PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

At the time of the attack, I was in my Tehran, Iran office which our time zone was between 10-11pm working on my soon to be due submission for a Church design for the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church here in Irvine, CA. My UAE partner, Dr. Paxima, was visiting me pertaining his theme vacation destination, including Las Vegas style private resorts, for the first time ever in any Arab nation, specifically for Hollywood actors and actresses. My firm was hired by him to design and develop it. All of a suddenly I received a txt message from another partner of mine saying that if we had access to a high speed Internet, after saying yes, then he told us to go to cnn.com and check out what's being reported. Once at cnn.com, we were watching the first tower smoke raising from it, and we're in shock, however at first I thought it was a preview for an upcoming Hollywood movie premier, until the second airplane ran into the second tower. Now I have been traveling in and out of USA twice a year at least and almost every time coming in, I would stay with our family member, who is a Jewish Navy Lawyer living in the Flat Iron bldg, whose mother in law was visiting them, when the first explosion happened in the basement of one of the towers. I couldn't believe what I was seeing was true, so tragic. I was even very naively telling myself that how much more dumb was the second pilot who could not see such humongous bldgs in the world and followed the first pilot unintentionally!!! Then I remembered my cousin so I called him to see if they were okay and that if they also knew about what was really going on as to whether the whole thing was for real or a sick joke hoax. After many tries of calling with my international calling card, they would not respond so I decided to email them, which in my utmost unbelief, he acknowledged that the news was unfortunately 100% tragically absolutely true and not fake. And that's when it really hit all of us in Iran.

The presence of molten iron weeks after the building collapses is absolutely damning to the official story. The ubiquitous spheroid/ellipsoid particles of iron (not steel) in the dust is compelling evidence of the use of thermite incendiaries. The collapse of WTC 1&2 is not simply gravitational - there are outward explosions with forces and energies that could not be generated by a simple gravitational collapse. The building collapses serve as close models for volcanic eruptions with the pyroclastic plumes which are outward and slightly upward in some of the trajectories and the molten material. Much attention has been placed on whether jet fuel can burn at high enough temp to weaken the steel. However, an important consideration is whether the burning of the expected amount of jet fuel would even have enough energy after combustion to bring the steel columns to the temperatures to weaken the steel. One 9/11 Researcher did such a calculation that I think is worthy of more notice or scrutiny. He assumed that the burning of the jet fuel to be confined within a single floor and that there would be no heat transfer outside of that floor; he further assumed that the jet fuel was burned with maximum efficiency in air to produce the greatest amount of heat. He then made estimates for the mass of steel, cement, product gases, etc that would be within that single floor. Each assumption tended to err on the side of producing the maximum temp increase so the amount of steel and concrete might were somewhat underestimated and their respective heat capacities were assumed to be constant w.r.t temp although heat capacity tends to increase at higher temp. These are, of course, all outrageous assumptions, particularly the idea that there will be no heat transfer during this time, especially no heat conduction vertically along the column beyond the single floor (one out of over 100). Even with these extreme assumptions there is still not enough heat released to increase the temperature of the contents of the single floor to a temperature to weaken the steel. While the maximum temperature at which jet fuel burns is a valid point, I find this argument to be more compelling. My last comment is that I feel personal shame for not heeding the truth movement sooner. It is difficult for a normal person to entertain the possibility that our government would do such a thing. The issue really is not the amount of evidence or how compelling it is. The issue for the average person is whether he can begin to consider this as a possibility and how much the person is willing to examine the wealth of information available.

I brushed them off as the ramblings of paranoid conspiracy nuts. I watched the PBS presentation on Why the Towers Fell and thought Well, that settles it then. Then I saw your web site. I viewed the Power Point Presentation. WOW! Now, I am blown away. Hopefully, with the upcoming elections, we can get a government administration willing to take a serious look into this heinous crimes and lay blame (and PUNISHMENT) on those who truly are guilty. During the myriad of replays I viewed, before and during each tower collapse, I saw and heard different events taking place that fully convinced me other forces were at play bringing these buildings down. To name a few: 1) explosions coupled with smoke appearing at the base of the towers moments before the collapse. 2) squibs appearing to shoot out from various floors far below the initial damage area. 3) the manner in which the dust and smoke seemed to be expelled up and out from the building like an explosion as it descended. What also disturbed me was the area was totally void of being treated like a crime scene by police and government officials. Structural material was readily hauled away and shipped to foreign lands without any scientific or engineering analysis being performed. Having spent over 23 years in the military I knew in my gut with the speed at which critical evidence was disappearing and flat out lies being told by government agents, i.e. Like the aircraft black boxes found by fireman and taken by FBI agents, then making statements they weren't found. Mohammad Atta's wallet found in pristine condition a couple blocks away. Well gentleman, I smell the same rat I smelled at various times during my military career. Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it until the truth is known and all involved held fully accountable, regardless of how far up the chain this trail leads us. Since that date to this, the evidence out there of controlled demolition of the towers is so glaringly obvious that it begs disbelief that the 9/11 Commission Report still stands as the official account and there still lacks the political will to conduct a proper scientific and forensic investigation.

