PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I recall thinking it odd as I watched the manner in which the Towers collapsed, particularly the manner in which the second Tower collapsed exactly as the first, but did not think much of this for many years as my thoughts were more preoccupied by the safety and security issues presented. Years later when viewing information on the collapse of the Towers, the free fall and symmetrical nature of the collapses clearly stood out in my mind and refreshed memories of watching this on TV the morning of 9/11, but now could view this event with a different perspective and with critical thinking. I may have seen a small blurb in NYC newspapers shortly after 9/11 about WTC7 but did not pay attention to this as coverage seemed minimal. Years later when I was asked about this event I became astounded at the information I was finding particularly WTC 7 and the free fall collapse. I began college at Virginia Tech in chemistry and engineering related coursework and while I transferred from Tech and did not graduate with a scientific degree, I have worked with many experts over the years and have a solid foundation in the basics of physics and related sciences. I became troubled upon viewing a piece of steel at the NYS Museum in Albany, NY at the Empire State Plaza years later and seeing this steel tagged as having been moved to the Fresh Kills Landfill within a day of 9/11 when I thought the WTC was still a Search and Rescue operation. I hope for a new and complete investigation of these events so the Truth may be determined, known and understood by all.

No Architect or Engineer can observe, with an open mind, the video recordings of the collapse of 7 WTC or the twin towers without realizing these were clearly controlled demolition events, even without digging further into the illogic of the official report, the many inconsistencies, and the continuing resistance to a fair and public reevaluation of the physics and evidence. That this has not happened, and the fact that educated and reasonable people shy away from a discussion of the subject, is a reflection of how disturbing the implications must be for finding the official narrative false. ' As a former fighter pilot, I regard the failure to intercept the first airliner on 9/11 prior to impact, as one of the worst derelictions of duty in the history of this nation. We routinely scramble fighters 80 to 100 times every year to intercept 'unknowns,' some even turning out to be flocks of birds or radar ghosts. An alert interceptor from FLORIDA could possibly have arrived in time to intercept the first airliner. I'm sure it would have broken the pilot's heart to shoot down an airplane full of people: the inevitability of its flightpath makes the math simple: they were going to die, drop them somewhere that minimizes additional deaths on the ground. An airliner switching off its transponder squawk, turning 180 degrees off course and failing to respond to radio calls, sets off alarms across the entire Eastern seaboard. Don't try to feed me the crap the media was spooning out, that Boeing 767's 'disappeared' from radar. Civil air traffic control routinely informs pilots of flocks of birds, which show up well on low-tech air traffic control radar even though their squawks lack airspeed and altitude telemetry, and NORAD TRACKS SCREWS DROPPED BY ASTRONAUTS IN SPACE. Failing to intercept an aircraft in these circumstances is equivalent to gunners smoking and joking on the deck of your ship watching kamikazes crash into it. That's just the first impact. Recall that at that moment, there were two or three other aircraft 180 degrees off course with transponders and radios off: CONFIRMED HOSTILES FLYING TOWARDS OUR NATION'S CAPITAL. National defense policies adhered to for decades require enough interceptors sitting strip alert 24 / 7 / 365, within striking distance of the world's most heavily defended target in the most powerful nation on earth, to get most of a *squadron* on station in the time available. And instead, several news crews perform the intercept successfully WITH HELICOPTERS; so we can watch on TV while it happens TWO MORE TIMES. Next you have two buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprints, in defiance of the laws of physics, after taking hits they were specifically designed to withstand. And then a third, that wasn't hit by anything. After that, we watch while for some 200 days firefighters pump water into the steaming wreckage, to cool down exactly what? YOU CAN'T MELT STEEL WITH KEROSENE, right? Black smoke means low-temperature, oxygen-starved combustion, right? Water from fire sprinklers will not extinguish a petroleum fire, fuel spills absent retardant generally burn until all the fuel is gone, right? Why do you suppose the steel scrap recovered from the debris was shipped off to CHINA as quickly as it could be loaded onto trucks and ships, while even routine analyses was FORBIDDEN, if only in the interest of discovering why this steel failed so remarkably--a failure unprecedented in the history of engineering? As a military man you could not look me in the eye and try to tell me that an operation the size of our invasion of Iraq was possible without planning begun more than a YEAR prior to 9/11. I don't give a damn about any 'conspiracy theories,' theories are not relevant to the dereliction, omissions and obviously preplanned fabrications associated with 9/11.

I have watched the videos of the collapse of the WTC towers several times and they were quite obviously controlled demolitions. Even if some argument (such as jet fuel) is offered for the collapse of the twin towers, no such argument can be entertained for Building 7, which was never hit.

