIOUS concern.

I have been a curious mind since a child but became a dedicated philosopher and truth seeker when I started college. 9/11 actually happened the week after I started studying at Baruch College which is in my hometown of New York City so the events of 9/11 have always been a significant day and memory in my life. I didn't question the event immediately after, I was too young and naive to think otherwise, but not very long after I came across evidence that made me question the official story and it wasn't long after that I realized we have been told a huge lie. The realization of this changed my whole world view and if the general public were made aware of all the facts of that day, the world would dramatically change.
My dad is a licensed professional civil engineer with whom I have discussed the events of 9/11 and he is absolutely certain that building 7 had to have come down from explosives. It doesn't take an engineering degree to come to this conclusion though, common sense and a general understanding of physics will tell you that a building cannot fall in near-perfect symmetrical and vertical free fall unless all the support beams are cut at the same time and therefore offer no resistance. It is impossible for fire to do this, as NIST claims. There are a lot of other pieces of evidence besides building 7 but that to me is the clear smoking gun.