I'm a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience. I'm currently licensed in three states: Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. My education and experience relate to the properties of materials used in building port, harbor, and bridge infrastructure. As a licensed civil engineer I have been trained and tested in competency related to civil engineering including structural design and the behavior of building materials. My job included monitoring controlled demolition work to create a cut at the summit of the Brooks Range, in preparation for road and pipeline construction.
Like others who have commented I also have a huge question about how WTC building 7 came down later in the afternoon of September 11th. By visual observation, all three buildings exhibited free fall characteristics very similar to characteristics of a controlled demolition. Reviewing literature that described the structural members I have serious doubts regarding the free fall collapse of the interior columns of WTC 1 and 2 buildings over a distance of close to 100 floors as a result of a limited amount of jet fuel. It seems more likely that the majority of fuel burned quickly near the point of impact, consistent with other aircraft crashes. The huge fireball and black smoke observed shortly after the impact suggests the majority of fuel burned quickly and the fire became oxygen depleted. There was likely not enough fuel reaching the lower floors to cause a complete collapse of either building. There were reports of nanothermite in the dust, of molten steel in the basement, and of local fires burning for a week or more after the event. There were reports of multiple and sequential explosions. Some explosions were even reported prior to the impact of the aircraft. These facts all raise more questions about how the buildings may have actually been brought down.

It is obvious that it was a demolition. There was never a proper investigation done on how and why the buildings fell. The World Trade Centers were supposed to take the impact of two large planes flying into them. There are just too many holes in what the government and the media have told us about that day for me not to question what really went on that day.

I was homeschooling my youngest three children on the morning of 9/11 when I received a call from a friend to turn on the TV at 9:10 am. We all watched in horror as this event unfolded, but as a student of history I suspected that the U.S. Government with all their military capabilities, even then could have thwarted this horrific disaster. Pearl Harbor was utilized to bring the U.S. into the second world war and those who profited from all these great wars then, remain capable of similar acts of terror today to justify wars that destroy millions and profit the few. These buildings were built when asbestos was used and considered safe. How else could the owners continue to meet health and safety standards over time, once these buildings reached an age where they would have to be renovated or destroyed. 9/11 I believe was an 'inside job' in many ways and it served multiple purposes and accomplished multiple goals; the most obvious being the destruction of free market capitalism and the rush to join the Global one world fascist government movement via the U.N. Agenda 21. 9/11 was utilized to vilify the middle east and to gain the full cooperation of all Nations in the so called persecution of invisible enemies and as a justification for this new control grid that has robbed us all of our peace and made us entirely distrustful of big government.

I was a steel erector for 5 years (mainly building pallet racking) and a forklift driver in a warehouse for 7 years. I know how much weight can be supported by an upright column only 2mm in thickness, and how ridged a row of fully loaded pallet racking remains even when 11 tons of narrow isle turret truck rips through an upright or two leaving multiple tons of pallets suspended in midair.
It's so obviously a controlled demolition and anyone who thinks the US government would not do something like this to it's own people should research Operation Northwoods.

Fundamental knowledge of physics, mechanical engineering, and structural engineering. 17 years experience working with structural steel and aluminum dealing with building strength and load distribution.
Localized damage and fire in those type of structures could not cause the destruction we saw. Impossible to collapse in the path of greatest resistance without some reduction in speed. The trajectory of the material being expelled from the twin towers throughout the collapse and the resulting dust cloud were the red flags to me that something was seriously wrong. An incredible amount of energy was released in those events. I can think of no mechanical action that comes anywhere close to what happened to those buildings. Add high pressure explosives and cutting charges into the mix and the physical properties I saw on 9/11 make sense to me. I love my country but corruption and greed is everywhere in our government and the industries that rely on their support and cooperation. 9/11 was the starting point for the changing of our nation. No one had more to gain from it than interests within the power structure of the ruling elite.

I have been persuaded that the official story about the destruction of the Towers is false after listening to eyewitness accounts and hearing Graeme MacQueen talk about his exhaustive research into what the people on the scene actually heard and saw. The scientific consensus that thermite was somehow planted in the building after examination of debris proved it was present in the Towers can only lead to one conclusion: the Towers were not brought down by the planes as the US government would have us believe.

