PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I had a college professor in structures who once said, and I paraphrase, Structures don't collapse from the mistakes that engineers design for....there are enough factors of safety to compensate for that...they collapse from what engineers completely miss designing for. - - - - When the towers collapsed, I was shocked and surprised, but attributed the collapse to the idea that...well...the engineers wouldn't have taken into account a large plane hitting them. Years later I discovered that they were indeed designed for a 707 hitting them. That got me thinking! - - Having spent many agonizing hours designing the structure for a church, I felt certain that the engineers of the towers would have overdesigned their structure to, if nothing else, still be standing until the last little old lady in a wheel chair escaped, unharmed. - - - - Call it gut feeling, with some practical engineering experience, but the idea of the tower collapses and especially the building 7 collapse being caused mainly by fires are suspect. The true cause or causes of these total failures certainly need to be re-investigated.

All my life I have been interested in the physical world and have observed the way things worked and interacted. Out of high school I went into the Navy and worked on aircraft, learning the fundamentals of how planes fly and the workings of aircraft carriers. After 18 years at large, watching the world, I started my engineering education at City College in SF, transferred to San Francisco State and graduated in 2000 with my BS in Civil Engineering. While at SFSU, I took great interest in the controlled demolition of a seismically damaged dormitory on campus, watching it in person. I obtained videos of other controlled demos just to study how the structures fell. I have been working for Caltrans as a bridge engineer since 2000. While I don't remember all the formulas for the physics, I certainly retain my understanding of the physical laws of the known universe.
Once I recovered from my initial shock of the WTC collapses and started watching the videos over and over, it became quite obvious that a controlled demolition had occurred. The photos of the massive steel backbone of WTC1 & 2 as they were being built should make even the most casual observer question how such a robust structure could possibly collapse, essentially into its own footprint without the help of controlled demolition. Count how many stars there are in the universe and that number may approach the odds of even one of the towers collapsing into its own footprint, let alone two or three. I knew WTC7 was a controlled demo the instant I saw it go down. It collapsed from the bottom up - the support for the lower floors had to be blown out of the way as the upper floors came down. When one stands back and looks at the larger picture, things become quite sinister. The high level of planning and secrecy required to pull off such an insane scheme as 9/11 is mind boggling. Apparently a CIA field office was located in WTC7...that's enough incriminating evidence for me...to...oh boy! Now we're beyond the engineering into the real scary stuff.

I believe the official story defies my experience. Based on my years of structural experience, and after my study of videos of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7, I believe the events of September 11, 2001 could not have occurred as stated. From videos of the collapse of building 7, the penthouse drops first prior to the collapse, and it can be noted that windows, in a vertical line, near the location of first interior column line are blown out , and reveal smoke from those explosions. This occurs in a vertical line in symmetrical fashion an equal distance in toward the center of the building from each end. When compared to controlled demolitions, one can see the similarities.

Owner, Silverstein acknowledges on tape, There was so much loss of life . . . We agreed to pull it. Evidence indicates foreknowledge by government officials given the BBC announced that Building 7 had collapsed while it was still standing. Government officials say they never conceived of an attack on high rises, but the DOD conducted a training exercise that replicated the exact 911 scenario and flight plan on 6/1 - 6/3/2010

While watching the towers come down on the news on 9-11-01 on the television news, I was surprised that they did not fall asymmetrically to one side because, in my experience, symmetry is rare. Then, as I saw the recap television footage replaying the jets crashing into the buildings over and over while explaining that the heat from the fires caused the buildings to fall apart, I wondered again how the buildings could crumble straight down since the jets hit them off-center and since the buildings appeared to be built in a nearly symmetrical section, and yet be so tall. It was not until a friend approached me over a year later with doubts about the official story that I thought anybody else had the same doubts concerning the physics of the building failures, and why there was not a very thorough and public ongoing investigation.

I must concur that all of the tenets of the AE911truth.org arguments for a controlled demolition of the WTC buildings 1, 2 and 7, if truthful, are all valid reasons for a more comprehensive investigation as to what actually caused the collapse of the WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 on September 11th, 2001. I would further state that simply one of these tenets would be enough for a reinvestigation of the destruction, and that, combined, they make an overwhelming case for a reinvestigation. The implications of these allegations are far reaching and disturbing. I feel it is our duty as public servants to seek truth and in this case to expose a conspiracy that threatens not only liberty and freedom but all of the lives of the inhabitants of this planet. I am a licensed construction supervisor and have studied much regarding building construction, deficiencies and failure (on a smaller scale of course) but the laws of physics are the same for everyone and everything, near free-fall speed of collapse with opposing vertical forces is almost impossible; unless you get everything out of the way first.

I knew after watching the live feeds on 9/11, that there was no way that the two W.T.C. buildings were brought down by those jets. That we now know them to be Phantom jets. Then came the ridiculous explanations such as because of the fighter jet maneuvers up and down the eastern coast, there was not one available to intercept the jets that supposedly crashed into the W.T.C. And there is so much more that the American public does not know
A well-planned placement of explosive charges well in advance. Timed in a way that they would explode in a synchronized fashion one floor at a time, from top to bottom. That is why many people in the building and outside said they heard the explosions on different floors as they were trying to escape. How about building #7 the same one that was not hit by any UFO's, but before the building came down some rescue workers with radio's heard what was described as a countdown. Exactly like one that comes before an explosion. There are many more incidents that were obvious, and so much more questions that need to be answered.

