To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

How does jet fuel leak down the cavities of the building all the way to the footings of these building to provide such a clean free fall. If a truck hits a house, it may fall to the ground, however portions of it will remain splintered and fragmented, however not obliterated.......

I have a professional career that has spanned many industries. I was an intern at American Airlines at the time of 9/11. I was a flight operations avionics engineer working at the maintenance operations center which oversaw all the planes that were in service. I worked as a field engineer in the west Texas oil fields after college. I transitioned into working on power distribution for the local utility in Chicago. Then I got into the nuclear power industry as a controls engineer. My next stop was working at an architecture/engineering firm in the building automation space. I have been inside the guts of many facilities and worked alongside plenty of architects and other engineers. I have since moved on to the operations side where I work for a RE services company that performs facility management. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, with a minor in Philosophy. I have an MS in Engineering Management from Northwestern University. I am a licensed PE in Illinois.
My interest in this is not to find out about some conspiracy regarding some powerful entity that wronged so many people, but I am more concerned about the industry not learning anything from such a tragedy. We had three catastrophic engineering failures occur in less then 12hrs and I imagine that little has changed in the building code or the principles with which we design these structures. If a trauma and fire took down both towers so quickly, what failed? It sounds like we do not have a good answer that we can improve future buildings with.

In my country in the 1980s, terrorism did much damage; thousands of attacks left 70,000 victims. Part of it was also state-sponsored terrorism.

I knew on that day it wasn't the sound of floors collapsing. Initiallly I believed it could be gas line explosions. I now am completely convinced there had to be pre planted explosions. Espically when it comes to building 7. I'm not 100% sure who is responisble or why. I do know the official story is far from true.

I have experience operating a 180 ton electric arc furnace melting steel and for the past 10 years working at an oil refinery. So I know what the temperature of steel must be to melt and the temperature at which fuel burns.
It's my opinion that right after those planes hit each tower the jet fuel burnt off (large ball of fire). It's impossible for jet fuel when burning to reach the temperature needed to melt steel. Why was their molten metal days and weeks after this event ? Buildings only free fall into their self's under CONTROLLED conditions. We can go to the bottom of the ocean and find the black boxes and piece a plane together, but they couldn't find one black box from the 9/11 event (PLEASE). What about building #7 no plane hit it...

It is clear to me, given the way the towers fell into their own footprint, the speed at which the rubble was dismantled and disposed of, and the mediocrity of the subsequent government investigations, that we are not being told the full story of what truly happened on September 11. What a strange coincidence that these events led to our military involvement in an oil-rich area of the world.
