PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In my opinion, what happened at the WTC on 11 Sep 2001 cannot be the result of 2 planes slamming into the towers and 3 towers collapsing. If that version of the events, as described by the 9/11 Commission is true, then as engineers, we must immediately put an end to our activities, and proceed to bring down all the buildings in the world, as they are wholly unsafe. Furthermore, that is also an indictment on the education we received in applied physics.

Like any other American can do, I went to the internet to see how hot jet fuel can get & the temperature that it takes to melt ANSI steel. It's impossible. Plus both towers came down exactly like when the J.L. Hudson store in Detroit was imploded. The motive, I believe, is to get Americans to be so fearful that they give up their civil liberties. When I first saw the collapses I remarked that they looked like something one would see in a Hollywood film. It took me a few years to stumble over a video showing what looked like demolition squibs as the twin towers collapsed. Instantly I recognized the truth that was hidden in plain sight. A true eureka moment. I have too many questions to list them all but here's a taster: 1) What caused the molten steel under WTC 1,2 & 7? Why do NIST deny that there was molten steel under these buildings? 2) Why did WTC 1,2 & 7 collapses display all the characteristics of controlled demolitions if they were not? 3) Why was over 99% of the steel from the WTC buildings sent to Asia to be melted down before a thorough forensic investigation could take place? 4) Why did so many witnesses hear & see explosions if there were no explosives in the buildings? 5) How did NIST get away with such obvious pathological science in their report on the collapse of the twin Towers - i.e. ignoring thermal expansion when analysing a possible fire-induced failure? The list goes on and on and on...

The events on 9/11 seemed very suspicious at the time. On further review, Building 7 is the smoking gun of 9/11. The building was obviously brought down by explosives. It takes planning and skill to bring a building down. There is no way the explosives were planted the day of the collapse. The fact that Buildings 1 & 2 leases were sold to Larry Silverstein, a developer, by the NYC Port Authority months before is also suspect. There is widespread knowledge in the real estate community that the twin towers were white elephants and both buildings needed significant asbestos mediation to the tune of 200 million. Silverstein made a 4.5 billion dollars profit from insurance claims.

I have studied Dr. Steven Jones work and have come to the conclusion that the estimated Dr. Jones research is of such academic quality that it cannot be ignored, and that it therefore should be addressed in scientific terms. It has clearly NOT been addressed scientifically so far. Why did WTC Tower No. 7 come down is maybe the biggest of the (engineering related) mysteries of that dreadful September 11, 2001. This alone should make it obvious that this tragedy needs to be further investigated, and that the public be presented proper proof for the events, something which I believe is not the case so far.

I watched on TV live the TT falling and thought to myself during the collapse that - this building doesn't fall this way. I had enough experience even at that time with steel moment frames to realize that they don't pancake from the top down, especially if the assumed failure (the planes heat) point in a 1/3 of the way down. The only way for a building to fall like the TT is if it was a masonry type structure and the upper columns failed first from a heavy roof load. Well, it's not. - - In my opinion IF the heat was sufficient enough to melt the steel at the planes location, the frame would have buckled and the top part of the building would have toppled over. Of course causing damage to the lower part of the structure but not a pancake collapse. Plus - both towers collapsing in the exact same symmetrical pattern - no way.! Also, what about building #7 collapsing the same way when nothing touched it!. Or where is the plane debris a the Pentagon.? - - These building were brought down by design. - - In looking at the impact over time I think the intent was to implement the HomeLand Department, the patriot act and instill a new culture of fear and control.

Upon graduation, I immediately began working as a construction manager in NYC. Over the last 6 years, I have overseen the construction of multiple commercial and residential projects in both the NYC and Philadelphia metro areas. I do not accept the official theory that WTC 7 collapsed symmetrically into its own footprint at nearly free fall speed due to structural damage and fires alone. An object falling to earth at free fall speed, by definition, does not encounter resistance along the way. The rigid structure of interconnected columns, beams, and girders provide substantial resistance to physical forces. Indeed, that is their function. This is one of many reasons why I feel a new, independent investigation is necessary. The ramifications from the events of that day are enormous for the people of the world. It is our duty to strive for the truth.

