PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The day the Twin Towers collapsed, I wondered why New York City Port Authority decided to demolish the World Trade Center just after selling it too Larry Silverstein. I e-mailed that question around to many on-line contacts and was alarmed to learn it was due to a terrorist attack. The reason I didn't know about the attack the hour it happened was due to a hard disk failure. When I had the spare hard disk changed out, I was amazed to see the smoking ruins falling in free fall. I had studied these buildings from their first construction days and full well knew they were built up on a central core. From that core, the floors depended. It was impossible for me to believe jet fuel, which burns at 1200F could have caused the floors to pancake down. From my study of buildings in general over the years of my plant engineering career, I knew if the pancake theory held any validity, the core should have still stood and due to the absorption of kinetic gravity, the collapse would have stopped at some point in the collapse. I speculated from very crude calculations that the fall point should have run out of energy at the 55 floor. But even that was a fantastic leap to fantasy and I well knew it. From that first day to the present, I am convinced the Twin Tower World Trade Center was imploded with well placed charges as in controlled demolition.

I am a graduate civil engineer and a project management specialist with over 25 years of professional experience in construction and M&E of infrastructure, buildings, airfields, roads and highways, tunneling, and small hydel power stations. I have a military background and am an experienced controlled blasting expert, having worked on the tunnel in Azad Jammu Kashmir for a mega hydel power project.
Beyond a doubt, the WTC buildings were a highly professional controlled demolition job. It must have taken about 6-8 weeks of preparation. The evidence collected and the design simulation calculations show that US government and NIST offered explanations that do not hold water. What is astonishing and totally humiliating is the fact that the government thought the world was full of morons, and that they could pull this off by saying utter nonsense like jet fuel caused the collapses.

It seems clear from the evidence that the 'official' version contains significantly erroneous information. The fuel load from the jets plus the fuel load from the building interiors was insufficient to result in melting of high strength structural steel. The building we impacted and damaged asymmetrically. The symmetrical collapse of both towers is improbable at the very least. Likewise, there is also no probable scenario for Building 7, given all evidence. The presence of chemical compounds indicating the presence of explosive materials used in demolition remains an unexplainable fact.

I received a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming in '98 and worked as a Consulting Mechanical Engineer for 5 years after.
After reviewing the data, photos, video accounts, statements from first responders, explanation for the collapse, etc. I believe that the FEMA explanation is inaccurate and requires further investigation. The upper floors affected by the impact could have caused structural failure, but this does not explain the complete and total failure of the supporting structure of the floors below. The explanation of the fire from the impact and jet fuel causing the total and complete failure of the supporting structures is false due to the relatively low temperatures of the fires and the massive amounts of structural steel at the core of the building. The pancake theory of collapse would support the evidence of several of the lower floors at ground zero. There was no evidence of anything that resembled a floor structure, nor any concrete pieces that were bigger than the size of a fist. This is evidence that would support the use of explosives instead of a natural building collapse due to upper level failure and subsequent gravitational impact.

If I cannot believe my own eyes, why should I believe a written report that says something else? My personal observation of the rapid descent of massive steel framed buildings in under 10 seconds on 9/11, followed by analytical observation of what I was being told by the news media as opposed to what my eyes and ears told me, resulted in my developing serious doubts about what has come to be called the official story of 9/11. I want to know why Larry Silverstein is on VIDEO RECORD stating that the WTC 7 was going to be pulled in advance of the collapse of that building. I want to know why the THREE WTC buildings collapsed symmetrically, in virtual free fall, when the official explanation given to the United States citizens and the world said that the heat of the fires resulting from jet fuel contained by the airplanes causing the building to collapse, when never in history has a steel-frame building collapsed due to jet fuel or even from a plane colliding with such a building. I want to know what was going on with the pool of molten whatever that continued to burn for MONTHS after the buildings came down and the WTC site was cleared. And I want to know why the EVIDENCE of the largest CRIME SCENE in United States history was cleared away in record time, the damaged and twisted steel shipped off to China, and why NO FORENSIC research or examination was ever done. I could continue ad infinitude. These are questions THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO DIED in the World Trade Centers on 9/11 would like answered. I believe it is REASONABLE to INVESTIGATE the cause of these anomalies. We are talking scientifically provable events, which differ greatly from the details of official story. In particular, I'd like to know why the NIST report is at such variance with observable fact and the laws of physics that a college freshman can recite. I believe the thousands of human beings who died on 9/11, ESPECIALLY the first responders, deserve an answer. I AM CALLING FOR AN INVESTIGATION. A real investigation. To finally tell us what HAPPENED to the THREE World Trade Centers. So we as a country of law abiding, Constitutionally guided citizens, can decide what the right course of action might be. I will not stop asking questions and demanding an investigation until the FACTS correspond with the REPORT. Then became manager of the computer data network for Share Health Plan, which was merged in Charter Medical and became United HealthCare, Inc. In 1990 I left there to work overseas in Romania (with a second period, 2010 - 2014). In 1997 I returned to Michigan and in 2000 I started my own business repairing and selling clocks and watches, which I continue to this day.
I have watched many documentaries about 9/11 as well as listened to many interviews, etc. The logical conclusion that any educated person must come to is that WTC Building 7 was demolished. The published accounts of that day are not believed by the majority of people that I talk to, both in the USA and overseas. This must be disclosed to the American people if there is ever to be trust in what the Government publishes in the future. That trust has been broken. It must be regained by transparency and truth.
