To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In my view, the vertical collapse of the Twin Towers core structures could only take place because the structures' pillars and the corner pillars in one or more of the lower floors all at once were cut by explosive charges, thereby entering the entire structures above into a free fall, gaining sufficient downward momentum to make the structures below crumble. However, I do find it hard to explain how the core steel-frame structures could disintegrate and why the disintegration happened in the same way in the two towers. To me it seems likely that in an uncontrolled collapse one or both towers would have capsized with even more catastrophic consequences. As regards WTC7, it seems obvious to me that the sudden collapse was controlled, although the videos that I've seen do not show explosions in the lower part of the building. I have not read the official reports explaining the vertical collapse of the three buildings. However, if the civil engineering community cannot deliver a proper peer-reviewed explanation of these collapses, it has a serious professional problem. Explanations of major structural failures has always been essential for progress in the design of safe structures and in the education of civil engineers. Future textbooks on the structural design of steel-frame high-rises must contain factually consistent explanations of the collaps of WTC towers - otherwise we must admit that we do not know the essential properties of such constructions when exposed to impacts and fire. Which is clearly unacceptabel for the professional community.

It was only after the US government issued its official pronouncements that I was convinced there was a problem. The 9-11 Commission seemed to base its operating procedure on a Warren Commission model: don't look at what you don't want to find and misinterpret what you're forced to look at.

Nobody who is told a bit about the evidence we have on 9/11 can believe the lies we're being told 24/7. The problem is, only a few people know. People are not stupid, ignorant, or selfish, they are just not told the truth.The fact that 9/11 was the ignition to a war on terror worldwide, that caused an awful lot more casualties than the target-terrorists ever caused themselves. Given the existing doubts on official reports and the pain and grief this war brought to us around the world, we are required to tell the truth to the people who want to know, who care. We all agreed on the United Nations Charter, and Human Rights Declaration. Thus it is my right to demand to be told the truth - all the people that had to die in the war that followed 9/11 and the people that died in the 9/11 attacks cannot ask for it anymore. We must ask for them. They were all Muslims, Christians, Protestants, Hindu, Buddists, Mums, Dads, Children, Lovers, Friends, all members of the Human Family. They deserve justice.

There are definite questions from a physics aspect and of certain elements that should be questioned. True investigation, like design, should not count out any possibilities and claims should be refuted by scientific fact. There are many claims in the NIST report that do not add up and should be evaluated. Even the 'debunking' released by Popular Mechanics have weak explanations that are not based on evidence of photos, scientific study, 3D modeling and so forth. For example, a building designed to withstand horizontal force and fires for hours leading to a complete collapse does not add up. These 3 buildings would be the first buildings in history to ever completely collapse to rubble from a multi-story fire. If this is the case, then NFPA and all other fire-protecting standards would need to be greatly revised to even allow for any new high-rise construction or else we are all performing malpractice.

In my opinion, there are 3 GLARING areas of interest to look at with respect to 911. 1) WTC 7 WAS OUTSIDE THE BASIN. Given that what appears to have brought down WTC 7 were tremors resulting from the other WTC buildings falling in close proximity - In my opinion this is area that needs to be examined carefully. 2) THE MAGICAL DISSAPEARING ENGINES at the pentagon. 3) MOLTEN IRON at the base of the WTC. Jet Fuel.. yeah right.. we all believe that one.

That fateful morning I wasn’t aware of the happenings in NYC until I walked into a neighborhood mom & pop convenience store and stepped up to the counter with my purchase. Carla, one of the owners was staring intently at her small TV there behind the counter seemingly oblivious that I was even there. It was at that moment when she said “don’t you know what’s going on” as I gained her attention to make the purchase. “What’s going on” was just response…She quickly informed me that a plane had just flown into one of the World Trade Center buildings and it was all over the news. Not one to watch TV much I hadn’t a clue it had happened, and as we both watched just moments later on live TV, another plane came into view and struck the other building. That was one of those moments a person never forgets where you were when…I intently watched with others as the store slowly filled. I’ll never forget my first words as we watched the first building drop. And they were…”OH MY GOD! That was controlled demolition, that was controlled demolition. It dropped straight down in its foot print. That was controlled demolition.” To this day I stand by those words. I had seen too many videos of the same to think otherwise. It was glaringly obvious as we continued to watch and the second fell. I left for home after that and my mind was made up as I watch sometime later building #7 drop in its footprint that this was all orchestrated and there were without doubt people in our government that had to know it was going to happen. Life changed from that moment. The trust was gone and never more.Everything I’ve learned since just strengthens my belief. Like the buildings being constructed to withstand multiple airliner strikes without toppling, and the fact #7 wasn’t even struck and had just a couple minor fires seals it. Anyone that believes the nonsensical “official story” with all the mountains of evidence showing otherwise is simply avoiding the horrid truth. It’s hard to fathom…but truth is truth and it must be sought out and exposed or all we had as a Nation is no more. America is the nothing more than “big lie” until the day comes when the facts are known and the full truth exposed with the operatives, planners and players all brought to Justice.In closing…my one lingering thought in all this is the fact that there’s only a well know and select group of companies or individuals with the expertise to wire those buildings as they were. Months leading up to 911 floors had been systematically vacated for “upgrades and renovation” and that is of course when they wired it. That was a question by many in my discussions on the matter…”how and when did they wire it”? They became believers at my response. That said, a good investigator could easily find the whereabouts which companies and or individuals capable of wiring these building and through a simple process of elimination narrow the list down to a handful. Bring them in and sweat the info from them under intense interrogation. The truth is out there. Those that have it aren’t going to freely give it up. It must be sought out. We have an obligation as knowing citizens to continue to seek out those that mass murdered thousands for political purposes and money. The world demands it. We can’t go back to normal until all has been exposed and each and every person behind it, no matter their roll brought to Justice.
