PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have built, for example, an 11 story building in Madrid, using concrete (floors -2 to +6) and steel frame (floors +7 to +9) structures. It is highly unlikely that the Twin Towers could collapse as a result of the damage from the planes and subsequent fires. At the very least, the central core would remain standing. Building 7 was obviously brought down as it was not impacted by the planes, there we no serious fires, and the landlord is heard to say pull it in a TV interview. You don't pull a 47 story building having it free fall into its footprint with a spur of the moment command.

Controlled detonations take months sometimes years of planning and permitting before they actually drop a building. Building 7 came down the same day just hours after the collapse of 1 and 2. This would only have been possible if the building was already rigged to go. Its doubtful that even the most skilled demo team could have or would have rigged a building that fast and brought it down. Correct me if I am wrong but structural steel needs temperatures of more than 2000 F to weaken or melt. JP8 or common aircraft fuel burns at around 900 F No building in history, even after hours of intense burning, has ever fell down because of the heat. The WTC towers were built to withstand just such an impact from a large passenger airliner, I recall that they were built to withstand a direct hit from an even larger plane than the ones that hit them on 9/11.

My husband was scheduled to fly to LA on American flight 11 on 9/11 but missed his flight due to illness (the hand of God?). The statements about what happened do not make sense. Experts say that no Steel building has ever been destroyed by fire, and building 7 wasn't even hit, yet went down as a demolition. Later witnesses (5 years later when required by law) the firemen said they heard explosions. The clamp down on interceptor planes, and the loss of video evidence from the Pentagon attack, among many other things, points to an inside job. It needs to be objectively investigated.

My family has never supported the reported 9/11 statements and therefore have not brought my brother or myself up in believing those statements. My education on that day has come from independent research, documentaries, interviews and conversations had with my family, mostly my brother concerning evidence that we found disproving what we as citizens were told to be true.
I was just a child when it happened. Still in elementary school. I remember not even knowing the World Trade Centers were in America. I just didn't understand what was happening. At school us kids thought it seemed kind of cool. Obviously we just didn't understand the magnitude of the event just yet. We thought of it as just big airplanes flying around doing tricks and really big buildings. There was fire and explosions. To kids all of that sounds pretty neat, like a movie. We had no idea of the repercussions following that day. Our teachers were hardly in class that day it seemed and when they were they looked scared or worried. Us kids had no idea how many people died and how many would die following that day. At the end of the school day there was an assembly called for whole the school. They told us that on the other side of the country two large planes crashed into the side of a very tall and important building with a lot of people inside. A lot of people died... They didn't tell us that it was terrorists or just a crashing plane. They never said what caused it to crash, probably to not scare us too much or maybe they knew we wouldn't understand anyways. But we're not kids anymore... I am 95% sure now that it wasn't a terrorist and sure wasn't a surprise attack when it happened. I know that Larry Silverstein made huge profits after 9/11. I believe Israel played a huge part in the attacks and the planning along with some parts of our own government system. I believe al-Qaeda was created and funded by the U.S. Government. I could continue. Uncovering what really happened that day should be high on the priority list. I support this petition.

As a layperson, I had doubt about the official versions on this incident, especially after observing the way the buildings collapsed, and the finger pointings even before thorough investigations had been done. I had a strong inclination that 9/11 had been used as an excuse by the US to invade Afghanistan resulting in the massacres of tens of thousands of innocent Afghans, especially children, women and the elderly. Such atrocities must not be condoned and every culprit, the 9/11 and the resultant unjustified invasion of Afghanistan must be brought to justice and punished for his/her crimes. For this to happen, a truly independent commission of enquiries with subpoena power must be established to conduct investigations on the matter and bring every culprit to justice.
