PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My knowledge of engineering principles tells me that the goverment's explanation for the collapse of WTC 1, 2 and 7 is inconsistent with the observed speed and symmetry of the collapse of those buildings. If the government's explanation was valid it should have significant implications for building codes and the way we design and build high rise buildings. Yet virtually no changes have occurred in structural engineering codes since 9/11/01. I am upset that an NFPA 921 investigation was never done on these three buildings, nor a proper forensic investigation of the structural components of these three buildings.

A summary of the structural analysis of the twin towers, carried out by the firm of Worthington, Skilling, Helle & Jackson, which can be found in the 1964 files of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, claims : The buildings have been investigated and found to be safe in an assumed collision with a large jet airliner (Boeing 707-DC 8) traveling at 600 miles per hour. Analysis indicates that such collision would result in only local damage which could not cause collapse. The planes hit the towers on 9/11 at 440 mph and 540 mph, so the kinetic energy was below the design parameter. No collapse should have occurred. The temperatures of the burning jet fuel should have been around 360'C, which have never ever in history damaged a steel structure. That's why the firefighters went up the towers to knock down the fire with two lines, as we could hear over their radio. Those buildings were demolished with explosives, like 118 firefighters witnessed. Employees of NYC, Michael Hess and Barry Jennings, confirmed also hearing explosions in WTC-7, when they were looking for their boss over there, mayor Giuliani, who was already posted in a safer headquarter. They were lucky to get out alive. It's interesting that the 9/11 commission dare not to give any official statement on how this building could possibly have collapsed, because the level of junk science they would need to prove this would surpass anything they performed on showing the twin towers collapsed due to only two forces : a plane impact and fire.

I have studied many different successful business concepts and operations in relation to essential multiple departments that operate within a business. If we are to believe the government are covering up these events then its best to understand and theorize why on pure fact not speculation. After completing numerous projects in Marketing, the current economical climate illustrates that the American government have legal control over a vast majority of the main stream Medias. The government do not have the power to rule out freedom of speech. They do have the power however to deploy their opinion and overlook another in all of the media resources. They can isolate a view against its policies and portray that view to be negative, unpatriotic, Judas, instead of granting it a fair diplomatic judgment to the public. I also have an large understanding of the oil market and the conection beween oil companies and major banking investment controled by the goverment. Greener technologies are being overlooked to oil to keep the major oil competitors in business. There is also allot of speculation in the business world of Oil companies having to harvest there resources abroad due to shortages, while exploiting environmental and social laws to strengthen profit. When I completed the Social Responsibility of Business course I conducted studies of previous government activity in the protection of oil companies spillages, the exploitation of lower income labour, and limited patented greener technology solutions being overlooked. In connection to this the government having a main stream Monopoly over the countries media and currency gives them the power to influence judgement by the public. The events of currency inflation and oil company operations were not portrayed in the media as a major concern or urgent economic crisis. With the events of inflation and the recession being forecasted the government were able to use it's medial powers to distract the public away from crisis that awaited them. Therefore they acted as it is by too much coincidence that the events of 9/11 were conducted by terrorists. The public are still not addressed to why Iraq are not surrendering to America. I Believe the government used 9/11 to gain the support of the public to secretly harvest more oil for profit. The statistics show all the major oil companies found approx six years worth of oil after Afghanistan and Iraq were invaded. Despite this breakthrough and profits soaring the media failed to portray the link between the war and the oil findings on foreign soil.

As I continued to watch on BBC, I saw a lady journalist saying WTC7 had also fallen. However I could clearly see on my TV that it hadn't fallen right there behind her left shoulder. It did fall, fully & vertically at what I could see was free fall acceleration several minutes later when all of a sudden the BBC presenter in the studio changed the subject. This for me was a significant moment of revelation when I was awakened from my slumber. I went back & watched other feeds & started seeing & noticing things that others hadn't, eg the size of the hole at the Pentagon or the lack of any aeroplane in Shanksville. I tried to talk to people in my U.K. Institution of Structural Engineers in London but nobody was interested. Several years later I came upon a video interview of then Pakistan PM, Benazir Bhutto in which she blurted out that Osama Bin Laden was killed in 2007, several years before Obama announced to the world that the US military had captured & killed him. She was unfortunately assassinated shortly afterwards. Therefore on 9/11/2001, I lost complete faith in anything that my government or legacy media were doing, writing or saying. I use my own initiative to decipher as best as I can the truth from fake news. Over the years I've followed many rabbit holes on 9/11 and I know that the truth is far far different from the official narratives. I am deeply upset that professional bodies were used to cover up this genocide of over 3000 civilians, many suffering & dying years after the event due to the toxic asbestos dust. I hope & pray that those who were the real perpetrators are brought to justice, hopefully during my lifetime.

