PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The collapse, at the speed of a free-falling object, of 3 of the buildings the WTC complex was obviously not caused by the crashes of two airliners into the towers. Engineers trained on general aviation aircraft would not have been able to pilot the B767's with such an accuracy into the towers. Military-grade skills/training would have been required! In addition to all this, the WTC main towers had been designed to withstand the impact at full speed/paylload of B707. The various video recordings of the collapse of the three towers are the evidence of a controlled demolition.

Veteran US Navy - Operations Specialist 2nd Class I am familiar with how our air radar coverage works, especially in that DC - NY corridor since I was based out of Norfolk, VA. I knew as I was watching it live when they reported that the planes were off course for over an hour, that someone was lying. NORAD would have scrambled jets within 5 minutes. My suspicions were confirmed when I heard months later that NORAD said that they were running exercises in the area and that's why they couldn't respond fast enough. They said that the radar operators couldn't tell which planes were real and which were training. During military exercises like that, someone ALWAYS has the real world radar picture in front of them.

I have been very skeptical about the collapse of the twin towers and in particular WTC 7 from day 1. Not simply as someone who is wary of the establishment and governments, but simply as an architect. - - - - I have shared my theories in more detail with friends, but have often been met with a degree of skepticism or disinterest. - - - - I have read, but never believed the official report. The most damning evidence (for me) was from a particular video of the top of (one of) the two towers starting to topple in one direction. Yet miraculously, the mass starts to correct itself and the building falls pancake style. This defies the basic laws of physics. The momentum developed by that mass in one direction could only correct itself if the feet of the building were pulled out from under it. (I don't believe this was anoptical illusion. - - - - WTC 7: controlled demolition, no questions. - - - - I believe that after the 1993 bombing, all the WTC towers were wired for controlled demolition in order to pre-empt a potential domino effect in downtown Manhattan should a more powerful bomb cause one of twin towers to topple. The damage would have been potentially catastrophic. - - - - This could have easily been accomplished, and would certainly fall under a national security operation, complete with a legitimate and understandable blanket of confidentiality. If ever the towers did need to come down (which it turned out they did) the act would be committed under the need for national security.

Reflected on my past Navy firefighting training and made the decision not to risk my life. When 9/11 happened I thought like many others that it was done by the hijackers. I thought anyone who thought otherwise was unAmerican just like Bill O'Reiley says. I became interested in the truth movement after witnessing the shocking events of September 11th on TV. I remember thinking 'how strange' when the BBC reported about the collapse of WTC 7. So many questions remain unanswered and certain answers that have been given are unsatisfactory and unconvincing. There are too many holes in the official story. I joined a 9/11 Truth discussion group in 2006 but left as there was some elements within the group who saw everything as a conspiracy. I resolved to only look at information and evidence that could be scientifically examined. People can speculate all they want about who the perpetrators are or the reason why this atrocity happened. But they cannot argue with scientific facts about the collapse of WTC 7.
