To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The idea that the twin towers collapsed at nearly free fall speed into their own footprint whilst ejecting building matter 300ft laterally because they were struck by two commercial jets defies the laws of physics. Any scientifically educated, open minded person who has looked at the evidence realizes that the official story is impossible. What is concerning is the lack of people who are willing to look at the evidence. "On 9/11, I was watching the events at work with another electrical engineer. His response was, ""It must be possible because it just happened."" Since then, I wish I had added, ""The buildings came down through the path of highest resistance but fell at near free-fall speeds. That is not possible unless the resistance of lower floors was removed. That is the definition of a demolition"". I have no idea who is behind these demolitions or their full motives, but I am convinced that these three steel structures were intentionally demolished on 9/11/2001. Nothing else makes sense."

Ask any demolition company, the hardest thing in the world to accomplish is to make a building fall down within its own footprint. Towers topple! Even buildings like building 7 do not simply fall inward, they spill out on one side or one corner. Building 7 is a perfect example of a controlled implosion! Watch footage of demolitions gone wrong, there are some buildings about that size the ended up rolling like a block and ending up on their own roof (and down the street). And the towers themselves, were in free fall. These building should have toppled near and towards the impact areas, especially the second plane that hit the corner of the tower. If you do believe that the towers pancaked, where are the 23 structural columns in each tower? When floors like this pancake, say in parking structure, the columns remain standing. Since not all the columns were damaged, some should have been left standing--all 110 stories! These columns were very strong, after all they did support the entire structure, and even if they had been knocked down in the destruction, they too would have toppled (not pulverized) and fallen into other buildings or down the streets for blocks away from ground zero. Americans are accustom to watching controlled demolitions on the television, this is exactly what we all saw.

There's a history of buildings being struck by planes catching fire and not collapsing. There's questions unanswered & probably will never be by those in power. There are multiple reasons for why our Government would drop these structures, money gains for many involved plus a reason for war. It makes one sick to know that the Elite do not value the lives of the common people. They're only valuable when they need to be sacrificed for gain of the Elite.

I've been in building since I was 16 and though I don't have a college degree for engineering, I engineer projects everyday.
As I watched this planned disaster unfold and seen the building fall straight down like an implosion I new there was something wrong. I looked up the melting point of steal and even if the steal could melt its not like the fire was at the base of the building creating structural damage so why would these buildings collapse like that?
