PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Graduating with a Masters Degree in Mechanical engineering. As manager of a construction materials testing laboratory in NYC I design and manage the construction of large scale steel structures in a laboratory setting. The structures incorporate a lot of different elements of the building including the buildings windows, wall panels, curtain walls, and store fronts. On these mock-ups I conduct a myriad of structural tests, impact tests, air and water leakage tests. We can apply uniform wind loads using air pressure to apply force to facade elements and examine damage, measure, deflection, or even just blow out the windows. A colleague of mine also offers blast testing of windows doors and glass.
The ultimate destruction of all three towers in the word trade center can only be explained with high tech military grade explosive devices that would have taken multiple days of work to install. For these reasons all 'terrorist attacks' need to be investigated by unbiased investigators. All we want is the truth but are denied a proper investigation because the usual suspects (intelligence agencies colluding with the media) continue to bamboozle the American people in the present day.

Even the most basic of structural engineers knows that collapse occurs through the line of least resistance and NOT under any circumstances through the line of GREATEST resistance.Since all 3 buildings collapsed in upon themselves to the center, then the center had clearly become the weakest point in all 3 buildings. The ONLY way that the strongest point is going to change into to the weakest point is if there is a controlled demolition to make it so.

The pile of rubble left by the twisted, melted structure was more than half as tall as when the structure stood when in tact. - - - - I have also witnessed the planned implosion of four or more high-rise buildings. - - - - I believe it is very possible that there was much more to the demise of Towers 1 and 2 than just the impact of jets and the power of the fuel they contained. Reasons for the collapse of Tower 7 has remained to me unsatisfactorily explained in the media coverage for the events of 9-11-01. - - - - I am deeply concerned that scientific calculations, debris material sampling and analysis have not been given a fair platform in which the causes of the three Trade Center building collapses on 9-11-01 would be clarified and given fair media and grounds for understanding and justice.

The symmetrical nature and large portion of freefall speed during the collapse of WTC7 is even more puzzling as no plane ever hit that building.

The 9/11 and NIST reports were childish in their attempt to explain the cause of events that had no realistic chance of occurring: namely, the destruction of a modern steel frame building with simple fire. The NIST report on 9/11 generated only shame for the governmental efforts to cover, cloud, and deny the facts of the events on and around 9/11. I served as a junior student apprenticeship with HW Belfast (where the Titanic was built!) At lunch time I sometimes climbed up the old rusting gantries to get a good view of Belfast harbor and to take photographs of the CANBERRA at its fitting-out location. I studied Naval Architecture at the Belfast Technical college and at Poplar Technical College London, England. I worked for one year as a petrochemical piping draughtsman for Procon Great Britain Ltd, an American Company. I joined a small shipyard, on the river Thames, as Assistant to the Yard Manage for W.R. Cunis Limited, producing design drawings and inspection of subbed out work, welding inspection, tolerance inspection, vessel damage inspection, cost estimating, rudder calculations etc. I emigrated to Canada via the EMPRESS OF CANADA JULY 1967 to commence work in BC with Robert Allen LTD. Naval Architect. I worked for the Federal Government for approximately thirteen (13) years as a Marine inspector (TI7) for Transport Canada I have witnessed several vessel fires. One of the fires was on a steel hulled old - retiring- BC Ferry, which, in association with a Lloyds' Surveyor, we verified it safe to travel to Mexico from Vancouver BC. I inspected the damage for Transport Canada. The fire commenced from a welders spark. The spark ignited a large pile of donated clothing that was situated under a hydraulic hose line from a header tank. The header-tank then dumped the oil on the burning clothing. The paint was burned off the bulkhead and part of the deck buckled some-what. Outboard of the damaged area the deck was undamaged and restricted the expansion of the steel. The heated steel had no choice but to buckle, as it was being held captive by the intact cold steel. The fire did not burn holes in the deck or bulkhead!
I live in Canada and feel that if the local Loggers were asked to climb up all trees and cut off each tree at 10 feet intervals commencing at the top, to satisfy a request for 10 ft length of logs, that they would tell the supervisor to go and take a hike! Similarly no TERRORIST would waste, (1.) Time. (2.) Waste Cutting Charges; to bring a tower such as WTC towers #1, #2, #3 vertically down, almost, into its own foot print. To cause maximum damage a terrorist would copy the usual method of logging, i.e. take out the equivalent to a wedge shape out of the bottom of the towers, core steel members, causing them to fall almost intact sideways in the direction that would cause them to strike other buildings and block roads. The presence of Thermite and Nano-thermite has been found in the WTC (World Trade Center) dust. Therefore, explosive and thermal cutting charges were used to bring down the WTC. From high school physics, one may remember the simple demonstration of a transparent glass tube, about six (6) feet long, sealed at each end by a small circular piece of glass. The tube, being about two and a half inches in diameter, and containing three objects, a small coin, a feather, and a small lead ball. The question put to the students being, If I hold this tube vertically so that the feather, lead ball and coin are resting on the bottom and suddenly invert the tube by rotating the tube in such a manner that the three objects remain at the end, by centrifugal force, and stop with the objects in the tube in a vertical upright position, which object will fall and hit the bottom first? Most students will say that the lead ball would hit the bottom first (reason lead is heavy, very dense, has a lot of mass for its size). What actually takes place is that all three objects, feather, coin, and lead ball, strike the bottom end of the tube at the same time. The students are amazed! The teacher then explains that he had omitted to tell them that the air had been removed from the tube Because of lack of air inside the tube (a vacuum having been applied to the inside of the tube) all objects fall at the same speed due to Earths gravity. The demonstration would usually be followed by a story of Sir Isaac Newton and the apple plus more details on gravity. From the available videos of all three WTC towers they fell at near free fall speed i.e. To explain free fall, if you jumped off say tower #7, without a parachute, at the same time as the cutting charges were set off, you would hit the ground at the same time as the top of the tower! 6.5 seconds being the approximate near free fall time. In Dr. Steven Jones paper, there is a photograph of the top of, from memory, WTC tower #2, rotating sideways. Have you ever seen a tree being cut down, falling with rotation sideways? Does the tree suddenly break up into say two foot sections as it rotates? Why then would the top of WCT tower#2 not continue to rotate in one piece until clear of the lower section? You may look at the videos on the internet or youtube and see what took place. Note: ''With the top section of the building removed, loosely hinged, a partial downward force would be applied to one edge of the lower portion of WTC #2. The only fire in the building was caused by an aircraft and by this time all of the fuel had burned up. There was no fire in the lower portion of the building so, with the top of the building removed, the core steel structure would have experienced a reduced load and would not have collapsed without the use of demolition cutting charges. I have attempted to keep my analysis super simple so that your young children can understand what has been written.

