PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I recall thinking it odd as I watched the manner in which the Towers collapsed, particularly the manner in which the second Tower collapsed exactly as the first, but did not think much of this for many years as my thoughts were more preoccupied by the safety and security issues presented. Years later when viewing information on the collapse of the Towers, the free fall and symmetrical nature of the collapses clearly stood out in my mind and refreshed memories of watching this on TV the morning of 9/11, but now could view this event with a different perspective and with critical thinking. I may have seen a small blurb in NYC newspapers shortly after 9/11 about WTC7 but did not pay attention to this as coverage seemed minimal. Years later when I was asked about this event I became astounded at the information I was finding particularly WTC 7 and the free fall collapse. I began college at Virginia Tech in chemistry and engineering related coursework and while I transferred from Tech and did not graduate with a scientific degree, I have worked with many experts over the years and have a solid foundation in the basics of physics and related sciences. I became troubled upon viewing a piece of steel at the NYS Museum in Albany, NY at the Empire State Plaza years later and seeing this steel tagged as having been moved to the Fresh Kills Landfill within a day of 9/11 when I thought the WTC was still a Search and Rescue operation. I hope for a new and complete investigation of these events so the Truth may be determined, known and understood by all.

The most important issue confronting the United States citizen is the courage to demand the Truth, and not to be satisfied until an independent, objective, through and complete investigation is conducted into the collapse of the Twin Towers as well as Building#7, and also the attack on the Pentagon, and the overall events of the entire day on 9/11. The investigating committee must be well funded with subpoena powers. No one is above these subpoena powers, and Contempt charges must be lodged against anyone not obeying the subpoena. The hearings should be broadcast across the country, around the world every day until they are concluded. The findings will be made public and law enforcement will be expected to continue any further investigation if necessary and to indict anyone suspected of being involved in this national tragedy. The government explanation of the events that day are fantastic and unbelievable. The major media, free press has for the most part disgraced itself. Buildings don't collapse at free fall speeds unless the bottom structure is blown out. Nanothermite is not a natural ingredient found in Manhattan soil. Airplane fuel does not melt steel. Steel structured buildings do not fall from fires. Paper passports do not fair better than steel and concrete. Concrete does not become a powder from collapsing. Buildings do not collapse on their own.

I was a registered Architect in the State of California from 1970 until 1997 when I retired and moved to Maine. I had my own Architectural practice in San Diego for about 25 years, before which I was a head designer and Architect for SGPA Architects, and Mosher, Drew Architects in San Diego, California.
There is very little question in my mind that the collapse of all three WTC buildings was the result of planned controlled demolition based on the evidence that has been presented. Most importantly, all three buildings came down at nearly free-fall speed directly into their footprints, molten iron with traces of sulfur and magnesium were found underneath the rubble of all three buildings weeks after 9/11, and nano iron spheres and unexploded thermatic material has been found throughout the dust at numerous locations. This must be re-investigated based on all of the newly discovered, and the 911 commission report omitted evidence. Three thousand innocent people died that day, and to date, nearly that many have now died as a result of breathing the toxic dust produced by these murderous acts. Congress, we demand an new independent investigation with full subpoena power.

I have witnessed many controlled demolitions and when I watched the twin towers fall, I could not help to think of how similar what I was seeing on TV was to the buildings I saw being demolished in person. I was very surprised to receive the information in the main, I was not aware of this group and their efforts to have this matter investigated by people without any hidden agendas.

First of all, I feel a deep sadness for the families and the citizens of the world who lost their siblings, families and friends on 9/11. Regarding the official story, there is a high probability that it is not true. It's more like a well done movie script and scenario created by a politician with a big ego and a total disregard for other people.According to the Japanese architect who designed the twin towers, they were designed to withstand such a crisis or accident. Anyway, we can't understand how and why it happened without a new investigation. The picture will be blurred until that happens.

There are hundreds of additional facts that contradict the official story of 9/11. It is time for a truly independent investigation that addresses all the questions asked by the citizens. - - 9/11 was one of the most pivotal events in world history. Its impact will be felt for years to come. We owe it to ourselves to go beyond the sound bites and the simplified official story. This is an extremely complicated story with numerous players and motives. The 9/11 time line facts don't all make sense or fit neatly together. It's a story full of espionage, deceit, and lies. But if there are forces out there tricking us, they can only succeed if we, the general public, remain ignorant and passive.

There is some doubt that the Trade Center towers could have collapsed without demolition explosives being utilized. What caused the third tower to fall? It might be more reliable to have a non-governmental citizens' investigation convention comprised of experts and participants who are not under the influence of past or current administrations, congress, the pentagon or other agencies, or political lobbies. It might be possible for pro bono legal specialists to initiate and monitor a broader freedom of information act so that additional evidence and facts can be ascertained. Others, including volunteers or paid investigators, journalists, and the media (PBS, C-Span) can play a role. Americans deserve answers to their questions, from reliable sources best able to gather and present the findings.

