To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The buildings did not come down due to fires ignited by jet fuel burning. Steel melting, as witnessed in foundries, was seen and takes place at much higher sustained temperatures. What is declared by NIST as reasons for the building collapse does not make engineering sense, does not follow laws of mettalurgy, nor follows laws of physics for free fall. There is absolute truth that has been kept hidden from public knowledge by vested interests and this needs a thorough, full, objective and scientific investigation.

Even though it may not be easy to see at first glance, it becomes quite obvious that the official story we have been told by the mainstream media about the nature of the collapses is a lie, once you look behind the curtain of mainstream media reports. ae911truth comprehensibly summarizes pretty much all scientific aspects of the truth, so I just want to focus on a few specific features of the collapses. There are major indications why all 3 buildings - the 2 trade centers and building 7 - could not have collapsed the way we were told by the official sources: - Unresisted, near free fall speed of all three buildings - Symmetric nature of all collapses - Pulverization of almost the entire building with a complete disintegration of the inner steel core structure Many trustworthy sources indicate that it is highly questionable if the fires had the capacity at all to weaken the central steel structure in the affected sections of the buildings. Let us still assume that the claim of the fires to have weakened the steel structure around the fires, which initiated the collapse, is correct and that a pancaking of the floors occurred as a result. For the following reasons this theory cannot explain the above mentioned characteristics: - The lower structures of the building, with the strong steel core in the middle, were entirely intact and should have generated SOME KIND of resistance for the falling upper sections. This would have resulted in a significant and measurable delay during the collapse. Yet, free fall speed is only possible if the entire supporting structure is simultaneously destructed. - The structure of the WTCs was such that the different floors were mounted between the outer wall mesh and the steel core. A pancaking of floors would not only have been much slower than free fall speed, but would have resulted in a partially remaining steel core structure, which very likely would have leaned to one side eventually and tilt, rather than simply disint

I'm a veteran traveler- I criss-crossed the country for the better part of 10 years, culminating in my decision to make New York City, my home away from home. I spent much of the weeks and months after 911 in Manhattan, wondering if things would ever return to normal. Today, I'm a Commercial Roofing Estimator, I work indirectly with structural engineers and architects and have a great deal of respect for both professions.
Cui Bono? (from 911 and the destruction of WTC buildings 1, 2 & 7). This was our generation's new 'Pearl Harbor' and the Neo-cons comprising PNAC had summerized the need for just such a catalyzing event. How prescient they seemed, in retrospect. 911 led directly to the Patriot Act and our own government spying upon its citizens. Not to mention a new war in the Middle East and then off to Afghanistan to protect the poppies. Hey, there's no money in peace, at least not for the Military-Industrial complex... It's also insane how Lucky Larry reaped billions in 2 separate acts of terrorism from an insurance policy that the ink was hardly dried. They had to bundle several underwriters together to give him the amount of coverage he wanted. How much of his own money did he put up to buy the asbestos riddled complex, anyways? I think it was $6 or 7 million, much of which the Port Authority refunded after the attack. You just can't make this stuff up. Finally, how does his declaration of the need to 'pull-it' in the PBS interview (referring to the 'Pre-wired' for explosives, building 7) not get investigated? Weren't the Enron and other important court case documents stored in this building, as well? Let's pursue the truth and in the process expose the real perpetrators, whomever they are. My guess is that it's highly unlikely that a few, Cessna-trained, Arabic airline pilots, had the skills set defined by the official narrative, to pull off the deception of the (New) APAC century. Nothing adds up. There were witnesses who heard and saw explosions before the planes hit. Buildings were destroyed that weren't even hit by anything. As per evidence, we are dealing with Operation Gladio 2.0. Remote controlled and hardened planes were crashed into the twin towers. During this time, firefighters pointed out explosions from the basement. Given the heat signatures and USGS dust samples, nuclear weapons were almost certainly used in the basements of the towers. Jet fuel can't burn without oxygen. This is obviously all in addition to the 'nano thermite' that caused the near free fall collapse and disintegration.

My career consisted of the restoration and conservation of objects and structures including relatively small pieces to multiple story buildings. I was primarily employed by Museums but performed a considerable amount of work in the private sector as well.
When watching the incident unfold on September 1, 2001 I was never comfortable with the uniform pattern of failure of both towers and the absence of any vertical deviation. I also felt that the complete distraction of the core structure was not possible without outside influence. I n the case of building 7, it was clearly a controlled demolition.