I am not a conspiracy theorist, far from it, however, it has to be said that if one element of the official findings have been either misrepresented, distorted or covered up in some way then it throws into question the integrity of the whole official findings. With this being an issue of such fundamental importance to the USA's whole structure of law, order and governance, and beyond that into the wider interconnecting world of strategic support from other nations, then the people of the USA and wider world are owed an explanation as to the true cause of the destruction wrought on 9/11, not least those who have lost their lives as a result of the foreign policy decisions made in the wake of the tragic events of that day. You will prevail as truth must always prevail. I witnessed via BBC the destruction of the twin towers while on assignment abroad with my NGO in an Arabic country. I clearly remember thinking, as the second tower went down, 'how (miraculously) convenient' that they both collapsed into their respective footprints. It wasn't until years later I learned of the very impressive work of A&E for 9/11 truth that my initial reactions weren't that far off. Incredibly, my Muslim co-workers were adamant from the start that other entities (which they named - but I won't include here) and not Muslims, were behind the attacks. I've since apologized to them for my initial anger at what the western media conveyed -and I believed at the time- namely, that Arabic Muslim terrorist did it. 3000 dead from the terrorist attacks and the thousands of dead people of the following wars are entitled to justice. The official theory of the 11th of September must become seriously questioned. The terrorist attacks were the biggest crime in the western world this century. This also has a long lasting affect on Europe. The organization AE911 has realistic chances to write the history anew. However, it lies in the society to demand this change. The collapse of the World Trade center only by airplanes seems very implausible, even from the perspective of a layman. After one looks in detail, one can only come to the result of significant consequences.

For anyone not suffering from cognitive dissonance the events of 9/11 are very obviously not what NIST & the government have proposed as fact. Building 7 particularly is a complete fiasco in regard to their summations. NIST itself has shown blatant criminality in not conducting even a mediocre investigation into what happened that day. Despite the fact that live broadcasts on the day show witnesses, police & firemen all talking about experiencing multiple explosions coming from the basements of the buildings. For NIST & its investigators/employees to declare that they didn't bother investigating for the presence of explosives, despite the numerous telecasts of so many professional witnesses AND despite this being Standard Operating Procedure for such an event, is at the least a case of criminal negligence on their part, or, as I believe, a deliberate lie & cover-up which then begs the question WHY ??? Unless the government had some kind of hand in the events of the day. There are too many coincidences, laughable & ridiculous proposals of coincidences, were it not for the tragedy of what occurred. The government & military advisers & officials were quite prepared to sacrifice US citizens lives to further their political agendas with Operation Northwoods, Pearl Harbor & Gulf of Tonkin and have continued to do so with Iraq, Libya, Syria and a multitude of other proxy wars . . . all of which take our sons, daughters and father's lives as well as a much higher toll on the lives of the people living in those nations.

I question how a passport stayed intact after going through a building and a fireball landing in the FBI's lap. I question how a pilot who couldn't handle a single engine Cessna handled a 747 the way he did to strike the exact area of the pentagon where DOD staffers were working on 2.3 trillion dollars that had been stated to have gone missing the day before. I question how the only time in history a skyscraper fell into its own footprint at free-fall from small office fires with no plane hitting it. I question why our government was having a hijacked aircraft simulation at the exact time 9/11 occurred. I question why the 9/11 commission was delayed, underfunded, set up to fail, a conflict of interest and a cover up from start to finish. I question why there are no Arab names on the flight manifest from the hijacked aircraft. I question why there were huge amounts of insider trading going on the day before 9/11. There are a lot more questions I have as well.

Although I am not a architect or engineer, after careful examination of the facts, I feel further investigation is required to ascertain the cause of the destruction of the twin towers, building 7 and the Pentagon. In my humble opinion, in light of my investigation, I can not believe the official story provided by the government/media that two airliners caused three buildings to collapse at or near free-fall speed. When this event first happened I said wow and went about living. It was not until 2006 that a friend handed me a DVD from A&E. The one thing I took away from it was that this was not a presentation of fly-by-night kooks. Again, I looked at these things in 2010 and became convinced the things being said are valid. But, it was not until the summer of 2015 that my conviction was that there is no doubt explosives were used. Being 100% non-biased, I wanted to look at what the other side said so finally in 2016, on 9/11, somebody made a post on Facebook that said 'never forget'. I did not even know it was 9/11. It was then I took five solid days and studied everything I possibly could about how these Towers collapsed. I have never been known to believe crazy 'conspiracy theories', and there was no way I was going to start proclaiming this unless I was 110% certain. Today I am beyond certain and have an absolute passion revealing this truth to others! I don't like the fact there are just over 21,000 signatures from the General Public. This needs to change!

The 9/11 event took the world by surprise. I was insulating my attic when my wife shouted to me that a plane hit the World Trade Center. To my shock I watched the second plane hit. How could these steel structured buildings so quickly disintegrate and fall so neatly into their own imprint at near free fall speed? It broke all the laws of nature and we are told to believe that Building 7, which was never hit by a plane, fell due to fire? We are told to believe this when all the evidence of the steel was so quickly taken away to China to be melted? Both the 9/11 victims and people of the world deserve a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives. There is sufficient doubt.

There isn't anything about this day that makes sense. The collapse of WTC 7 is one. The molten metal pouring out of Tower of WTC2 is another. And Lloyd England's near confession on tape seems like this warrants a peer reviewed investigation.

It is obvious to me that the WTC buildings were destroyed by means other than airplanes and fires. That this observation can be denied by so many people scares me much more than the trauma of 9/11 itself. What this proved was that the American public, dependent on a corporate controlled media, is susceptible to gas-lighting and propaganda. So ever since then we are continuing to be treated as though 'truth' is just another opinion and what those in power want, they will get, and what the American people want, hardly ever. Imagine anyone coming onto a television news show rationally asking for a serious investigation into the science of 9/11 and the crime of 9/11. They will be mocked as someone who has fallen for a conspiracy theory and not to be taken seriously.
