PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Though I have seen several presentations on the internet about the 911 events, I do not consider myself sufficiently knowledgeable enough to render a professional opinion as to the sequence of events that may have caused the collapse of WTC 1, 2, & 7. However, the following events seem to raise significant enough question to merit a full re-investigation of the calamities of New York as well as the Pentagon: - - - - The flashing of light in the intermediate floors of WTC 1 & 2. - - The molten steel int the basements - - The absence of any steel framing of the upper floors. - - Several hour delay in the collapse of WTC 7 - - The similarity of the WTC 7 to a planned implosion - - In the Pentagon, the hole in the side of the building was of a size that could only mean the wings were severed off and no evidence of wings were ever found. - - - - These observations are based on internet pictures and stories I saw several months ago, and I am sure that If I were to review the pictures and written stories, I could find a lot more to comment on. The accelerated collapse of the WTC buildings at nearly perfect free-fall speed, is physically only possible with a controlled demolition of the support structure (core & outside) of the building. There is no feature of the collapse that would support the theory of a weakened steel structure. On the other side, all characteristics of the collapses point to controlled demolition. In addition there's a lot of other evidence that can be learned from David Gage's excellent lecture, like the thermite evidence, witnesses hearing explosions, molten steel etc. No scientist, engineer or architect seeing especially WTC7 falling, could deny this is anything but controlled demolition. When seeing quotes of the NIST report it becomes painfully obvious the collapse has not been researched or explained in a scientific manner.

Watching the taped strike of the 1st aircraft and the live coverage of the 2nd strike and the building collapses a short time later, it was obvious that there was something wrong with the falling of the buildings and the government reactions as reported. Then the fires in WTC 7 and it's collapse later in the day -- made no sense whatsoever.The facts of what I watched compared to what I knew scientifically and practically did not match. I felt it obvious from the first that it was just wrong.

Structural engineering, during the housing boom, was the majority of my practice. I have designed hundreds of building structures. Out of college, I worked as a bridge engineer specializing in post-tensioned concrete bridges. During college I took numerous structural engineering courses in addition to the normal requirements for a BS degree. I took: matrix analysis of structures, finite element programming, structural dynamics, advanced strength of materials, advanced concrete design.
As an experienced civil engineer, specializing in structural engineering, I do not believe that a local failure due to fire could cause the collapse that I witnessed on video (WTC 7). I find this very disturbing along with the evidence of explosive material in the dust. It is shocking to me that the evidence (the debris) was allowed to be destroyed.

I witnessed the collapses of the towers and of WTC 7 on live TV. I am certain these were due to demolition explosives that had to be placed BEFORE the alleged surprise attack, thus proving a conspiracy. WTC 7 was an obviously standard demolition by explosives. In the towers, the collapses began at the TOP, not at the points of plane impact, showing the explosives were detonated in sequence from top down to simulate a pancake collapse. The presence of molten iron under the debris of all 3 collapsed buildings proves the use of thermate, as the fires could not possibly have been hot enough to melt steel. The small human body fragments found on the roofs of nearby buildings could only have been caused by the detonations of high explosives.

It is difficult for me to believe from a technical point of view that building 7 collapsed as the official report indicates from fire and debris damage. During the last 3 weeks I have reviewed many videos on youtube and much other information. Based on the collected evidence, which includes the lack of interest from our government to do a real investigation, I am convinced that this was an inside job. My initial impressions matched news broadcasters, at the moment of the 911 WTC collapses: Controlled Demolition. Bldg. debris in free fall, visible blasts preceding the collapsing floors above, the 20:1 structural engineering safety margin, owner's statement that WTC Bldg. 7 was pulled (explosively demolished), the ground-level blast evidence... provides overwhelming evidence of demolition, deception and scapegoating. That the security of the WTC was the responsibility of the private company Securicom, a firm on whose Board of Directors sat George Bush's brother was suspicious. That this same firm had the security contract for the government office building in Oklahoma City, prior to its bombing is beyond chance, in providing a basis for investigation. That the floor-ceiling cavity of the WTC buildings were accessible from the elevator shafts, (but such access would not be visible to the daily activities of the office workers) is relevant. It is also relevant that ACE Elevator was reported to have been working on elevator repair for the 10 months prior to the WTC collapses. It was also reported that in the 2 weeks prior to 911, each tower had had floors closed for security purposes. These events obviously could have provided the opportunity for placing the huge number of cutter charges, reported to have gone off by the firemen on-site. The photographs of the columns, debris chemical analysis, and seismic data all show clear evidence of demolition. The suppression of first-responder audio & video, by government, the destruction of evidence, the immediate ready-made government press releases placing of the responsibility, (before any investigation), timed large volumes of airline stock activity (evidencing prior knowledge of attacks), absence of credible & thorough government paid, 3rd party & peer-reviewed investigation, sandbagging of 911 widows' efforts (with Pres. G.W. Bush's attempt to position Henry Kissinger to lead the investigation) compel the necessity of a full disclosure of all evidence, with a complete investigation of the thesis that there was at least complicity, by highly placed US Government individuals, in the attacks. It is only thru such actions that the credibility of our federal government could begin to be restored. It would only be by full and complete investigation & disclosure by main stream media that they would begin to fulfill the duty expected of them under the first amendment.

I grew up on the mid west, went to school in the mid west, have traveled the world extensively. I have been working in architecture offices under licensed architects for more than ten years.
I believe the collapse of the twin towers was deliberate and planned. After watching them fall, and the characteristics of the fall, I believe the destruction of the towers was orchestrated, using explosives and engineering to bring them down. Based on my knowledge, these buildings would not have fallen due to the plane impact and the jet fuel burning. The explanation the general public received for why these buildings fell was obtuse and most likely not true.

I never saw that shot again on the news, it was always the shot with the roof and walls fallen down. Then I saw a couple of DVD's and you have to ask yourself what the hell is going on. Too many unanswered questions. Why did it take 14 months to start an investigation? The NORAD plane not ordered to take off? 125' wide plane fits into a 16' hole?

1. The speed with which the buildings fell cannot be explained if the case was structural failure since there would have been resistance. 2. The cores' collapse in the case of the twin towers has not been adequately explained. 3. Building seven was never hit but collapsed in demolition-like fashion. 4. No metal structure building has ever collapsed due to fire in this way in history.

After examining the available forensic evidence, strange coincidences, and improbable physics (as pertaining to the official 9/11 story), I have come to the conclusion that a controlled demolition theory more aptly describes the collapses of WTC 1, 2, and 7. I would post a challenge to any holder to the official story to build a steel framed structure and cause it to collapse maintaining all of the elements witnessed on 9/11 WITHOUT the aid of thermite or other explosives commonly used in the demolition industry.

I believe that it is physically/scientifically impossible for the heat from the burning planes to have caused the collapse. If the steel had failed by heat, as has been claimed, the building would have deformed. The speed of the building's collapse, indicating no resistance as it fell, further indicates that only carefully placed and timed detonation devices throughout the skeletal structure could account for the sudden implosion of the towers into their footprints.