I feel there is too much evidence (often suppressed) that suggest that the buildings were brought down through use of explosives. Having studied buildings in school, the 'official' explanation simply does not match up with how buildings are demolished or what happens when they are attacked.

The evidence produced as the official story related to the supposed collapse of three buildings at ground zero in New York City simply cannot be true. Much more comprehensive, scienfitic evidence has been independently produced. Mounds of evidence were rapidly removed from the site, and the presence of molten metals and dust particles containing evidence of thermate are too compelling to ignore. The official story, however, does just that. It is an insult to our professional intelligence to take the official story at face value. Too many questions remain as to exactly what happened on 9/11/01.

Saw the towers come down on CNN in luderitz, Namibia on 9 Sept 2001 - as far away from that world as you could get. Bought into the bush conspiracy immediately and thought nothing more about it until I was looking for some images of the world trade centers towers in July 2007 and came across the vast amount of info on the net about the incidents and the alternate theories (some very wacky and out there) to what happened. Then I saw both Richards slide show and Steve e Jones power point on the net and found the facts presented did not added up to what had been presented as the truth at the time. When you step back and have over view , what Richard is asking for makes complete sense. The research presented by Richard is sound. Buildings do not collapse the way these three did by themselves.

Having watched several documentaries on the destruction of the towers, I have come to the conclusion that the latest information I saw in PBS supports my belief that the destruction of the towers was NOT a normal collapse for bldgs of their type. My experiences with explosives and cutting steel using military demolitions supports the evidence I saw on this informational documentary. I DID believe the initial graphic documentaries describing structural failure of the steel pins attaching the exterior shell to the center core. However, the evidence of explosions, and the chemical traces that have were shown in 911truth documentary are correct in my opinion and support a further investigation as well as prosecution of the parties involved in ordering the destruction of the towers. Lastly, the suggestion that the purpose of the war in Afghanistan is to seek out the cause/director of the plane bombs leaves me with great disappointment and a failing faith in the leadership of this country.

I applied for citizenship upon turning eighteen in 1982. I attended Texas Tech for 3 years, interned at Morris Architects for two summers but returned to Houston, unable to afford the next semester. I managed to find employment in '86 worked as a surveyor, married and worked in interior architecture firm for high-rise corporate and law firms until returning to complete my B.Arch at University of Houston from 89-92, where I finished 2nd in my class. Immediately employed with a residential firm and then on High rise multifamily projects at Jackson and Ryan. In 2002 founded my own firm now consulting on multifamily and medical high rise projects.
It was my gut response on that morning that there was no way the towers could ever collapse, but they did. I was personally embarrassed but feel vindicated on seeing video for the first time some years ago and then again today. The chemical makeup of the dust, the horizontal explosions, explosive projectiles and pulverized bone fragments are all clear evidence of explosive charges. I hope the full story will be uncovered once and for all.

I studied at the College of Environmental Design for a Bachelor of Arts degree, but added classes in the Structural Engineering Department for an Independent degree entitled Architecture and Structures. - - - - I worked in the field, including many years for Jacobson Silverstein Winslow in Berkeley before starting my own practice Erickson Zebroski Design Group, Inc in San Francisco in 1994. Our work focuses primarily on Residential design.
I had gotten up early on Sept 11 2001 to catch up on some Architectural work, while my 18 month old son slept in the other room. As I watched the towers collapse on TV, my first thought was that the buildings fell too neatly. My second thought was that my life and the life of my son would change dramatically from that moment forward. - - - - Reading through the information that later came out about the collapses, I've never had a doubt that it was a planned demo and attack. The evidence is just too strong and compelling.

It appears at very least, despite some very strong evidence that supports conspiracy theories, there has been some serious negligence in the investigation of what happened. I watch September 11th unfold from my window... That day felt odd from the time I woke up at 8am. 9 years later that feeling is still there when you watch the footage. Something is off about the official story.

As a small child I witnessed the collapse of a non-combustible manufacturing building after the steel structure was subjected to extreme heat from a raging fire for hours. The pile of rubble left by the twisted, melted structure was more than half as tall as when the structure stood when in tact. - - - - I have also witnessed the planned implosion of four or more high-rise buildings. - - - - I believe it is very possible that there was much more to the demise of Towers 1 and 2 than just the impact of jets and the power of the fuel they contained. Reasons for the collapse of Tower 7 has remained to me unsatisfactorily explained in the media coverage for the events of 9-11-01. - - - - I am deeply concerned that scientific calculations, debris material sampling and analysis have not been given a fair platform in which the causes of the three Trade Center building collapses on 9-11-01 would be clarified and given fair media and grounds for understanding and justice.

