On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The collapse mechanism / sequence of all three buildings is of great interest considering that the official 'story' is that the superstructure of each of the buildings was damaged principally by fire and the in the case of the twin towers also in part by plane impact. In my opinion, as a professional engineer, these factors could only act to weaken the structures asymmetrically, which in turn would lead to asymmetric failure modes - ie at least some signs of toppling which when initiated would continue. Instead, the extensive footage from the day shows a complete, symmetrical drop in all three cases. This lack of asymmetry in all three failures coupled with the rate of failure (comparable to gravitational acceleration) suggest that the entire superstructure of all three buildings ceased to bear load almost instantaneously. From my knowledge of the US government reports, these issues are in no way dealt with. Other explanations, such as the possible role of pre-placed explosives, must be considered, as the official version is inadequate. In particular, the failure of Building 7 so closely resembles that of a controlled demolition it is extremely difficult for me simply accept that a number of fires within the building was the sole cause of it's collapse. The evidence presented by the remains of the collapsed buildings also requires careful consideration. The abundance of pulverized concrete and segmented steel beams /columns resulting from all three collapses is of particular interest. As a qualified engineer these are the principal issues which are of interest to me when considering the validity of the official explanation of the WTC collapses.

Jesse was educated in the broad discipline of Architectural Engineering, focusing specifically on Structural Design and Analysis. He was trained and has a wide variety of experience in the design of steel and concrete structures, as well as wood, masonry, and aluminum. Through my research, I have found a few specific areas of the NIST reports which in my estimation, do not seem to hold up to professional scrutiny. First and foremost being the anomalous acceleration of the collapse of WTC 7. I have not found evidence of this being adequately explored and investigated, as would be required for any other engineering analysis of such a collapse. Also, I have questions about the methodology used to determine the extent of fire insulation damage that was incident upon the towers due to the force of impact and subsequent fuel explosions. The NIST report seems to say that the assumed damage was not based on tests of similar insulation undergoing similar conditions, but rather is based on several varying degrees of possible damage being assumed in the computer analysis; mild, medium, and severe. After running the simulations and finding that the severe model is the only one that led to global collapse, they therefore concluded that the fire insulation damage was severe. It seems to me a classic case of letting your conclusion guide your evidence. Admittedly, I have not yet read all of NIST's supporting documentation (which might better explain this area of concern), however if such backup data exists to support their assumptions, it should have been included (or at least referenced) in the final report. The way I see it is that at best, it's some very shoddy technical writing; at worst, it's dishonest.

I must concur that all of the tenets of the AE911truth.org arguments for a controlled demolition of the WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7, if truthful, are all valid reasons for a more comprehensive investigation as to what actually caused the collapse of the WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 on September 11th, 2001. I would further state that simply one of these tenets would be enough for a reinvestigation of the destruction, and that, combined, they make an overwhelming case for a reinvestigation. The implications of these allegations are far reaching and disturbing. I feel it is our duty as public servants to seek truth and in this case to expose a conspiracy that threatens not only liberty and freedom but all of the lives of the inhabitants of this planet. I am self taught in my current field, as my experience in college was not pleasant, so I decided not to pursue a higher level of education. I know many who have degrees and their lives are harder than my own due to substantial debt. Most student loans go into default as I learned while working as a Loan Officer. There are too many inconsistency's regarding what happened on 9/11. Especially the destruction of WTC 7 and the Pentagon. As the Pentagon is one of the most secure places in this country it's hard to believe that there isn't any video footage of the plane hitting it. Except one that was confiscated from a hotel by the FBI and returned years later edited, which does not show an airplane striking it. Regards, Do the right thing.

I firmly believe that the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7 was the result of controlled demolition. The official story does not sufficiently explain how the buildings collapsed in their own footprint.

First of all, I was 11 years old when I first heard about the Towers being attacked. I'm 24 now. I was too young to understand what happened during the time so I just believed the rhetoric, for over 10 years, that we were being attacked by terrorists. Now, after further, independent investigation as a welder, I have to conclude that you need an extra component other than fire to melt metal. It's obvious enough as it is. You don't have to be a welder to know this.

I originally wanted to be an Architect and is the main reason I went back to school hoping I could get entry level position somewhere in Architecture. Didn't happen. I absolutely believe those building could not have come down under the 'official story' pretenses. There had to have been some type of controlled demolition that took place for the Twin Towers and WTC7. The Pentagon was hit by a missile. No doubt in my mind and from the evidence I have seen.

If this was a conspiracy, then it was planned that we later go to Iraq. We have deposed secular dictators in the Middle East creating chaos...was this all a plan? Furthermore if it was, then the next plan would be against Russia. I am starting to think that Putin's the good guy and the shadow government behind our government is the evil one.