I worked with a commercial contracting and construction firm as a site engineer. The City of Baltimore's Waste Water Plant and The James Madison Memorial Building were some of the jobs I worked on. I visited the WTC's North Tower dealing with an architectural firm on several occasions.
I have seen load failures in both reinforced concrete structures and high steel structures. None of these were symmetrically even as the collapse of the 3 WTC structures occurred. I cannot believe all three coincidentally fell without a hint of leaning resistance.

I have worked for CBS at their broadcast center on 57th, I was involved with the final construction phase of the Jacob Javits Convention Center and, on September 11, 2001, I was watch engineer and International Union Of Operating Engineer local 94 shop steward at the C.U.N.Y Graduate Center located at 365 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Structural steel cannot be melted in an open air fire using hydrocarbon fuels. WTC 1, 2, and 7 could not have collapsed at a free fall rate without the aid of sequenced explosives and a demolition team. No serious argument to explain the collapse of these structures has been put forward by any city, state, or federal government agency.

I believe that there needs to be an independent investigation into the collapse of these buildings as there are many questions which are unanswered. I have no formal education in the fields of Engineering or Architecture. However, I have spent hours upon hours researching the attacks on 9/11 (via internet, books, magazine articles, videos, lectures, etc.).
I have researched many different theories about who orchestrated the attacks and why, and have come to my own conclusions regarding those responsible. Speaking strictly on the scientific evidence of the collapse of The Twin Towers and WTC 7, the implications that The World Trade Center Buildings 1, 2, and 7 were NOT caused by controlled demolition are ludicrous! Before 9/11/01, NO steel-framed building had EVER collapsed due to damage sustained by fire and no steel-framed building SINCE has collapsed due to fire. Yet on 9/11/01, not 1, not 2, but 3 steel-framed skyscrapers fell at nearly freefall speed. The molten metal seen spewing from the building prior to the collapse and the streams of molten metal flowing through the basement below The Twin Towers, could not have existed unless the temperatures reached high enough to melt steel and iron. Steel melts at 2500 degrees F. Iron melts at 2800 degrees F. An open air fire burning off jet fuel can only reach temperatures of between 500 and 600 degrees F and burns off so quickly that it never could have reached temperatures hot enough to melt steel.

For the last two years of high school, I was enrolled in the WATC program for Computer Aided Drafting and Design. WATC was college for half the day during high school. After high school I attended college and completed all but one class for a two year mechanical CADD degree. During college, I was in Skills USA. I went to the Skills USA competitions in Little Rock twice and the second time I took away the gold medal for 3D animation. I made it about 'putting the 'u' back into comm'u'nity'. Now I work as a plasma table operator and designer at a family business and I involve myself in politics, or really just helping society to see the truth of our situation in my spare time.
I was in middle school when I first heard about the attacks, and right away the whole thing didn't sit right with me. I believe our representatives need to own up to the truth, repeal the Patriot Act and take back their power, and investigate 9/11 before the situation becomes further out of control.

Thirty four years short of a century of working with all types of structures both wood and steel. A lifetime of felling trees,fastening wood structures together with dowels, nails, adhesives, mechanical fasteners, and inherent load increased joint strength such as double dovetail wood joints. This experience includes flame cutting and welding of metals, and all types of metal fabrication and electric arc welding. I share my fathers lifetime of railroad construction experience where rails were heated and bent, flame cut and drilled mechanically. All of this provided a God given blessing of do it yourself common sense. But I had to make my living working on emergency electrical power systems and generators.
Science without a motive or reason is incomplete. The history of the World Trade Center will fill the void of why. The sites were taken from the original owners by eminent domain for pennies on the dollar. After completion the Port Authority was moved in just to have enough tenants to pay the rent. Free concerts were given in the court yard around the base of the towers to draw the public. When the count was made of people who jumped from the windows there were more bodies in the court yard than the highest recorded number of free concert patrons. History will one day prove as a complete conceptual failure the World Trade Center Towers presented the ideal expendable targets to be cleared away for another attempt at a lucrative real estate development project. With misdirected public outrage as a motive for perpetual Middle East wars with tremendous fortunes to be made by the industrial military complex and a little empire building in a defenseless oil rich country, free demolition of the buildings was provided. Politicians, leaders and operatives with no conscience and an unassailable arrogance need to be brought to justice.