Since I first saw footage (in 2001) of the building 7 collapse I have believed it to be a controlled demolition. I have personally witness a building demolition and believed what I saw was the same thing. It is hard to fathom a conspiracy of this magnitude but as hard as that is, we must not turn a blind eye to the evidence presented on that day and on this website that suggest further investigation is necessary to get to the truth. I do not enter lightly into placing my professional credentials along side those others listed here demanding full access and disclosure from our government and any other governments or agencies, associations or enterprises outside of government associated with the most horrific event in the history of our country. We owe the truth to all those who have suffered loss and to all future generations.

I just found it really messed up how the second building that got hit was the first one to come down. I mean i can understand if the building tipped over or it broke down in several large segments but that kind of destruction down to fine pieces was hard to imagine once i took my classes about the strength of steel and its properties, its just not natural.

I have had intense structural and civil engineering experience while also working for governmental agencies on numerous CIP projects as well as schools, parks and recreation centers, libraries, fire stations, coastal projects, senior centers, tenant improvements, single and multi-family dwellings, mixed use, the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, various retail and, plans for a hotel. My relationship the clients, engineers, contractors, subs, governmental agencies, and their trust have led them to praise me and say 'they only wish they had met me sooner.' Being highly visual, nothing slips by me ... nothing.
From the moment you witnessed it, you knew that that is not the way a building falls from that type of damage and instead has all the markings of a planned, controlled demolition project.

The controlled demolition collapse of WTC #7 calls into question the official story by NIST and a subsequent cover-up of the facts relating to explosions witnessed by first responders and witnesses (and documented evidence of incendiary devices and molten steel on site after the collapse). These facts require a non-political independent investigation by qualified individuals (with subpoena power) to substantiate the true cause of the free-fall collapse of WTC #7 and by whom.

Studied the collapses by reviewing 100's of online articles, Richard Gage's documentary. I have looked into this for well over the past 5 years. I have concluded the airliners were not the the cause WTC1, WTC2 or WTC7 to collapse. Interior demolition explosives had to be planted in the buildings prior and the primary cause of the collapses. My concern is to open the investigation based on the facts, then find out who did it, why and prevent it from happening again. This kind of crime, gone unchecked, will undoubtably happen again in worse fashion in the form of a mushroom cloud. I think it is time for the American People to take the blinders off.

I received my B Arch degree from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture (IVSAA) in Karachi, Pakistan in 2001. I worked for about a year at a reputable firm before establishing my own practice by the name of 'Apostrophe' in Karachi. I have watched the videos of the collapse of the WTC towers several times and they were quite obviously controlled demolitions. Even if some argument (such as jet fuel) is offered for the collapse of the twin towers, no such argument can be entertained for Building 7, which was never hit.

I apprenticed in several Portland architecture offices, including a branch office of Jones and Jones, designing zoo exhibits for the Oregon Zoo (at that time the Washington Park Zoo). In the early 1990's I became a self-employed residential remodel designer. I now live in Newport, on the Oregon coast.
I have never believed the official story and am especially skeptical about Building #7. Until and unless the facts are allowed to surface about what happened on that day, hope is the greatest casualty of those events.

On the morning of 9/11/01 when the TV showed the twin towers being hit by airplanes and then later pancaking straight down to the ground it was so implausible I thought it was a movie. I didn't expect any structural failure but not even the upper floors toppled to the side. It was obviously a controlled demolition! No doubt that building 7 was brought down by explosives not fire. Yet high rises are continue to be built with little discussion of changes to the building codes.

The way the building collapsed ( WTC ) looks very very suspicious. A tower that high could not have collapsed that neatly, debris crushing down like that, and had hardly affected the surrounding in terms of damages from the expected towers' side way topple. Could that amount of fuel melted the steel core in such a short time span ? People were still speaking on mobile phones from inside the tower, minutes before the collapse though choking in smoke. The supposed heat that melted the steel could have incinerated the people before they could continue speaking for so long up and until before the collapse.
