PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

At the time of the attack, I was in my Tehran, Iran office which our time zone was between 10-11pm working on my soon to be due submission for a Church design for the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church here in Irvine, CA. My UAE partner, Dr. Paxima, was visiting me pertaining his theme vacation destination, including Las Vegas style private resorts, for the first time ever in any Arab nation, specifically for Hollywood actors and actresses. My firm was hired by him to design and develop it. All of a suddenly I received a txt message from another partner of mine saying that if we had access to a high speed Internet, after saying yes, then he told us to go to cnn.com and check out what's being reported. Once at cnn.com, we were watching the first tower smoke raising from it, and we're in shock, however at first I thought it was a preview for an upcoming Hollywood movie premier, until the second airplane ran into the second tower. Now I have been traveling in and out of USA twice a year at least and almost every time coming in, I would stay with our family member, who is a Jewish Navy Lawyer living in the Flat Iron bldg, whose mother in law was visiting them, when the first explosion happened in the basement of one of the towers. I couldn't believe what I was seeing was true, so tragic. I was even very naively telling myself that how much more dumb was the second pilot who could not see such humongous bldgs in the world and followed the first pilot unintentionally!!! Then I remembered my cousin so I called him to see if they were okay and that if they also knew about what was really going on as to whether the whole thing was for real or a sick joke hoax. After many tries of calling with my international calling card, they would not respond so I decided to email them, which in my utmost unbelief, he acknowledged that the news was unfortunately 100% tragically absolutely true and not fake. And that's when it really hit all of us in Iran.

There is much to discuss about the events of 9/11, beginning with why it happened and who might be behind it. It was a major distraction from some events and announcements that were to take place that day; they would have revealed some truths about our world and some of the lies we have been told, among other things. We could also discuss building designs and how to withstand emergencies, evacuations, etc. The events shaped mainstream people's beliefs and prejudices; they induced tremendous fear in people and divisions between them.

It is still hard to believe that the twin trade towers along with building 9 fell straight down into its own footprint like many of the old casinos in Las Vegas did when they demoed them in order to build a newer fancy casino.What's even harder to believe are the events as they played out beginning with the rapid removal of debris from the site before an investigation could accurately be conducted. There are too many details that do not make any sense when compared to the official story. I've been to the site on two different occasions over the last five years, and I still have many more unanswered questions than I do answers that make sense. I hope to learn the truth of what really happened before I die of old age. Thank you for your efforts and devotion to seeking the truth.

I learned machining skills at a young age from a master craftsman, naval mechanic and electrician. By age 16 I received my first business license and was self-employed in the building trades while attending university. At age 27 I became a licensed California building contractor and for many years worked closely with architects and engineers specializing in construction and remodeling projects in high-rise condominium buildings in San Francisco, CA.
Steel frame structures with massive vertical steel columns such as these do not simply powderize during a collapse, as had been shown repeatedly in mainstream media broadcasts. Nor would they simply fall straight down within their own footprint, if one or or more floors fail due to fire. The fact that WTC Building 7 collapsed in the manner of a professionally conducted demolition, and without being struck by a plane, leads any reasonable observer to conclude the Twin Towers were also wired with explosives.

The government of the United States is guilt ridden, and we as American born citizens deserve to know all the facts. Analysis of the collapse must include all building contents, especially impacting aircraft tons of fuel, plastics, and aluminum. High rise structures should have water based foam (UFFI) fire suppression as water sprinklers are just not as effective. Investigation needs to include $8+ Trillion dollar debt of the most senior Govt officials and Middle East Oil Industry Elites. The Sept 11th Investigation must include Gold reserves moving down the Hudson just before this disaster. Investigation must include ownership change and new insurance coverage against any loss. I seem to recall seeing a BBC television reporter announcing that building number 7 'had just collapsed' whule it was still visible, over her shoulder, through the window behind her. Seconds later, it DID collapse.Someone (?) must have told her to 'report' this event, before it happened.- so somebody knew it was going to happen.
