PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Being a civil engineer and understanding the laws of physics, I know that a building cannot fall a free fall speed without the floors already falling also giving no resistance. I wish our congressmen were as smart, and also showed some backbone and got a truly independent investigation going. Also, this 911 truth movement has shown to me that our press is as every bit controlled and spits out as much propaganda as I thought Pravda did for the old Soviet Union. My eyes have been awakened to many things, and I have come to learn that we do not live in as free a country as I thought we did, and with the passage of the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, it has become even less so. The collapse of WTC building 7 is unprecedented: a building that collapsed supposedly due to fire and structural damage. The facts regarding WTC7 are compelling; it experienced a duration of free fall, it was a building outside of the main block of the twin towers, and the two buildings next to it experienced only superficial damage. Furthermore, other WTC7 evidence is suggestive, such as eyewitness accounts of explosions and news accounts and first responders as eyewitnesses that indicate foreknowledge of WTC7's collapse with certainty. For these reasons an investigation into the truth of WTC7 is warranted, and that truth weighs on the veracity of other 9/11 information.

I am a 13 year master electrician in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have done work in our 42 story office building and other steel beam buildings, as well as in concrete buildings with fire proofing on the structural steel and concrete and on the deck (under the floor).
With all of the fire protection that is done to the structural components and floors and the fire patching I have to do for pipes or cables through walls or floors in buildings in the Milwaukee area, I would think a hi-rise in New York City would have even more stringent codes. Even an older building should have been brought up to code for public safety. With all this, and from what I've read on how the WTC buildings were constructed, I don't think they should have fallen as they did. Maybe the floors above the plane impact floors would have fallen, and some below, but not every single floor, even all the undamaged lower floors? Also, that they fell in such a short time after the plane impacts for Bldgs. 1 & 2, then Bldg. 7 falling hours later for no reason. I'm just an electrician but that doesn't seem right.

I am familiar with all sorts of materials testing - compressive and tensile strength, microscopy, spectroscopy, etc. My undergraduate program especially focused on the chemistry of materials.
I recently re-discovered an interest in the phenomenon known as creep - how a material such as steel under an applied load may fail at temperatures far below melting. I recall a colleague saying 'creep is what caused the buildings to collapse'. Before watching the movie at this website, my biggest concern was how could creep cause such a symmetric collapse? I would expect instead to see the buildings fold at the weakest point(s), instead of falling straight down at nearly free-fall speed. But it is hard to imagine how local heating combined with coincidental insulation failure could cause the necessary uniformity of temperature along the massive steel columns. I enjoyed seeing analysis of the buildings' design, especially the heat sink near the base and other fire-safety measures.

Also, there was a report of the WTC 7 falling - before it fell - The official Reports have never seemed to correlate with what I saw - What on-scene First Responders were saying from Ground Zero - There was real time wall to wall coverage - of the events - which simply have never fit the Official narrative - I am most grateful for the expertise of A&E 9/11 - and your persistence at finding the facts - and educating with the information you have discovered. Without your efforts the Public would never get a proper accounting of the events prior-to and on that fateful day that changed our Nation forever.

Worked in commercial construction for a few years then spent 32 years working in the chemical processing of reactive liquid polymers, destruction of PCB's in power transformers and other chemical manufacturing. The way the Towers fell made no sense, there had to be other forces at work to achieve the demolition of the Towers in my opinion. And molten steel from jet fuel, don't think the fire would be hot enough.

It is physically impossible for 110 story steel sky scrapers to catch fire, burn for less than an hour (south) then, in almost free fall speed, (11 seconds), fall into it's own footprint, incinerating and pulverizing everything into powder and burn for 3 months, fueled by office furniture and a small amount of jet fuel. Building 7 fell in 7 seconds into it's own footprint, supposedly fueled only by office furniture? If this is actually possible then every sky scraper in New York needs to be reevaluated for fire safety.

The way the Towers came down was like an implosion and why did Building 7 fall? Also, jet fuel burns up quickly and it takes a substantial amount of time to burn through steel beams. It would have to be over 1200 degrees over a very long extended time for the beams to have simply melted the way they claimed they had.
