PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

When I saw this happen in 2001 I was at work. Everybody was watching this horrific at the office. All were shocked as to how the WTC could collapse. It was never plausible to me that the planes did this huge damage, the buildings collapsed too symmetrical and it looked like a casino explosion! I spent many years managing projects in mid-town Manhattan while living in the DC/Maryland suburbs. Not long before 9/11, I was at the WTC meeting with the Port Authority to evaluate their RFP to manage the operation of the Windows on the World Restaurant. On 9/11 I was driving back to Maryland from Florida where I had received a national design award for a project I had designed and built.
On 9/11, my wife (and eventually our 4 children) were in our home in Frederick, MD as both the Pentagon and the Shanksville incidents occurred. These events geographically 'book ended' our home and shocked us all. We also lost a member of my mother's family (the McBrayer Scots clan, who came to America in the 1740's) at WTC 2. His name is Ken McBrayer. He worked for Sandler O'Neill & Partners. He was on the 104th Floor that morning. We are all 6 degrees of separation at most, of course, including the other million and counting who have been lost in the senseless, criminal wars and other illegal operations our country has launched based on a dark and terrible lie. There is more than enough evidence regarding the building collapses to require a real world, independent, and 'under oath' investigation into them. There are so many troubling questions that all of us, including the casualties, are owed answers to. We must demand this as citizens. Our nation, our constitution, and the world will never return to even a semblance of normalcy until the events of 9/11 are subjected to a genuine investigation. It is not yet too late. Justice is not just needed, it is absolutely required. Like so many others, I am shamefully late in coming to this. I always questioned the 911 Commission Report but was not totally aware of all the others out there working selflessly for an investigation. Being of an age to remember JFK, the Gulf of Tonkin, MLK, RFK, Wellstone and so many others almost leaves one too cynical and shell shocked to keep paying attention. My children, the arc of justice can be slow. Metanoia is painful. However, this must be done.

Most of the designs that I do have to withstand hurricane and earthquake forces. Pure physics and basic structural engineering fundamentals prove that these buildings would not collapse at an accelerated rate (i.e.due to gravity) without the structural members below being completely disintegrated. The structural members would normally resist the forces of the floors above UNLESS they were destroyed by means far greater than heat produced by burning jet fuel. Structural collapses are typically slow to start and are not as uniform as collapses resulting from controlled detonations, which is likely the cause of these collapses.

I believe the 'Patriot Act', written well in advance of 9/11/01, is the biggest destruction of American liberty. The attribution of collapse of the buildings 1, 2 and 7 of the World Trade Center in New York on the 11th of September in 2001 to fires and mechanical damage caused by impact of two jetliners is not credible. Contrasting the extent to which the wreckage from the Air India and Swissair crashes into the Atlantic Ocean was retreived and re-assembled to investigate causation, the forensic processes of the 911 investigation were indefensibly frustrated and incomplete.The NIST report into the collapse of WTC7 in particular appears to be incompetent, failing to examine the possibility of the most likely cause, and producing an abbreviated and misinterpreted model of thermal displacement of support elements as the most likely cause.

I was working in Brighton(UK) on 9/11. It was in a small office where one of the guys saw an internet news feed about the first plane. We then all started checking to see what was going on. We saw the 2nd plane hit and the collapse of the 2 towers. My first reaction was shock at how neatly the towers went down and didn't collapse at an angle from the point of impact. I must admit, even without any engineering experience, I smelt a rat. Subsequently of course with such a media storm and evidence and facts coming out bit by bit over the years I am even more convinced 2 planes alone did not achieve this. Leaving aside WTC7 and the Pentagon.

When I saw the Towers come down I new something was wrong. Nothing that strongly built could come down that symmetrically and quickly without a very good plan of destruction at many floor levels. To tell the truth, the planners would have to be some of the very best at demolition. When I saw WTC7 come down I knew there was a crime not perpetrated by a man in a cave. Impossible

I find it thoroughly implausible that on September 11th 2001 the impact of, and burning fuel from, two commercial passenger airplanes brought down three towers at the World Trade Center in New York City. I find the fact that these steel towers melted from a jet fuel fire implausible. I find the fact that these towers collapsed in just a few hours implausible. I find the speed at which they collapsed (at near free fall rate) to be disturbing. I find the manner in which they collapsed vertically straight downwards disturbing. Unless the laws of physics became inapplicable on September 11th 2001 in New York City, then something clearly does not add up. I know not who did it. I know not how. But I do know that two jets with burning fuel, on their own did not bring down those three steel towers at that speed.

It appears to be a controlled explosion. After listening to eye witness accounts and watching video of the destruction of the Towers it is clear they were brought down by explosives, not a jet airplane or jet fuel burning. It is clear there has been a cover up. I am aware of a number of government employees who have told lies because they were told to. In this case whistleblowers have been fired like Kevin Ryan, the UL employee who reported that the tests UL did on the steel supporters would not have collapsed due to the fire. It is a sad day when you can't trust your own government and after this cover up by both parties it becomes a question of who can you trust? This needs to be cleared up.