I believe that allegiance to science, as the only acceptable method for understanding physical reality, is crucial for the health of our country. That politics, and sloppy cognition, should rule over facts is abhorrent. Such behavior is an insult to the human mind.
The fall of the three buildings, and the resultant physical evidence, strongly suggests planned implosion. It is Congress' first responsibility to see that this theory is impartially considered by a panel of experts using thorough scientific methodology. The findings of the panel must produce un-doctored documentation that is available to citizens. Congress' second responsibility, if the panel proves planned implosion, is to see that a criminal investigation takes place. True, the planes were flown by identified terrorists, but could they have been simply the 'front', a tool for setting off implosion devices hidden in the buildings beforehand by some secret shadow organization whose 'official looking' personnel gained access to the core structures?

The way building WCT7, housing the command center of the CIA and the offices for the investigation of the Enron case, indicates without a doubt that the building was 'pulled' (i.e. destroyed by controlled demolition) as Larry Silverstein, the owner of the complex, suggested himself in October 2002. This guy, who cashed in a huge sum of insurance payments later and who is a close friend of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli PM, should know.

The presence of thermate in the dust, the free-fall of the buildings, minimal office fires, and the official reports that claim that WTC 7 came down as the result of the failure of one support column, and much more, combine to raise significant doubts about the veracity, or at least the thoroughness, of the NIST report. I believe there should be a thorough going, independent investigation by a full panel of qualified structural engineers, architects, demolitions experts, and chemists, along with eyewitness accounts of the events of September 11th, 2001.

From the very beginning, after the shock, something wasn't right. Our company had a global customer meeting in progress at the Marriott at the World Trade Center on 9/11. All a person has to do is basic research to understand that the 'media' portrayal was being 'shaped' after the immediate impacts. Military grade Thermite is the only explanation for WTC1 & 2 coming down. Eye witness accounts of firemen and victims of the blast support this AND multiple explosions just before the perfect symmetrical collapse of these buildings. Mind you that these buildings were designed to have a 707 crash into them.WTC7 is such a farce it is ridiculous that anyone with half a brain would not ask, how did a couple weeks of work to 'pull' (demolition) 'the building at the direction of the building owner could happen in a few hours.

The two Towers are almost too big to wrap my head around as controlled demolitions though I believe it to be so. But Building 7 is the give way.

I have zero faith that anything officially reported about the collapse of building 7 and the twin towers is actually what happened. NIST admitted they did not consider or test for explosives, and as far as I am concerned, the lack of real investigation into the buildings' destruction was a criminal act.

As a result of a strong interest in engineering and computer technology, I attended a 4-year technical integrated education program at my private school in Loma Linda, CA. This led to pursuing a pre-law program at American University in Washington, DC. After earning a B.A. in Law and Society, I learned to observe the dissonance among empirical evidence and what is reported by the government. I became disillusioned by the extent to which the government consistently acted against its mandate, particularly in the sense of misleading its citizens with reports contrary to science. Instead of working inside the system as an attorney or public official, I decided to use my skills as an entrepreneur; founding a company that enables individuals to work for themselves.
To deny evidence is to deny reality. To deny reality is to not be real. I am real, therefore I must not deny reality. The evidence presented by science is based in chemistry, physics, metallurgy, etc. All these are real. Carbon is carbon. In the case of the 9/11 report, the overwhelming empirical evidence-supported by over 1,000 scientific minds (which most social scientists consider a reasonable sample size)-contradicts the official report on all counts. Because of the overwhelming evidence, I have no option but to state that I, as a citizen of the United States, am dissatisfied with the government investigation. My dissatisfaction with the government investigation thus demands a new investigation that follows the evidence observed by the natural laws of science.