When the event took place I was practicing Engineering in Malaysia and my immediate response was that the building was destroyed due to explosions I had vast experience in the use of explosives during my long years of construction. When I shared this view with my fellow engineers they did not want to believe it, as far the news was concerned they were brought down by planes crashing into them. I am glad that professionals are seeking the truth, and it is evident from the investigations so far that the buildings were brought down by using explosives. Truth will prevail at the end.

For me there are so many unanswered questions about the physical destruction of the buildings, without even considering motives or politics. Purely based on the video evidence, the uniformity and 'neatness' of the floor-by-floor destruction at freefall speed does not look to me like a building being destroyed by any falling mass or debris from above. Add to that the level of utter devastation of the building and contents and it is even harder to see how fire and gravity alone were enough to cause this outcome. I have yet to read plausible explanations for the molten steel, the squibs, and the girders which were propelled into nearby buildings.

I hold a degree in computer engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. While my day job is solving problem in the software domain, I apply the scientific principle to problems in all aspects of my life.
A straightforward internet search revealed in 2001 (as it does today) that no steel-framed skyscraper has ever before fallen to fire. Some have burned fiercely for over 28 hours; when the fire burnt itself out, the steel frame was left standing erect. Also, there are no examples in history of a steel-framed building falling into its own footprint without help. An asymmetrical structural failure, as would be caused by a massive collision and/or massive localized structural damage, would have caused the building to collapse first in the area of damage, begin to lean, and then topple towards the side which incurred damage. The loss of life and property adjacent to such a building would have been staggering. Simply put, the fact that the loss of life and property were so low is compelling evidence that the felling of the Twin Towers was a the result of a professional demolitions effort.

There is no doubt in any logical mind that the destruction of the WTC complex was the result of something other than what the Federal government and mass media purvey. NIST's own documents contradict the basic laws of physics. Any high school student with a basic understanding of such laws can tell you there was something else at work on that horrible day. It is a long time coming for an independent, honest and open investigation of these events occur. If there can be a definition of the word 'Obvious' it has to be the controlled demolition of the WTC Towers including the 3rd Tower which was not even hit by any plane etc. Anything EXCEPT for those planes could have brought down those buildings in the way they did come down eventually. My wife is also an Architect and we have discussed this to no end. Plus we possess the good common sense to know better. I also know in depth about Ship construction which uses similar structure strengthening principles as buildings.

At first I thought the towers were brought down because of the fires, without a doubt I was one of many people fooled by emotions rather than logic. Upon further inspection I'm convinced about other chemicals having been used on the buildings, in some videos you can see white flashes on the building very prior the collapse. This is very disturbing and a mockery for all Americans and people of the world. WTC # 7 is even more disturbing. I think a criminal investigation should be made to incarcerate those guilty of such atrocities against humanity.

I was first made aware of the September 11th discrepancies within the official story about 5 years ago when I watched the documentary Loose Change. From that moment I have spent many hours of research looking at the evidence presented from various perspectives. I am overwhelming convinced, based on the evidence I've seen and my technical background. that the Official Story is the furthest thing from the truth.

At the time it seemed strange to me, but I didn't search for more information. Since I had many many questions, on 9/11 but also on many other matters and manipulation (International politics, economic system, health, food, nuclear energy, etc., etc.) I just started to search for answers to my questions. The more I search, the more I have questions. I can't stand innocent people are accused, tortured or killed.

An excerpt out of my manifesto, written two days after the attacks while I was a student at St. Johns University: September Thirteenth, Two Thousand and One: How can I begin to explain the horror that took place two days prior? Our lives as we know it have changed forever. Terrorist kamikaze pilots hit both World Trade Center towers, destroying them, and hit the Pentagon as well. It ruined the lives of many and changed the lives of all. Feelings of hatred, shock, sadness and togetherness fill the air of New York. I saw the disaster first hand from a point on campus where I could see the ruins of what once stood an incredible monument. This catastrophic event of unparalleled madness leaves the city and for now, the world in a state of uncharted shock. I now realize that I, along with millions of others, was duped with this official story and that it is scientifically impossible a commercial aircraft to ever take down a skyscraper, no less TWO within an hour of one another. I am saddened, angered, and hopeful that everyone will eventually take a closer look at these blatant attacks and reconsider the official story; and I want the 'truth'.

Hi, i just like to say that the AE911 architect and engineer evidence shown in these videos and reports are clear and indisputable. Even a simple A level student can understand them cause they are based on physical rules, and for me you don't even have to provide evidence on explosive devices...the physical evidence such as molten steel required temp'rature and the speed of these Building collapsing on their footprint, show that it can't be due just to simple giant fires caused by plane crash, added to the fact that WTC 7 was not hit by any plane and firefighters did not have giant fires to deal with in that building. This is just it. So NIST official report does not match the reality ...
