To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I really have no structural experience other than taking structural engineering at NMSU. My experience has been with highways and municipal design.
The official story is that the buildings, weakened by fire, and falling under their own wight, pancaked down. The collapse happened in less than 10 seconds, which is about the time for a free falling object from that height to hit the ground. Resistance of building joints at each floor would have slowed the fall and possibly caused a much less even descent, perhaps even toppling. Pancaking would have left much more evidence. Explosives would have removed all evidence leaving only dust.

Even as a lay person, there were parts of the official explanation that did not make full sense to me. Over time, my attention was brought to the various documentaries such as In Plane Sight and Loose Change. I have never been satisfied with the conclusions around JFK's assassination either. Both situations tear me apart because I don't want to be any kind of zealot or conspiracy theorist and I deplore thinking domestic entities regard us as expendable, yet there is evidence and/or the lack thereof which I cannot sanely ignore.

If the towers had fallen due to anything but a controlled demolition, they would have taken out several city blocks and most adjacent buildings would have also been taken down by the towers. That morning I woke up to a shifting dusk morning air, as the birds chirped seemingly louder than usual next to my open bedroom window. That hot Colorado summer was quickly giving way to the coming fall season, and the new school year was setting its pace, as I began 6th grade just after a months long family visit in Europe with my grandparents. When I went downstairs for our routine morning cereal and homework check, a look of horror on my mother's face that I hope to never witness on anyone ever again, engulfed the living room as she gleamed in disbelief at the news reports on the television. Living smack dab in between Ft Carson and Peterson Air Force base, in my home town of Widefield Colorado, the city of Colorado Springs that morning was clenched in the security of the armed forces, on standby, ready to deploy by the command of NORAD, which was just 10 miles west of our home. I would never forget the military response to the attacks on our nation. Tanks, armored vehicles, and fully suited soldiers lined the streets. At that young age, the sight of responding heroes and patriots inspired me, and I was awestruck at what seemed at the time, the most honorable and brave men and women I'd ever seen, as my mother slowly drove my little sister and I to a terrified and frozen school district, which in the hours following would soon dismiss all classes until further notice. Things would never be the same again. Still impacted and full of revenge, 7 years later, at the age of 18 I joined the United States Army airborne infantry. It seems I was plagued with a thirst to do my part in fighting back those who brought so much pain and change to my nation. During my service I started hearing claims of an inside job. After years of rebuke, and denial, I wasn't hearing these claim any more, but began LISTENING to them. Unfathomable accounts. Unbelievable statements. Eventually I began to do my own research. In saddened disbelief, sitting in the middle of a war torn Middle Eastern village, I stared at videos, and reports on my lap top. It was an unquestionable conclusion. My own government, the leaders of this nation and others who I am sworn to and vowed to protect, played its own hand in the very attack I now deplore and fight to avenge. I felt furious. I felt betrayed beyond words. I wanted out of the military right then and there. The things we've done, the waste of life, the blood shed, all in the name of self inflicted victimization. Today I stand proud as a combat veteran, who now realizes who we were truly fighting for. It wasn't for those empty suits in smoke filled rooms. We were fighting for you. The citizens of this nation. The people. Those who knew the whole time what our government was doing to itself. We were fighting for the victims of that day and the citizens who on the days before and after 9/11, couldn't fight for themselves. Our government, a corrupt bureaucracy, who evidently is willing to kill its own people for power and control, will go beyond its means to silence those who speak against it. But I stand before you today, 20 years later, to say thank you to all the experts, the survivors and victims of that attack. Thank You for speaking out and fighting for truth. Today I am currently enrolled in college, studying to become an electrical engineer. I hope to one day utilize my education to back up what we know and continue this fight for truth with expertise and wisdom. My sincere condolences go out to the families, and my deepest respect go to the TRUE experts who have worked endlessly to expose the truth. You have inspired me to join this fight. It is still hard to believe that the twin trade towers along with building 9 fell straight down into its own footprint like many of the old casinos in Las Vegas did when they demoed them in order to build a newer fancy casino.What's even harder to believe are the events as they played out beginning with the rapid removal of debris from the site before an investigation could accurately be conducted. There are too many details that do not make any sense when compared to the official story. I've been to the site on two different occasions over the last five years, and I still have many more unanswered questions than I do answers that make sense. I hope to learn the truth of what really happened before I die of old age. Thank you for your efforts and devotion to seeking the truth.

I learned machining skills at a young age from a master craftsman, naval mechanic and electrician. By age 16 I received my first business license and was self-employed in the building trades while attending university. At age 27 I became a licensed California building contractor and for many years worked closely with architects and engineers specializing in construction and remodeling projects in high-rise condominium buildings in San Francisco, CA.
Steel frame structures with massive vertical steel columns such as these do not simply powderize during a collapse, as had been shown repeatedly in mainstream media broadcasts. Nor would they simply fall straight down within their own footprint, if one or or more floors fail due to fire. The fact that WTC Building 7 collapsed in the manner of a professionally conducted demolition, and without being struck by a plane, leads any reasonable observer to conclude the Twin Towers were also wired with explosives.

I immediately discerned by virtue of pure logic that, as the group of engineers expounded, the WTC Twin Towers did not fall and explode due to the two planes crashing into the upper part of both buildings, inclusive of fuel expulsion and fires. I believed that there had to be foundation detonation for the buildings to completely implode to dust. The government of the United States is guilt ridden, and we as American born citizens deserve to know all the facts. I believe in the truth at all times, because lies and evasiveness is all too prevalent in modern years. Truth is truth, lies are lies and anything in the middle is sabotage!

Going all the way back to the fraudulent 2000 election and to all of the war crimes committed by the the Bush/Cheney administration, it is way beyond past due that not only the victims of 9/11 and their families but also the millions of Afghans and Iraqis along with the thousands of U.S. soldiers that lost their lives in the ''war on terror '' get much deserved justice for what really happened! I remember being in my early to mid 20's when 9/11 happened and trying to explain to people that were so gassed on blind patriotism and nationalism to look past the political BS and to even consider the possibility that there was way more going on than what they were being spoon fed by the partisan media and government puppets. It left me feeling so angry and disillusioned about real justice even being possible. Analysis of the collapse must include all building contents, especially impacting aircraft tons of fuel, plastics, and aluminum. High rise structures should have water based foam (UFFI) fire suppression as water sprinklers are just not as effective. I seem to recall seeing a BBC television reporter announcing that building number 7 'had just collapsed' whule it was still visible, over her shoulder, through the window behind her. Seconds later, it DID collapse.Someone (?) must have told her to 'report' this event, before it happened.- so somebody knew it was going to happen.