I am an amateur at fabricating parts and metal casting/forging, I know first hand what it takes to melt steel (or aluminum for that matter), if black smoke is coming out, steel will not melt.
I watched the second plane hit and the twin towers collapse live on TV when I was a junior in high school. I also saw a very brief clip of building 7 fall in the following months. A few years later, I realized how ridiculous the whole idea of three buildings sustaining perfectly symmetrical damage and dropping vertically really was. I felt so stupid for not realizing it immediately. This is what lead me to study the seemingly unrelated field of psychology. It's amazing the horrible things people will do or allow when frightened.

I have certifications in Mechanical, Architectural, and Computer Aided Drafting. I also hold a BA in History from the University of Florida. I have worked as a GIS Developer for five years in the fields of cartography, 3D simulations, and civil/transportation engineering.
At first glance I was completely fooled by the media and my fears got the best of me. I remember my father came to me the day of 9/11 and warned me about what was taking place in our country. Unable to come to grips with the situation, cognative dissonance took hold. The next day I went to work at a structural engineering company that I had been with for a couple of years. Both Professional Engineers with whom I was working for at the time voiced their analysis that this was controlled demolition. I could never have believed that my government would do such a crime against its own people. I disagreed with them and continued on with the official story even into my days at the Rinker School of Building Construction. Professor Doc Rinker told the students on the 2nd day of construction materials class that there was, 'No way that those jets and the fire caused those buildings to collapse.' Angered once more, I marched home and washed my brains with some history channel white wash of the events of that day. Long story short, I downloaded off the internet what I thought was United 93, but all I got was some Loose Change... The rest is History.

NJ - For many years I didn't think much about how the Towers fell. I went with the party line. Then one day I started looking at 9/11 YouTube videos. After learning to ignore most of the stupid videos, I started finding things that seemed legitimate and did not make sense compared to the 'official story.' I came to my own conclusion that something about the 'official story' was very wrong. I now believe that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 were brought down by controlled demolition. The obvious reason - to get the US into the current wars we are involved in. I will always support the soldiers, but I don't support the wars we are engaged in. People need to know the truth about our government and its involvement in 9/11. The government is covering up something important that they don't want the US citizens to know.

911 is the American Reichtag Fire. See the October 16, 2001 edition of Inside Edition, Deborah Norvell's interview with the father of a lawyer specializing in international law who may have been murdered in an industrial park in DC after going to Europe and getting papers signed by Bin Laden and associates to set up a series of shell companies in DC area. These events occurred in 1995. Should be a critical part of any 911 timeline. In the interview the father said 'This time the FBI said there might be an investigation.'

I've studied maths and physics throughout high school and went on to study Electrical Engineering and Science at University. Despite my consistently good results I never completed either degree due to my own personal commitment issues. I regard myself as having an above average knowledge in both science and mathematics.
I was introduced to the 911 truth movement via an online video about two years ago. My initial reaction was one of shock and anger. I am married to an ardent 911Truth supporter, and I believe what he says, so I felt that I had to sign this petition. I am a retired editor, and I volunteer as a reading instructor at the elementary school nearby. I love St. Louis but fear what our society is becoming.
I thought when I first saw the buildings fall on television that there were explosions involved. I guess I accepted, sort of, the explanations that the government supplied, but as I've listened closely to my husband, I've realized that we as a nation have been conned. I feel that President Obama's family must have been threatened. Otherwise, I cannot believe that he would remain silent about this for so long.

I have studied the causes of concrete and steel building collapse, which has never occurred due to fire. I have studied many, many controlled demolition destructions of high rise buildings. I have studied and listened to eyewitness accounts of the collapse of WTC buildings, including the eyewitness reports of hearing many explosions as the buildings collapsed.

I have had approximately four years of college but have no degree. I am self taught in many things. I am a person, a citizen of the United States of America by birth. I was brought up to believe in the American Dream and over the course of my life have watched that dream turn into a nightmare caused by greedy people who care for nothing but stuffing their overfilled pockets with as much profit as they can squeeze out of the citizenry. These people are without conscience or morals. They are in the process of killing our planet and everything on it. It sickens me mentally and physically.
This was a false flag operation perpetrated upon the citizens of the USA for the purpose of drawing us into a war designed to profit the people above. The buildings were brought down by planted charges, not by the planes. No plane ever hit the Pentagon and no plane went down in some field leaving no wreckage or bodies. All was done with the foreknowledge of the government.