There is so much I could say about the events of 9/11/2001. What sticks out in my mind the most is WTC building 7. This building was not hit by a plane, it had sparse office fires as a result of falling debris from the other 2 buildings. All 3 of these buildings were built to stand the test of time; yet on 9/11/2001 all 3 came crashing to the ground at free fall speed. It is physically impossible for Building 7 to fall at the speed of gravity unless explosives were used. Aside from that Larry Silverstein in an interview stated 'We decided to pull it'. That has not been discussed in the news ever since. This tragedy requires an Independent investigation. We owe it to the brave people that lost their lives that day, to the families that have lost their loved ones, and to the innocents that have died in the wars waged in the name of this tragedy. We owe it most to the future generations of this country. If our country is not rooted in truth, our foundations will crumble.

I now have been an Architectural Designer for a small design firm located in Burbank, CA for almost a year. Fact: almost 3,000 innocent Americans were murdered on 9/11. Every American should continue to seek any new information for the sake of the individuals killed, their families, and American rule of law. It has been many years since the NIST report. New evidence and forensic techniques are now available. It is a tenet of the 'American way' that we never leave our brothers or sisters behind nor abandon our search for the truth; ever. It is therefore our responsibility and obligation to them to investigate and evaluate any and all available evidence. I therefore, demand further investigation by qualified and vetted independent experts into the events of 9/11, the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers, and the murder of American citizens. This investigation must be comprehensive, rigorous, and transparent to the American public. ALL available anecdotal and forensic evidence must be gathered, cataloged, examined, and evaluated on it's own merits. Conclusions must be made on the facts alone and published for consideration by the US government and American public. In particular, I demand this investigation address the possibility that incendiaries or explosives were present in the WTC Towers (since NIST did not investigate this line of inquiry). Further, the current explanation for the failure of Tower 7 is insufficient and would benefit from a rigorous independent investigation. Lastly, the handling forensic evidence at a crime scene or disaster is subject to clear protocols and legal guidelines. Given the magnitude of this crime and the loss of American lives, any party responsible for willful destruction of evidence or the intentional misrepresentation of facts must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of US law.

I completed two years in college and was employed in retail as a baker for 36 years in a local grocery store. I was also employed as a representative payee for the developmentally disabled for 24 years.
The official story states that all the floors of both towers 'pancaked' down to ground level. Speaking for myself, I have yet to see a single one of these 220 floors. Where did they go? The destruction of WTC 6 is especially intriguing. A huge crater in the center of the structure all the way down to the subbasement can not be explained by falling debris from the North Tower because there is practically nothing in the hole. Also, why is it that this merely eight story tall building towers over the debris field?

Through my knowledge of physics it seems to me virtually impossible for Towers 1 & 2 to not have been assisted in some way to collapse. Building 7, no way possible.

I have an AA in music, graduated Magna Cum Laude. I was studying further with a double major in Jazz Performance and Classical Theory and Composition in the Dean's College at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (IL), but was unable to finish because of alcoholism. I have since been recovering from alcoholism for 24 years now, and as someone having had to revisit the past and learn from the mistakes and experiences of the past, confront the truth and live according to the truth (everyday), that it is imperative for there to be another independent investigation into what really happened on 9-11. If we do not reinvestigate to learn the truth - the fear, resentment, and confusion of that day will determine our future (and in a very bad way).
I have always believed that there was something really wrong with the explanation for way the Towers, and especially Building 7, were destroyed.

Watching the second tower fall live that day, something in my heart and mind knew that it was not right; that a law of physics was being eliminated in some way. When I finally saw the video of Building #7 collapse at free fall speed, then I knew that the law of 'Conservation Momentum' had been taken out of play by removing all sub structure at the same time. The symmetrical fall, with all four corners of the building falling at the same start time, and fall speed, was a dead giveaway. Reading the 911 Commission Report two times, and not seeing much mention of Building #7, left no doubt in my mind!

I also know that reports are suppose to cover all details of how what where and why.
I am an American citizen who watched the events unfold on 9/11 and have never believed that those planes brought down Towers 1 & 2 and then the collapse of Building 7 never made sense either.
