PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Alan worked for a number of private architectural firms in the Los Angeles area before moving to Washington, DC, to serve as a hospital architect for the U.S. Public Health Service. My instant reaction, on seeing the Twin Towers destruction was: 'My God!! It is definitely a controlled demolition'. Only a few months ago, I had seen with my own eyes the controlled demolition of a multi-storied Fulton Skyscraper, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.' I am now convinced that 9/11 was an insiders job and fear that one of its' consequences is to put the world's 1.25 billion Muslims on a collision course with the Western world.

I am a Public Schoolboy and I began my education in Hong Kong where my father served in the United Kingdom Civil Service. I traveled back to the UK in 1957 and continued my education here until I joined the Royal Navy. My education continued in Watch Keeping, Navigation and advanced Seamanship, together with all the other duties required of a young naval officer.
"When the news came on here in the UK and I saw those Towers fall, my first thought was, ""this is NO random terrorist attack! This has taken a lot of planning and forethought."" When they tried to blame the architects, I knew it was an inside job. There is no way that shoddy workmanship or badly designed plans would see the light of day, never mind pass what must be the strictest controls. This is the USA we are talking about, not some third world country and I was right. I am not a religious nutcase but I believe in God, I am convinced these people will be punished. In the meantime I believe in the old saying, 'all it takes for Evil to succeed is for a few good men to do NOTHING!!! Let them come, if we stand shoulder to shoulder, we will prevail."

I followed Nafeez Ahmed's books, and then David Ray Griffin, and the myriad of American and international personal investigators that took on the truth and interspersed it with the knowledge they had of the sciences.
It is clear there is not a factoid of evidence that backs up the 'official conspiracy theory' of 19 Muslim hijackers. I have been studying 9/11 for quite some time and believe due to overwhelming scientific and eyewitness evidence of explosives being used in both the Twin Towers and Building 7. There is scientific and anecdotal evidence which overwhelmingly points to a cover up. The fact that Building 7 fell supposedly by fire alone and yet there was NO investigation despite the unusual nature of the event. Adding the Twin Towers collapse to that of Building 7 with no investigation into the safety of skyscrapers and their vulnerability to fire. (Going by the official story) is in itself negligible. The new building in the WTC complex has been built with similar so called vulnerabilities which makes no sense if the buildings fell on 9/11 by fire alone. (Including 'plane impact') If it happened how the official story said, building safety standards should have been investigated.

I have seen enough buildings and structures collapse in my life to know that the Twin Towers and Building 7 did not fall by natural causes or accidental causes such as fires. Even wood structures don't do this and if you drive around any slum neighborhood where there is a burnt out house this is evident.
