To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am recently retired from a 30-yr career as a structural engineer in the military defense aerospace industry, holding DoD Secret Clearance throughout. My academic training was in civil structural engineering, and while I spent most of my career in space launch applications focusing on rocket structures, I managed the Ground Systems Structures Section at The Aerospace Corporation and have considerable practical experience with ground structures and facilities. I also have vast experience in failure investigations of launch systems and am well versed in the inter-disciplinary analyses -- thermodynamics, ballistics, structural dynamic and structures -- required to develop and explore credible hypotheses.
I was initially a skeptic regarding the possibility that the WTC was brought down by explosives. I erroneously thought that the conspiracy theories were based upon the notion that steel had to melt to precipitate a failure (it does not), and that rocket fuel doesn't burn at sufficient temperature to liquify steel (which is true). After reviewing the overwhelming evidence presented by the 911 Truth Organization, it is apparent to me that the steel did in fact melt, and that is incontrovertible evidence of the use of explosives. Together with the visual evidence, particularly that of WTC 7's signature implosion, there can be no doubt in the mind of anyone trained in structural engineering that these buildings were brought down by carefully placed explosive charges. NONE WHATSOEVER. As unthinkable as it is to me, it is hard to believe that anyone except agents of the U.S. federal government could have had the access and resources necessary to commit this atrocity.

Only: And then the towers collapsed as the videos show ... Incredible! And even more when I discovered the case of WTC 7... I wrote a report (33 pages) which I entitled Indecent Proposal - Reopen 9 / 11 Report. I sent this document to my contacts, friends, family, etc... I was and now I am even more convinced that the official story is a lie. But I wanted to understand the why. I then continued my reading and my investigation: R. Heinberg - Mr. Chossudovsky - etc. And also the movie Oil Smoke & Mirrors. To find the last missing piece of the puzzle: the geopolitics of energy. I just finished the last book of D. How does jet fuel leak down the cavities of the building all the way to the footings of these building to provide such a clean free fall. If a truck hits a house, it may fall to the ground, however portions of it will remain splintered and fragmented, however not obliterated.......

I had a standard secondary school education, which would class me as being average. I joined the Army which gave me discipline and the ability the act to orders without thinking. I then gained a vast knowledge of all subjects relating to fire, building construction and how buildings react in fire. I have read the official comm. report and in my estimation it lacks important information re: the relationship of Bush's cousin in charge of security for the Towers maintenance, the fact that Bldg. 7 was not hit by any aircraft, the seeming controlled destruction of all three bldgs, the insurance policy taken out by Silverstein upon transfer from the Port Authority, thermite present in the dust from the destruction, the fact that no other steel bldgs have ever been demolished in this way, any where in the world, the videos that show an aircraft that does not appear as a normal passenger liner, the absence of NORAD, etc.

Because of Western Australian time...our t.v. crossed live showing first building on fire and then what looked like a plane fly into second building. From the beginning I had the intuitive feeling that something was not true with the story told. How could a few extremists just riding donkeys somewhere in the desert manage this attack, why should they be interested in such an attack, and why should this be their only successful attack? All consequent acts of the United States (Guantanamo, wars in the Middle East) showed one by one, that 9/11 was the best excuse for imperialistic warfare and violation of human rights. If the real time videos are valid, then I believe the three towers came down from controlled demolition. I have eye witnessed controlled demolitions. The collapse of the towers and Building 7 certainly mirrored the demolitions I have witnessed.

Watching the first tower fall live on television my first thought was that it fell too perfectly like an implosion. Never realized building seven fell until it was pointed out to me years later. I listened to the cockpit recording of that day and other articles and information that makes you wonder why we were given warnings of such a attack yet no action was taken place but to stand down. My work as an artist agent catering to an international clientele permits me to meet people from all walks of life and all parts of the world. Some college. Experience is in the accounting field for the last 14 years, the last 5 being in a Sr. level (although my belief is that my eduction/experience is of no relevance and any logical person should be able to see the real truth was withheld).
It is illogical to accept the claims of NIST when so many critical points went omitted, ignored, and unexplained. The complete lack of commercial coverage of tower 7 only further emphasizes there was deliberate effort made to cover up the truth.

Terrorism started at the American continent in 1492. Gold and silver were the main purpose. Greed never stops, that's why they needed an excuse to go after the black gold in the Middle East. Cultivating terrorism in those countries with Isis and the refugees as a recent result. In the meantime making billions of dollars on weapons and oil. This seems a never ending story.

My father was a fighter pilot and then commercial. He flew with fighter jets and 3 different Boeings and Airbus. I basically grew up around pilots and jets. The first red flag for me was Pentagon, the the flight which went down in Pennsylvania! After a lot of reading and researching, since the whole thing about piloting those planes did not add up to me, I started digging more, reading and talking to other experts and people who were just like me. I believe 9/11 next to President Kennedy's assassination, is another disgusting and unacceptable act against people on United State! I believe people who did this, have to be prosecuted, and if find guilty, get the punishment they deserve! Killing innocent people a waging war against nations who had nothing to do with this and destroying their lives and countries, should not be accepted neither by people of this country or any other place in the wold.
Now that I know what I know, there's no way their mickey mouse theory could explain any part of what actually happened. The first clue to it is very simple: GOING DOWN NEAR FREE FALL SPEED!!! There was no resistance from the structure made of steel. It only points to the fact that something was clearing the path on the way down, not to mention how every piece of the concrete turned into a puff of dust.
