PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was originally an architecture student before changing majors to electrical/systems engineering. I have interfaced with numerous military personnel, from the lowest rank to the highest, including many pilots of various aircraft that we build and service at military bases around this nation. I have also researched countless hrs of video and seen eyewitness testimony of firemen and emergency personnel who responded to this attack that clearly stated that there were bombs in both towers. - - At LMC, we build remote control navigation pods and manless AUV's, the kind used in the Middle East. The planes that hit the two towers seemed to have similar remote control navigation pods installed on their undersides, and therefore were likely remotely flown into the towers. There may not have been any passengers or terrorists aboard these planes. The video evidence and flight speeds also convey that they were also not commercial aircraft, but painted as such with no passenger windows. - - There were definitely bombs placed inside the twin towers and building 7 to orchestrate a controlled demolition of all three buildings. The owner of these towers was asked what happened to building 7, because it was never hit by any plane and there was only a small fire inside. The owner said, 'we had to take it down.' This in itself admits a controlled demolition took place on Sep 11, 2001 on building 7, and building 7 fell in classic style of a controlled demolition just as both towers did. It takes many months of structural design and planning to map out and install explosives sufficient to bring these massive buildings down in a vertical manner to preserve adjacent buildings. Explosives were needed because jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt the massive steel beams that all three buildings were constructed from. Thermite may have been added to the paint or other medium during upgrades that were performed prior to this event. I have had military personnel tell me point blank, that anybody that is anybody in the military knows that there was more to this attack. - -

After I saw the second building fall, I instinctively wanted to know where George W. Bush was and I wanted to see his face. I didn't buy the Oklahoma bombing under Clinton or the first World Trade Center bombings, and I wasn't buying this either. I felt that Bush's face and his reaction would be very telling; I was right! He was overly nonchalant, after being told, and went on to say that he saw the first plane hit while he was waiting in his limo; that footage hadn't even aired yet, to the public. And when i saw that he was told at an elementary school setting, about the plane hitting the World Trade Center, it made me suspicious. It felt like an overly innocent setting. It wouldn't be until I found out that George W. Bush, Laura Bush and General Tommy Franks went to elementary school together; that the elementary school setting felt like a creepy homage. And when I saw a video-tape of a former CIA agent, turned whistleblower, that spoke at Portland State University 1-1/2 months after 9-11, there was no turning back, in my mind, that it was an inside job. He started out by saying that while the planes may have been remotely controlled, he wasn't going to talk about that. He was going to stick to what he could prove as fact; his presentation was convincing, even without demonstrating that the planes were remotely controlled. I got cable earlier this year, and started seeing exceptional documentaries, which showed 9-11 for what it was. Now, I don't doubt that those planes were remotely controlled. Especially after hearing from those like William Rodriguez, who heard explosions in the basement floors 7 seconds before the first plane hit. 7 seconds! That's exceptional timing. And to know that citizens who saw the planes before they hit, say that they didn't recognize the planes as passenger planes, but rather, as windowless commercial-type planes. I'm so happy that architects and engineers are finally speaking out!

I've been suspicious about the WTC destruction since day one, when it was obvious that the buildings collapsed within the free fall time span. I did a few calculations to prove to my own satisfaction that the building collapse could not have been caused by the airplane impact and the burning fuel. As I read AE911 Truth and other websites, as well as books such as those by David Ray Griffin, by 2005 or so I was absolutely convinced that the WTC buildings had been destroyed by controlled demolition methods.

I have been a practicing architect/urban designer and management consultant with over 40 years experience and the founder and president of Barasch Architects & Associates, Inc., a multidisciplined architecture/engineering corporation. After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

I don't believe that the fact that the airplanes that struck the North and South Towers by themselves made the Twin Towers fall. I do not doubt that the possibility of a controlled demolition was used to purposely bring the buildings down. Somewhere in a remote desert, maybe in Arizona, a scaled down version of the World Trade Center - ALL 7 buildings as they once stood, should be built and then have similarly scaled down - remote controlled U.A.V.'s flown into them with a fuel similar to what the planes were carrying and let it burn for the exact amount of time before the collapse, to see if the reenacted fires would by themselves result in a collapse of the towers. This would be a test similar to the tests that are conducted inside wind tunnels for the design of aircraft.

It's far past time for there to be an honest and open investigation into what really happened that fateful day- because there's no way those planes actually brought down the world trade center buildings on their own. It was such an obvious controlled demolition, on anyone who looks at the actual evidence can see that- and it needs to be taken seriously. It needs to stop being swept under the rug. I believe that the truth behind what really happened during the 9/11 attacks has been hidden for far too long. It is extremely clear that all 3 towers were brought down by an organized demolition, with the planes being used as a distraction. I believe that the American people have a right to have a proper, thorough investigation into this horrific tragedy. The morning I watched it happen, I knew there was a problem due to my background in physics. The lower, undamaged portion of the building had the strength to support the upper section of the building. This is made evident by the fact that the lower section of the building did support that weight for several decades ... without collapsing. Whatever damage was done to the top of the building might cause a partial collapse at the top or maybe even the top of the building to tilt or roll off the structure, but there is no amount of damage that can be done to the top of the building that will cause the undamaged bottom of the building to no longer be able to support the top's weight.

After my studies as industrial engineer construction my career switched to Safety and Health at work. I've been reading different articles, books and YT-videos about 9/11 for only about 4 years now.
The mere considering of the way the three towers came down and applying the most fundamental laws of physics to the masses, brought me to the point of no return. Ref. Presentations of David Chandler. Then I had only one basic fact to WHAT happened and could really hold on to that. Actually I suppose you don't need the rest of evidences. Then there's logic on the way. The deeper technical evidences will/can bring the answer to HOW the buildings were destroyed and further on to put ALL the events from this magical 9/11-show into question.

I would hope a truthful re-evaluation of the three WTC building collapses, by independent engineers and architects, will finally be made available to the public. I remember exactly what I was doing that fateful day, and it pains me to suspect so many families suffered (and our military troops continue to suffer abroad) due to a potential false flag event, for reasons yet to be explained, much less admitted by any elected officials. It appears nearly impossible for buildings of that size to collapse due to fires on upper floors, free falling directly onto their own footprints.

Received simultaneous Bachelors degrees in 1982 from Eastern Ill University. Since then I have been engaged in primarily residential construction both as a construction manager and as the owner operator of my own building company.
The most obvious argument suggesting the use of explosives is building 7. Although practically no news coverage was given to that building, it happened to collapse on the same day as the twin towers even though nothing hit it. We are supposed to believe that a couple of small fires brought down this steel structure when nothing of the kind has happened either before or since.