I grew up in Flint, Michigan and moved to California in 1982 to take a landscape architecture job with Caltrans. My job consists of helping to control billboards along landscaped sections of California's freeways and being a liaison between HQ and district offices for planting, rest area, mitigation projects. I'm married and have two grown children, a graduate electrical engineer and a dental hygienist. And now I'm looking forward to retirement soon.
One day in 2005 I was just surfing the internet and came across the AE911truth web site. Then I went back to it the next day. And the day after. Then I discovered Steven Jones' paper, Why Indeed did the WTC Buildings Collapse. And it all became clear. I think of all the 9/11 questions, the explosive demolition of all three WTC buildings should be the easiest for anyone to understand.

There is an obvious doubt to the way in which (and the speed in which) the two towers collapsed. To a lay person it may be a second thought and an issue for an expert. Well, here are the experts, the professionals, who look at what happened and say, The official investigation just does not add up. If you have over 1,000 professionals, people deemed by their respective states to be competent enough to design structures - to be THE licensed authority on such matters, deem the official investigation to be incomplete or incorrect - shouldn't we listen?

I majored Fine Art at UC Santa Cruz before beginning my eight year long apprenticeship in 1977 at various Orange County architectural firms. I have designed many steel frame multi-story office buildings in southern California and many steel framed and concrete buildings of various types across the United States and in the Middle East. I have been a principal in a large AEC consortium as well as practice on my own as a planner, designer, illustrator and consultant.
I spent the first year following the disaster in the bubble, shocked I suppose. Shortly thereafter I began to dig and found alternative arguments on the web and came to believe that something other than the official story was more likely. Now the evidence is overwhelming and a new investigation must be undertaken as soon as possible. The questions surrounding the event are too important to sweep under the rug.

My studies as an undergraduate were highly geared towards a career in structural engineering. Eventually, chose to pursue a M.Architecture, but was fortunate enough to be able to take many graduate courses on structural design in the Columbia University School of Engineering, as the core requirements for the M.Arch I were covered.
It's a hard pill to swallow. Honest, truth seeking people cannot avoid thinking of the horrendous consequences that necessarily accompany facing the facts of a controlled demolition. For years, like many, I ignored the evidence, not because it wasn't obvious. It is obvious only once you focus on the facts. Likely even Israel. - - - - After listening to Mr. Gage's presentation and looking further into the evidence however I am convinced there is no way any of these buildings could have fallen short of a controlled demolition. The evidence is overwhelming. I no longer have any doubt. I am also proud to be part of an industry which has come out on the side of truth despite the consequences. Kudos to Richard Gage for being one of the best of us. - - - - I feel a detailed, public investigation with teeth needs to be made here and the perpetrators of crimes brought to justice.

Questions and concerns immediately following destruction of Twin Towers, particularly after hearing details and seeing images later that same evening. My education led me to believe that most and certainly these particular buildings would withstand airplane impacts and fires. WTC 7 collapse and my familiarity with Meridian Tower in Philadelphia and several witnessed controlled demolitions while in Philadelphia convince me of controlled demolitions of the three WTC buildings on September 11th. Implications of this are extremely disquieting for myself as a citizen of this country and of enormous concern for notion of integrity in process of building design, planning, construction as well as quasi public process of zoning, funding facilitation large scale urban and or public projects.

World Trade Center towers 1, 2, and 7 had extremely unusual characteristics attached to them if they truly fell due to a raging office fire; pulverized concrete, degradation of steel, high traces of thermite, collapse at nearly free fall speed.

As a construction document specialist, I have broad experience in almost all building types including high rise office buildings of both structural steel and reinforced concrete super structure.
Though I have seen several presentations on the internet about the 911 events, I do not consider myself sufficiently knowledgeable enough to render a professional opinion as to the sequence of events that may have caused the collapse of WTC 1, 2, & 7. However, the following events seem to raise significant enough question to merit a full re-investigation of the calamities of New York as well as the Pentagon: - - - - The flashing of light in the intermediate floors of WTC 1 & 2. - - The molten steel int the basements - - The absence of any steel framing of the upper floors. - - Several hour delay in the collapse of WTC 7 - - The similarity of the WTC 7 to a planned implosion - - In the Pentagon, the hole in the side of the building was of a size that could only mean the wings were severed off and no evidence of wings were ever found. - - - - These observations are based on internet pictures and stories I saw several months ago, and I am sure that If I were to review the pictures and written stories, I could find a lot more to comment on. There is no doubt in my mind that the collapses of all three buildings were caused by professionals using explosives. I remember my surprise at the time that the buildings collapsed after the plane impacts. I could not understand why they would do so Your demonstration of the creation of the myth was clear. The choice of words structural collapse by the man in the black t-shirt and baseball cap was clearly scripted.

The existing quantifiable evidence and obvious betrayal of high-school level physics notwithstanding; the mere fact that so many professionals in their respective fields are of the opinion that the three WTC towers could not possibly have collapsed in the fashion portrayed by NIST, should easily be motivation enough to prompt any government to demand a more thorough and satisfactory investigation from its own, trusted professionals. To think that the public at large and elected government can ignore the very people they trust with the construction of their homes, supermarkets, offices, schools, hospitals, bars, gymnasiums etc, and label them conspiracy theorist is nothing short of baffling and deeply disturbing.
