PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From the very first moment I saw the images on the TV of the towers falling, I felt there must be some reason for the collapse other than the plane crashes and resulting fires in the buildings. It seemed to me that the damage would be limited to floors where the planes hit and the fire was able to spread and therefore any collapse would be partial, but not total. I also wondered how the failure of this magnitude was possible when buildings are designed with redundant fire and structural systems to address instances specifically like this event.

There are many energy systems that work in a different fashion from traditional university training. When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail. No fuel fire or random terrorist act will cause this type of controlled demolition. This is the result of carefully and expertly planned demolition by very competent professionals and explosives' experts. The same reasoning applies for the world trade center twin towers.

Morning of 9/11, being a Republican...voted for George Bush, I stated to my wife, I know this is going to sound strange, but I have a problem with the story being told to us. Morning commuter flights arriving in New York are always SOLD OUT you can't buy a seat, what do you mean they were only one third full! The BLAST I saw was not from just a plane crash. Then the topper, Building 7, which had not been hit by a plane, falls as the perfect demolition. Wait a minute.. we are being lied to again. Lee Harvey Oswald AGAIN? My question is, how many times in history has the president of the United States read books to first graders in front of cameras? Is that the perfect alibi? After the Wall St. collapse, who's records and evidence were stored in building 7? I was born in 1954 and remember the day I was sent home from school when JFK was assassinated. It took most of my life for the truth to come out. Let's join together and let the truth be known about 9/11. The American people deserve to know the truth. Once you start looking into the official story you will very shortly notice that it is just all wrong. Not just something wrong, but everything is wrong. It is normal practice to first look at the evidence and then draw conclusions. In this this case the evidence is either purposedly destroyed, falsified or hidden. Still the vast amount of evidence what is left indicates clearly that the official story is not true. Steel buildings just do not collapse as they did and planes do not vanish into thin air. They just don't. And as I understand it the only ones who destroy evidence are usually the criminals themselves.

I am an American who doubts the credibility of the previous (and official) 9-11 report and I think that a new investigation is required for the victims, the American People, the Administration, and the World as a whole to know the truth of the 9-11 tragedy which has set us apart from the Muslim Community.
The damage sustained between the Pentagon, the World Trade Center towers (2) , and Building 7 has no consistency. There's too much controversy to deny a full investigation, independent of the United States (U.S.A.) government. Free fall theory and mechanical sections of the building blown out seems like controlled explosions. It would seem the large tonnage heating and cooling systems would have been salvaged in large chunks, but the absence of concrete chunks, no pancaking and no large chunks suggest to me controlled explosions.

I completed the Doctoral exam (equivalent of the Master degree) for Industrial Design Engineer at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering, Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 1991. I worked in the Netherlands in architecture and industrial design both in freelance positions directly for clients, and as a staff member at an architectural office until end of 1999. I worked on range of projects from smaller interior jobs to large building projects (residential buildings, apartment towers and housing projects).
The free fall collapses of the three buildings, the near perfect collapsing into their own foot prints, the lack of expected building materials to be present after such collapses, the pulverization of nearly anything the buildings consisted of into dust light enough to disperse by the wind over a large area, the first time in history that three fire-proof steel buildings collapse, the excellent footage of the top building 7 displaying the implosion of what I would consider to be the engine house on top of the elevator shaft seconds before anything happens to the building itself: if we consider the official explanation to be correct, non of this would be possible. Add to that the the witness reports of first responders of explosions before the collapses, and last but not least the statements of Mr. Silverstein regarding building 7: Just pull it.

The U.S. government's official explanation of the root cause of the collapse of the three WTC towers is completely counter intuitive, even to a non-licensed architect person. The pancake theory can only explain the partial collapse of the several floors where the jet fuel fires weakened the floor beams of the 2 towers, but not the free fall collapse of both towers.

there is no possible way the buildings fell the way they did due to softening metal. If the fires were so hot to weaken the steel so much that it couldn't support the weight of the building above it, the section above the fire would have toppled and left the building under the plane impact standing.

It is quite clear aviation fuel cannot melt titanium. The engines from the two planes were at least part titanium alloy, sp they should have been quite visible after all the dust had settled. They're not small! They should have been recovered. The fact that they were not found is Eextremely suspicious.
