PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From my experience with aluminum and bronze alloys in the casting industry, I am aware of the difference between the melting temperatures of certain alloys such as aluminum and steel. At the same time, my experience with mechanical and physical testing of materials makes it difficult to believe the NIST conclusion that the collapse of WTC building 7 was attributed to the fire in that building alone. The basic fundementals of mechanics of materials and structural analysis of the steel columns makes the NIST conclusion difficult to accept based on scientific and engineering principals. A futher investigation using a scientific approach applied to the steel columns of this building was required in order to determine the actual contributing and root cause of the building collapse including the distorted condition of the salvaged steel from 09/11/2001.

I accepted the government's conspiracy story as given out by the main stream media and did not give much, if any, thought to it until a neighbor on March 1, 2006 brought me a story from the Desert Morning News in SLC, Utah. It was dated 1-28-06. I contacted the journalist and asked if there were any other stories and she sent me two others. After reading them and finally thinking about it and based on my engineering education and experience, I realized that we have been lied to and that there was a coverup. For instance if the floors pancaked and fell one on the other from the fires, which could not possibly melt and cut the steel, the 47 massive columns over a quarter mile high would still be standing! There was no forensic investigation and the steel fell in lengths that could be loaded and trucked to the west coast and shipped to Asia. Also the R9/11 Commission report did not mention the 47 story WTC 7, which fell the afternoon that the two towers fell in the morning! A sure sign of a false report. My opinion is that the 3 WTC buildings fell as a result of planted cutting charges - an inside job. Regarding the Pentagon, I believe from the size of the hole in the ext. wall and lack of airplane debris, that it must have been a missile. As for the 4th plane that supposedly crashed near Shanksville, PA, there was only a smoking hole in the ground and all the debris was scattered over a very wide area so it must have been shot down.

I have spent the first half a decade as a PE in Haiti after the Jan 2010 Earthquake that devastated the country and I have seen hundreds of structural failures of all types and due to many causes.
I have seen CCTV footage of a structure collapse at free fall speed due to earthquake induced ground floor column failure and it is very similar to the free fall experienced by the trade center. The difference is that the slabs usually remain in tact and follow the structure to the ground in a 'pancake ' ' style, not turn to dust and send the disintegrated slabs airborne. The supporting substructure must have been compromised to cause the witnessed free fall failure mechanism. The causes of that support loss must be empirically demonstrated as one possible explanation IS controlled demolition and that cause has very grave criminal consequences.

I have no formal engineering background. I have designed and built many ICF (insulated concrete form) buildings. When I say 'design', I actually design the steel reenforcing concrete for those structures and have a licensed structural engineer sign off on the design for permitting.
I know how concrete, and especially steel reenforced concrete, react to loads. I know that what happened to those buildings is a scientific impossibility! I saw 20 or 30 of the top floors of one of those buildings begin to topple over and know that it should have continued because the building below it was still sound and should have forced it to continue falling. Instead, every floor had to have been completely destroyed to allow it to cease its momentum and begin falling straight down. Again, I am no engineer, but I do know the basic laws of motion.

A qualitative understanding of what is meant by 'gravitational collapse' should be enough to convince anyone who has seen the various videos of the destruction of the World Trade Center that something is horribly amiss with the official narrative. In addition, the fact that steel evidence was largely destroyed and that the little steel evidence that was preserved and analyzed does not support the official narrative (FEMA Appendix C, NIST metallurgical tests) is more than enough confirmation that a fraudulent 'official' investigation has been perpetrated.
